Flawless Laser Center

I come here for my laser hair removal and I have to say it’s the best place! I’ve gone to laser away and sev but i honestly like this place way better. the price and packages offer a flexibility and the ladies are so nice! they don’t pressure you into buying something or upgrading a service package. I want to try lip fillers here next!

I was told about this place by a friend and it’s great! The prices are fair and I didn’t feel pressured to buy a package of sessions. I could pay as I went no matter how many sessions I needed.
All the front desk girls are really nice and are willing to reschedule your appointments if needed. Also, all the girls who work on you are NURSES! Some places don’t require an RN but all the girls here are! I usually work with Zhanna and she is really sweet. She will be honest and tell you what you need to make sure the treatments work.

I Zusanna! This was my first time getting fillers (juvedurm and restalyn) under eyes, lips, and smile lines! she is so patient and a perfectionist! And she wasn’t pushing to sell me extra shit. I’m happy with my results, and 10 thumbs up for making someone as PICKY AS ME, look amazing! Will for sure be back!

I had Juvaderm Plus XC done here 6 weeks ago. I waited to write a review to see how I healed. I was very swollen and bruised the first 10+ days which is normal. My lips have lumps on the inside that I can feel and have never gone away. Very disappointed for my first time getting my lips done. Won’t be going back here again.

I came here after seeing them on Instagram… they were very nice… I got a syringe there was no swelling but made minimal difference at over $ 350 lips were really really dry and I was expecting more was my first time and 3 months later that’s it I was back to normal smaller lips :/.

I had my nose & lip done during the last week of March this year. I wanted to wait before I left a review because I wanted to see how my body reacted to the juvederm plus. I understand that not everyone reacts the same.
My nose wasn’t/hasn’t been much of an issue. I wish I would have asked more questions. The girls are nice & Im sure if I would have asked more questions about a procedure I’ve never had done, they would have answered them. Anyway back to the first procedure. It took about a month for me to be able to touch my nose again. It hurt to even splash water on my face, it was tender to the touch for the first month. Also I thought it was very awkward when the nurse injected my septum. I wouldn’t have noticed but the area wasn’t numbed and it was incredibly painful. When I pointed out how painful it was the nurse responded «yeah I know, we don’t usually numb that area because no one really injects there, thats my little secret».that’s cool, I respect her technique, however very unprofessional. I mean, is that safe? Why don’t other nurses inject there?
On to my lip, from the get go something didnt feel right. It was the only area that bruised and even after 2 weeks the bruise didnt go away. Time went by and the swelling went down, however the lumps never went away. I’ve iced & massaged it out like they recommended. What it comes down to is that I was injected in the wrong area. 3 months later and I still have a droopy, uneven lip with a random bump.
The place is clean, the people are nice, wish I would have done more research, and it’s best to just go to a doctor’s office instead of having someone ruin your face. Nothing was wrong with my lip, just wanted a little boost. So saddened by this experience.

Awesome customer service. Everyone is really nice. Services are quick and in my opinion painless.
The only thing I took issue with is that they take photos of your Drivers License. I don’t appreciate businesses taking more personal information than they need. There is no reason to demand this information at a laser hair removal place…
It was my first laser service they were able to see me same day as I called which was nice. It will take time to see how affection this service is overall.

I had Botox that lasted 2 weeks! Never has that happened to me. I’ve had it done plenty of times before but this was the first time going here. I was contacted by Flawless Laser Center and was very impressed by how willingly they accommodated me.

I was starting to struggle with cystic acne so I decided I need to go get a facial by a esthetician.
I had seen somewhere on IG about flawless laser center having a really good esthetician.
So I gave it a try & thank goodness I did!!!
She cleared up my acne in 3 sessions that simple what I procrastinated to do for a year she fix in 3 months!!!
ANI IS THE BEST!
It’s a bit painful but nothing you can’t handle and totally worth it.
My face looks a bit beat after but 2 days later I’m glowing!
I’ve been going for a year now every month and my face is clear now with occasional hormonal that time of the month blemish here and there.
So if you struggle with acne go to Ani I promise you she’ll get the job done just be patient

I had to wait two months after to give my honest opinion and although all the ladies were nice and friendly I honestly have the most messed up upper lip after my juvederm.
I have an appointment with a doctor in San Diego (I drove all the way from San Diego to Burbank because of the hype on Instagram).
It’s a really awkward boxy frozen center on my upper lip, so whenever I talk you can tell where my nurse injected the juvederm plus in.
I have had the regular juvederm done in San Diego before and I never had problems but seriously this really made me hate the way I talk because it’s so bad and obvious.
My juvederm has already worn off but the center of my upper lip still looks frozen and fake. I really hope my doctor in San Diego can fix this.
I’m never messing with my face again.

I came for the first time for fillers. I got Rystline (sorry for the spelling error) Melonie/​Melody did mine.
I’ve been bruising a tiny bit. Once the lidocaine wore off it feels like someone socked me in the eye.
One thing I did not like it that the front desk was telling me different things about the fillers. I asked three girls about the same filler and all three told me different things! I do not appreciate this because I expect everyone to be on the same page.

