Ok this is by far the best ice cream shop in town and you must try out their Cake Batter! Service is good; always feel bad about taking too many samples but they don’t seem to mind.

It’s good. That ice cream is a little overpriced but it’s really good. I’m so glad that they don’t sing when you tip anymore cuz that was kind of dumb. Its right next to the movie theater so you could get yourself a nice treat before going in to see a movie. Or something to snack on while you walk around downtown Burbank.

I just walked in about 30 minutes ago and had the most yummy icecream tonight. The young guy who helped us tonight did a wonderful job. There was a line of about 8 people and he managed it well. The only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is because the bathrooms weren’t sanitary had bugs. But I figure since they’re short staffed and they weren’t able to clean them.

The only reason I had walked into this ice cream shop was because of the fiery death that I had experienced at the Buffalo Wild Wings nearby. It was a clever move putting an ice cream shop next to that place and it was targeted at idiots like me that eat the blazing wings as a dare. They have an okay variety of flavored there but it could be more varied. Also, their weren’t as many toppings as I expected. I had the raspberry sorbet and it was a little to sweet for my taste. It honesty tasted like frozen corn syrup. My Friends seemed to enjoy their ice cream though after the painful sensation caused by the wings. I think I’ll visit a different ice cream shop next time I end up with the devil’s taste on my tongue.

Wow. Nice workers, good quality ice cream, and a clean environment. What else can a customer want! Employees are very helpful and recommend some great mixes that end up tasting delicious. Always end up changing my portion from like it to gotta love it(although my butt and thighs certainly won’t) and still no regrets! A gentleman with green eyes, couldn’t remember his name, was patient and helped me find the perfect flavor for my taste buds. You rock Coldstones!

This is my go to ice cream place! Workers are really great and just overall good looking. Probably the best ice cream place in Burbank and way better than Ben and Jerry’s

Went in late on thanksgiving(basically 5 minutes ago) and received the most genuine and nice service from the young man working! I did not get a chance to grab his name, but I am thankful for what he did! Awesome deed that will not go unseen! The delicious mixture of ice cream that he whipped up for me and my boyfriend was fantastic! Perfect end to a wonderful day! Thank you! P. s. Try banana ice cream with brownie and caramel! So bomb!

The crew here is great! They are amazing and always so friendly. Only problem is their serious lack of being properly staffed. Two employees and line out the door! Does their manager not know how to properly staff their store on a busy night like tonight(Straight Outta Compton premier)??? More people needed to be scheduled for tonight since it’s almost a 20 min wait.

It’s not gourmet. It’s not hipster. It doesn’t have chipotle chocolate, or salt water vanilla taffy with siracha sauce flavors. It’s not trendy. It’s not popular on any social media platforms. But it is good — and has a mountain of different toppings options. But like every ice cream. You absolute NEED it, only to realize you don’t after you eat it.

Had a Groupon I needed to use. Got 2 signature creations and only had to pay a balance of .57 cents. They were out of chocolate chips and substituted with chocolate shavings instead. Yummy ice cream on a very hot day. And the crew sings when you tip. Great service!

Worst customer service ever. Manager is incompetent about assisting customers. Asked to cut a cake that we had purchased there, waited for two hours to pick it up and cake wasn’t cut because it would«damage the integrity of the ice cream cake». Reasoned with the staff for awhile, decided to go next door to Buffalo Wild Wings who kindly cut the cake for us. And did I mention this was for an 11 year old’s birthday?

I visited this location Friday night and the area was extremely busy which a manager should have an idea of what’s needed for a store that always has tons of foot traffic. My point is this was the first time in my life that I ever went for ice cream and was told they are out of cones. No ice cream place should ever run out of cones, that’s like going for pizza and they say they ran out of dough. I guess that’s what you get when children are running a store.

If you run out of a product, why is it so much to ask that they post that they are out? I waited in a 25 minute line and then when I get to the front and try to order it, they are out! When I asked the worker, Nar, why they didn’t post a sign she rolled her eyes and snapped that they«just ran out.»(Doubtful considering I was in line for almost ½ hour.) Then they have five workers on staff but only 2 – 3 on the floor? The line is out the door and they are joking with the people in the back and just generally screwing around. Not cool. Crappy service. If you don’t like your job, quit. Don’t be a jerk to the customers.

