We received a thoughtful letter from the Dominoes franchisee today. It included a coupon for a large pizza, a coupon for a specialty chicken and a check for $ 20.00. Most importantly, the letter recognized that there was a problem with our Dominoes experience. It will take a long time, if ever to get past getting so incredibly sick after eating a Dominoes Pizza, but I am appreciative that the Franchisee took responsibility for our experience and tried to make it right. We have ordered from that location for many years and have not ever gotten sick before, but it only takes one bout of food poisoning to give a person serious apprehension about eating that particular food again.

Literally one of the best Domino’s locations. Never messed up an order or been late with a delivery. They are very professional. I’ve even been in the store for a pick-up and was impressed with the cleanliness. Also there is plenty of parking out front for pickups.

I had a coupon from (who doesn’t know this app)?)for a free medium one topping pizza with the purchase of a regular menu item, the cashier had to run it by the GM who said he couldn’t accept it, and then asked what app I got it from. As I started to explain it he walked away in the middle of my sentence! So extremely rude and disrespectful. The poor guy at the cashier was so kind and kept trying to make me feel comfortable, making excuses for his boss. Clearly this guy(I unfortunately didn’t get his name) knows how to treat people, he should be running that place and getting the beaucoup bucks for all his hard work!

Matt, the Manager, is awesome! He is very customer-service oriented! I have my college kid in Glendale, Matt took my order and the delivery time was prompt! Pizza and cheese bread was hot and delicious. Will definitely be using this location again and again!

Most people have had Dominos at some point in their lives, so who would look up or even care about a review? I have never written a review before, but this Domino’s deserves one. First of all, the pizza’s are totally inconsistent. Sometimes there is a lot of sauce, sometimes there is almost none. Sometimes the cheese is burnt on the top and sometimes it isn’t. But that isn’t the biggest problem. Whomever is hiring the managers for this Dominos should be fired! The first time they made a mistake was when they brought me a pizza with pepperoni and regular coke. My kids don’t eat pepperoni so I obviously wouldn’t order it and I don’t drink regular coke, so I wouldn’t order that. AND they showed up an hour after the call even though they are three blocks away from my house! I called the store and when I didn’t get anywhere I spoke to the manager. I told her they brought me the wrong pizza and on top of it it was now cold and she acted like I should be grateful that they took my money and I even got a pizza! I had to argue for about 10 minutes before I could get them to send me a new pizza. I had to tip the delivery guy twice(I felt bad for him. It wasn’t his fault). The second time I ordered on line and more than an hour later I called the store to complain that I never got my pizza and they told me that I ordered it to be picked up. I know I didn’t because I have little kids and the reason I order delivery is because it’s hard to always get them strapped and unstrapped in the car. I spoke to the manager and she was awful. She blamed me and when I told her that she should learn something about customer service… the customer is always right. I told her that it would be in her best interest to give me a complimentary pizza because I am a repeat customer and that pizza would be paid off in a week. She didn’t care. At that point I had to just take it an pay for a pizza because my kids were hungry and tired so I had no choice IIt still took them forever to bring the pizza and their excuse then was they were too busy. Again, they’re three blocks from my house! I have nothing against Dominos pizza. As a matter of fact, my kids and my husband really like it. I have a problem with THIS Dominos pizza. The customer service is awful, the pizza is inconsistent, and the whole experience leaves a foul taste in your mouth.

I have NEVER in my life seen or heard the type of abuse or harassment of another human being until I walked into this Burbank Domino’s pizza! The manager named Joe(not sure of a last name) was screaming at a young woman working for him. I was appalled at his condescending remarks and the lack of respect he was showing her in front of customers. I have witnessed my share of verbal attacks on employees by their managers, but this disgusting person went beyond anything I have ever seen, he had the poor girl in tears. I was so put off by his behavior that I left without even ordering food for my family. When I got to work this morning I decided to come to Unilocal to post a review about what I had witnessed. Low and behold, I am not the only one to complain about Joe and what a horrible person he is. What I don’t understand is why after complaints have been pouring in since 2012, has he NOTBEENFIRED!!! I have already typed up a formal complaint and sent it to Domino’s Corporate Headquarters to complain. I will also be calling them to complain. Joe is one lucky person that I was not that girls mother! Domino’s…you have forever lost a very loyal customer because of this LOSER!!!

