This place is awesome. All the sandwiches are great. The service is exceptional And the price all though a few dollars more then Santoros and other Burbank Spots is well worth the expense. Go before 12:30& park on the corner side Streets. A short walk but worth the quality.

This deli is worth the drive, you wont be sorry! The deli style sandwiches are packed with meats that are extremly tender and very flavorful… Keep in mind, im a picky foodie! A wide variety of sides and lots of dr browns soda to wash it down makes this my number one deli destination! Enough about the food, on to the décor. Much cleaner than Brents deli and good ambience make dining there a pleasure. Its not huge inside so its not real noisy, you can actually conversate without yelling. If there is a game on chances are they will have in on the big screen. The staff is so nice it took me by surprise, i almost feel like im a king while im there! Everyone i bring to this place is amazed at the food and usually go back. Just a warning, its not McDonald’s, no 99 cent menu here. Be prepared to pay for the quality food your getting. Im kinda cheap but this place is worth it.

Great deli. High quality breads, meat, everything fresh. They make to order(even down to slicing your meat) so it takes a few. You can call ahead if you’re in a hurry. Only open weekdays for lunch. Love their lentils when I’m eating healthy. Pastrami on rye is the best in the valley. Super cool staff.

Good sandwiches. A tiny bit pricey but the food was good. It’s located near the Warner Bros lot which is also nice. I am from New York and know a good sandwhich when I get one. In the case of Kings Deli I would say that they are good but not quite East Coast Deli Ready. The workers in there are SUPER nice and friendly too. Verdict: I would recommend(especially if you aren’t headed to the East Coast anytime soon)

I drove by this little place on Pass. Looked impressive from the front and decided to give it a try. Walked into this nice, small deli. The menu is not very impressive but for mainly serving sandwiches I guess it wouldn’t be. Ok, «my» review started to decline when I looked up at the menu and thought I misread the prices for the sandwiches. I continued to scope the menu to see what a(price before tax) $ 11.95/ 13.95 sandwich comes with. So the sides they offer are potato salad, some other salad and chips(normal small bag), oh and a pickle. I asked the nice girl behind the counter if they had multiple size sandwiches to help me understand the price of a sandwich. She said«no, it’s just a normal piece of bread size sandwich». I was confused, but ordered a pastrami sandwich on rye with a small bag of chips. No drink! My total came out to a «cheap» $ 13.03. The sandwich was a very…, very…, very…, «normal piece of bread size sandwich». «My» pastrami was dry. It was nicely sliced very thin which was good. The flavor was good. It was average to «ME». I read the Unilocal reviews waiting for my sandwich and there is one thing for sure as another person had said. I can not justify the prices! For what I got today, it was not worth $ 13.00 at all! I hope they do well. I was and am still sort of disappointed when I returned to work to open what I got.

Legit brisket & pastrami sandwiches. I had ½ brisket sandwich on rye with mustard & horseradish, and ½ pastrami sandwich on rye with mustard. Both were excellent, well cooked, with a perfect meat to bread ratio. Both meats were tender, moist, with a little fat. The side salads were mediocre, but they’re just co-stars. Service was good, friendly and attentive. The price seemed fair considering the quality. 2 sandwiches and 2 Dr. Brown sodas were a little over $ 30. I think you’d pay more at a high-end LA deli.

Would give 5 stars but I don’t think the prices are justified. Cool spot, good service and very high quality food but $ 12-$ 14 for a sandwich and chips with no drink is a bit high in my opinion. I would like to see them succeed but maybe a more affordable daily special or other offerings?

Hallelujah I am from Melbourne Australia — our city runs on coffee and café culture;(I am a coffee snob) I have been in USA for 3 weeks and have been on a desperate search to get my coffee fix on(other than the usual Starbucks y’all have on every corner) this is it. I finally found a small business and local deli /café … Coffee is also sourced locally«groundwork /certified organic» and my friends that joined me love the chai latte’s too. Albacore tuna sandwich was yummy and fresh — and the service and«vibes» make it a good place to hang out(wireless internet too) as we were killing time waiting to be in the audience at TheEllenShow at Warner Brothers Studios across the road… Highly recommended for international travellers(like me) and locals alike !!!

Great quality meat especially the brisket which is super fresh and has the perfect smoke and texture. The rye and sourdough are super fresh and not huge slices that over power the sandwich. Potato salad was good but nothing to rave about. The only caveat would be the small portion of meat you get when you order the lunch special that comes with a soup and soda can. Though the soup is excellent and the portion is very generous I would have been more happy with just the sandwich in its original massive glory lol Also tried the blt special for $ 8.95 which was great but kinda on the smaller side in terms for bang for the buck. Can’t complain though really the food was great and I’ll definitely be back to try the pastrami and tuna. Service was excellent also.

Great little deli, must try them IF you are in the vicinity. I do hope to visit again, as the service is wonderful, the ambiance is fresh– so industrial yet trendy! I must admit that the sandwiches are somewhat pricey… but the brisket is SOOooo worth it! I also tried the Fattoush(a traditional Lebanese salad). Again, I felt it was somewhat pricey since it was not a huge portion– they do make it up with the delicious traditional dressing!!! Right on! I guess in LA we are spoiled with huge portions, and just expect it. As an afterthought I would suggest serving few olives on the side with the salad, or a few squares of something. Can’t wait to go again to try other items on the menu.