First time visiting a Coldstone Creamery and I had a Groupon so I thought I’d check out what all the hype was about. First appearance was it could I’d used some cleaning. Tables outside were sticky and the floor looked like it could I’d used a good mopping. I walked up and told the girl behind the counter it was my first time and I had a Groupon and had no idea what the process was. Would you guide me through it? Although not unfriendly the look on her face was like. ugh why do old people come in this store. She pointed at the signature menu behind us and on the counter glass and said pick one. Feeling a bit anxious not understanding the gimmick my husband opted for a hot cookie with ice cream off the menu for $ 5.99. I wanted to be a bit more adventurous as I had heard you could make your own creation. But as the line got longer the unknowing of what and how it all worked I saw the Coffee Signature and it had all the toppings I like. I asked if I could have that with a different ice cream and she said yes. I asked for her opinion and she recommended sweet cream. So that’s what I got. I asked for a cone but they were out and she said she could put it in a cup with a kid cone. So I agreed. I grabbed a table outside while my husband paid. First bite I’d say it was a really good ice cream. I enjoyed the flavors of the sweet cream and all the toppings are plentiful and we’ll mixed. My handbags on the other hand was sad and nowhere worth the almost $ 6 they charged. The cookie was hard to get out of the bottom of the cup. There was way more whipped cream than ice cream. It was difficult to eat and would never be something we’d order again. While sitting outside I watched the cashier’s. I was a bit put off by the girl who originally served us with her bra straps and off the shoulder shirt and big tattoo on her back showing. I get the tattoo trend. And I know these are the people we will see working minimum wage jobs but it’s still a food establishment. Its not an Instagram moment. Look professional! I think the staff should be wearing shirts that cover adequately and are appropriate for all ages. Especially an ice cream shop! This is not Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooters… We bring our children here. I can’t say I’d come back to this place. I may one day try another one but it’s fairly expensive for what you get. And the staff here was not on their A Game.

Normally, I love this place, but i found a hair in my ice cream. i had taken it home to eat after dinner and i then discovered it. This place is normally very clean, but this is beyond disgusting. I don’t know if i want to come back to this location again.

I recently ordered a cake here for my girlfriend’s birthday. My order was for the cake that feeds up to 15 people — almost $ 40. Included in the ingredients was supposed to be YELLOW cake. Once we got to the venue and began to cut the cake, to my surprise, it was CHOCOLATE cake instead of the yellow cake I had paid for. Naturally, I was upset and called the store right away. Keep in mind it was almost 11PM, the store was about to close and I was on the other side of town. The young lady who answered the phone apologized, took my number and said someone would call me the next day. After not hearing from someone I called the store again. The person who answered the phone again apologized, told me I would get a refund and gave me the number of a manager, Aisha. After speaking with the manager, Aisha, she indeed acknowledged the mistake and indicated she should have called me to clarify before making the cake, however, informed me that she wouldn’t give me a full refund. She said she could only give me 20% back. So let me get this right, you give me CHOCOLATE cake after I’ve paid for YELLOW cake and then tell me you won’t refund my money? What kind of business ethics is that?! I would have gladly brought the cake back that night, however, the store was closing and the cake was already melting by that time. The manager should have stood by her work and given me the $ 40 back I paid for a cake I didn’t receive. If you want a small ice cream order to go I guess this is a good place. On the other hand, if you have a special order BEWARE and be sure to double check it. There’s a chance they could make a mistake on your order and then not use fair practice when compensating you for their errors.

This is a good, clean location in downtown Burbank right next to the movie theater. Nice people that work there and they make a mean oreo milkshake!

I like Cold Stone better than most gourmet chain ice cream places. It just feels better. This location was clean and well-prepped for our arrival. I ordered the Oreo cream and added some cookies on top. It was rich and creamy without knocking my fillings out. The fact that the cookies were chopped and added right before serving, makes it extra special. What’s more impressive about this place is that Adam T’s review wasn’t blocked by the Unilocal Gremlins. Nice job buddy, you’re moving up in the world! I foresee an Elite badge in the future!
