This TOGOs is terrible. The sign clearly said they closed at 9 on Saturdays; yet when my fiancé and I came in to order at 7:40, they rudely said they were«closed early,» even though there was a clear line of people ordering. Poor customer service overall. Will definitely not be coming back to this location. This is the second time this has happened.

Fresh, great food and awesome customer service! Their new wraps are my favorite! MUCH better than Subway.

I came by here for lunch today, the parking was easy the staff was friendly. I was able to sit outside and enjoy the day. My sandwich was delicious, I had asked for a few extra items and the server got my order right, all in all this was a great find, I do believe this will be my new go to spot. :)

I’m not really one to complain about service, but the last 3 times I’ve been here it took them 20 – 35 minutes to make 2 sandwiches(one of them being just meat and cheese!) we use to be regulars here but since 95% of the staff is new this place has gone down hill. The one person in here that wasn’t «new» waited on 5 people today before we finally received our sandwiches. The Newbies are slow and not the brightest crayons in the box. We had to tell them multiple times what to not put on the sandwich(aka take off the sandwich because they repeated what not to put on and proceeded to do so anyways) and then it took our server so long to create 2 sandwiches he couldn’t remember what the 1st one was to get a ring out. We won’t be coming back here again.

They’re supposed to close at 9. They closed before 8:30 and ignored I was outside –_– I was so excited to finally have yogis after a long time and came all the way over here but no nothing because they closed early –_– I literally felt heartbroken

Ordered online for pick up an hour and half early. Came on time. Waited longer than walk-ins. Been told by one of their employee that they won’t make it until a person gets there. Okay? Reduced my rating to 3 stars due to service. What is the point of online ordering? Online ordering is not TOGO’s forte.

It is very rare that I will review a sandwich shop, but I must say the folks here at Togo’s really know what they’re doing. I never have to worry about getting a terrible sandwich. Everyone who makes my sandwiches do so in a neat, kind and efficient manner. I always order any sandwich with a ton of veggies, and for me that is the only way to order a Togo’s sandwich. The breads are always fresh and the meats are always good. I did not give 5 stars because I still feel the Togo’s prices as a whole are too expensive. There is no way a 6-inch sandwich should be $ 9.95 with or without chips and a drink.

The location of this ToGos is pretty good. There is easy access to get in and out of the parking area. Seating is good, there are lots of places to sit. I dined in and noticed a lot of people visiting on their lunch breaks. The quality of food was satisfactory and my sandwich tasted great. The reason I gave this a 4 star is for the price. It seemed a bit pricey for what it was. I ordered for my office and 4 sandwiches and 2 cups of soup cost $ 40. Over I would still recommend it.

Website says they deliver. Girl on the phone didn’t want to deliver, then said the order had to be over $ 50 in order to deliver!

I like this place a lot but it’s almost always busy when I go with a line to the door and the staff seems flustered. Someone else always has to ring me up after someone else finishes making what I think is an easy order of a roast beef, cheese, lettuce and mayo sandwich. Why so difficult?

I ordered a Cuban sandwich on wheat. To be honest, it wasn’t as good as I thought. I waited a good 10 minutes for two sandwiches, one of which was my fathers. I haven’t had any thing else but the one so this may not be accurate. To sum it up, I think they should really step up their game.

My family has been coming to this Togo’s for many years, overall I give it a 5 stars for freshness, taste, variety and service. The only drawback is not being able to see them make your sandwich(you know like Subway WHICHWEHATE). The other day I got a 9 inch tuna, cost $ 9, but it was very watery for some reason. I would like to see the condiments/veggies before they put them on the sandwich. I don’t think cheese should be extra, most of the sandwich is thick bread, albeit very good. So that’s just my take. Love the servers. But I’m a fan!

I never been here before, but I found their turkey avocado sandwich on wheat to be better than most casual sandwich shops like Subway or Quizno’s/blimpies. And all for a fairly reasonable price of under seven dollars. It was better than the sandwich I got at the yard-house and that was close to fourteen dollars!

What can I say, I love Togos. The sandwiches are much better than Subway. The workers here are very nice and professional too and make good sandwiches. The only suggestion I have is have a company every once in awhile come into the dining area and deep clean the sitting area and floors. This will make for a better eating environment for your customers. Back in the day, Togos use to have wooden dining tables which was really cool. Not sure if you guys could do that again or what. It might entice more customers to come in and eat. Just a thought. Other than that, keep making great subs. Cheers!

Love this Togos spot. It’s clean, nice location and staff is friendly. I go to the one in Panorama City because it’s close to my job and you never know what kind of service you are going to get. I don’t know if to put my protective gear on or not. So when I went to this Togos I was really impressed.

My first time at Togo’s has been great. Friendly sandwichers, decent prices, and great subs. The roast beef sandwich I got was well made, had an excellent content-to-bread ratio, and was deliciously moist. Togo’s deserves a lunch break stop, not only for the delicious subs and friendly workers, but also the high speed of the craft itself. My only complaint was in the integrity of the bread after the first half, as the roast beef and tomato had more or less saturated the bread, turning it into a mushy(yet delicious) mess. This leads me to question the reliability of the structure of these sandwiches over a longer commute back to work or home, hence four out of five stars.

//The service was slow, but the fixings in my sandwich were A+ //Large parking lot //Indoor and outdoor patio seating //TV & bathroom inside //Great price for the quality and amount — I usually split a large sandwich meal and am satisfied!