I think their laser machines are cheap because i tried 7 hair removal treatments here and still don’t see a difference. My friend who tried this place said the same thing too so we won’t be coming back. Waste of money & time. So useless

Quick update:
I have had my lips done twice in the last year. I found that the fullness only lasted 2 months. This was disappointing. The syringes are advertised to last between 6 to 12 months but this may be in rare instances. If you have $ 500 to spend every two months for maintenance, then you will love the results. But if you’re anything like me then you can’t justify paying $ 3000/​yr on lip fillers.

The worst place to ever get any decent service at, I had ONE electrolysis done, and I was burned, I have scars on my face everywhere on my neck! Is horrific, the lady is very uncouth and not sanitary at all… I can’t even upload a pic of my face from how bad and embarrassed I am! Terrible terrible!

Great hospitality, and always good with their scheduling/​making appointments.
It’s always nice and clean; they have complimentary tea/​coffee/​beverages.
So far, all the nurses I’ve encountered have been friendly, honest, and professional.
Definitely worth the long drive for me! :)

Laser Hair removal for brown skin tones now available
After researching laser hair removal, I came across Flawless. I was a little apprehensive since Laser hair removal on brown skin tones is new for this center based on the reviews. I have done 2 treatments on my bikini and underarms. So far I am loving the results! I was able to see results after the first session.
The salon is clean and the nurses are friendly and informative.
Make appointments in Advance. Now that it is getting warm everyone is making appointments. My next appointment is 6 weeks after my last appointment because I requested to have a treatment on the weekend.

My new obsession! You heard right, people!
I came here for the very first time (and in general) on 3÷15÷16 to get bikini laser hair removal. I had heard so many good things about it from friends and also from pretty people online (like we all do!). I was always curious about laser hair removal but it never appealed to me until I said «heck with it!», and decided to give it a go after 26 years of life!
The entire process was marvelous! From making my initial appointment, to checking in, and the laser process itself.
Upon making my appointment, the receptionist was very kind and sweet. Gave me information on the pain of the procedures, and also advised me on how to be prepared for my appointment. She was very friendly and personable.
Coming in for my very first time I was required to fill out information documents and the wait time was about 5 minutes. They take punctuality vey seriously and I appreciate that.
When my time for laser removal I was greeted by Susan who would be doing the procedure for me. She was super sweet and very comfortable to be around. She gave me a full introductory and made sure to answer all my questions. The pain lever was between 1 to none. Very, very minimal. Being that I only did bikini, the entire procedure took about 5 minutes. It felt super quick. Susan was very professional and made me feel super comfortable. I will absolutely continue coming here. I am excited to see my results!

I really like this place, it’s really affordable, and the staff is friendly but several of the staff members have missed spots on the laser hair removal of the face. I think they go too fast without taking their time to actually see if they’ve missed any areas. You don’t see it until you’re outside or at home but then you feel awkward going back.
Staff: I respect you for being confident in your work but take those extra few minutes to really satisfy your customers.

Really disappointed in my recent visit to FLC, especially being that my last experience was so great.
Yesterday (Monday ²⁄₂₉) I had an appointment scheduled for laser hair removal and it was the worst experience ever. I was taken into my room by my nurse Karine I have never felt so uncomfortable before. When we first got in, she asked «What are you having done?» after I told her, she then asked, «what areas are you having done?» I wanted to ask, don’t you have a chart telling you all of this information? She explained absolutely nothing about the process to me, was so unprofessional, and did such a lousy job.
I recently just came home from the Bahamas and have a tan and she said she couldn’t laser certain parts of my body because I am tan… I was told nothing about this being an issue at the time of booking my service otherwise I wouldn’t have wasted my time driving over an hour just to get only half of my underarms or bikini lasered? Anyway, she she still went through the service doing a half a** job only lasering certain parts of my underarms and bikini, so pointless.
To top it off, I was in and out of the room within 5 minutes I kid you not. That doesn’t seem appropriate when you’re having 2+ areas being lasered. She only did one pass on each area which I thought was really strange too. I know that there are different types of lasers & some are better than others but I know for a fact that you do more than one pass with each.
Not only did she explain anything to me before or during the session, she explained NOTHING after. She didn’t tell me any information about what not to do post laser (I had to look it up myself) Although, FLC did send an email with post-​laser instructions, but still, I think Karine could have been at least a little thorough. After the service was done she said «Okay your done go wait up front»
Either this girl is brand new and hasn’t been trained properly or maybe she was just having a bad day. Either way, it was a TOTAL waste of money and it seemed like she did not know what she was doing. You would think with having your companies name as flawless laser center, you would hire nurses who want to do a flawless job in doing so! :(
I live near the Calabasas area, and drive a long ways to come to FLC, unfortunately I will not be coming back due to this experience.