I actually gave them a good review prior to this. However, driver JOE failed to deliver my salad(which he had no idea I even ordered), then drove all the way back to pick it up and didn’t return for at least an hour more. THEN the staff had no idea how to just refund me $ 6, subsequently transferring me around to 4 different people on the phone — none of whom were the manager. Meanwhile my chicken Caesar was almost definitely spoiled. I feel the staff are clearly all incompetent morons and I will never order from this location again. F you Joe, and F you Jasmin. She actually said she would call me back to refund me… Still waiting.

Weirdest employees iv ever seen. It’s a bunch of teenagers running a muck. I preorderd got there in 20min they said it would be ready within 10 to 15 minutes. I let them know I preorderd for mike. The girl looks around lost saying it’s not ready yet ok I pull out my cash and say ok I attempt to pay she then declines the cash and says pay when you get it. Ok I sit and wait for another 20 minutes frustrated I go back up and ask If its ready. The guy grabs the same box that was there when I first arrived. I tell him really my pizza was ready this whole time made me wait for NOREASON!!! THISIS A JOKEPAYMOREATTENTIONANDSTOPPLAYINGAROUNDOBVIOUSLYTHEREWASNOMANAGEMENTONDUTY. hense the reason I’m writing this novel. Oh yeaa he handed me the pizza as I was walking out I realized they did even request payment. I go back and say heres the money you never asked for and payed him. Smh

Posted a bad review about two weeks ago about a chickenless chicken parm. Sandwich they made. Joe quickly sent a handwritten apology and compensation for the bad service we received. It was a nice surprise to see businesses, even as big as dominos, still cares about there repeat customers. Thank you joe and your team for turning a frown upside down :)

joe made our order so quickly, the tracker said it was being prepped when it was actually delivered. The guy showed up in about 20 min. And all was good until I had the pineapple specialty chicken– tastes gross.

My first time ordering online for delivery and it was very convenient and pizza arrived in a timely manner. Pizza was good. The only complaint I have is when I asked for cheese and peppers, with the pizza, I was told dominos no longer gives out those packets.

The pizza was alright, as always! However they delivered my pizza to the wrong house-_– I waited with a starving wife, do you know what that means??? Headache! Finally, an hour later I called and the man was nice enough to apologize and bring my piZza back right away! I always order online… They seen to have better deaks(unless you are carrying out)…delivery is $ 3 and they’re always prompt… Is it the best pizza? No, but it’s good and fast and cheap. 2 medium pizzas with delivery is around $ 15. Not too shabby!

MANAGERJOE, is the most CONDESCENDING, RUDE, human being I have ever dealt with in my entire life! He has ABSOLUTELYNOCUSTOMERSERVICESKILLS. HE does not know how to speak to any CUSTOMER! Joe, if it wasn’t for us DOMINOS customers, you would be out of business! Treat your customers the way you would treat your mother, but wait maybe that is how you treat your mother. Poor mom! Take a Management Course and learn how to APOLOGIZE and SPEAK to your customers when you have made a mistake! You are the face of DOMINOS, each and everyday you wake up and put on that shirt and decide to go work! Because of this LOWLIFE, I will never order from this Dominos Pizza location again! People like him should not manage any store, let alone a franchise pizza chain as such!

I can’t believe it, but hey, I’m a fan. Four stars for you, Domino’s. I’m sad to say that Domino’s pizza is one of the better pizza options in Burbank. The Domino’s website is pretty fantastic and easy to order from. I walked in and the employees were very polite and quick to assist. All in all, I enjoyed the pizza and the ordering/pick up process was smooth and easy.
