Ameci Pizza Kitchen

This is my go to spot for pizza and great subs! Staff is friendly, the inside is always clean and you really cant get quality food that tastes good anywhere else for the same price! Real new york pizza and marinara can be found here!

Ameci’s Pizza has been around in Burbank it seems since the creation of the city it seems. The Pizza is always solid. It tends sometimes to be good and to decent to what the hell. In a quick pinch they come through always. If i had to choose between the major chains and Ameci’s I would take Ameci’s. Only one time have the screwed up my order.

It’s really hard to find a classic greasy pizza in California. The epitome of comfort food. You know the pizza that you get at birthday parties as a kid. Well, Ameci fills that hole in your heart. As an east coaster, I have to say, this pizza is delicious! I love Village, 2 Boots, and even Dominos. but in the end I always go to Ameci’s. Just go for the basics and you won’t be let down. It’s not trendy nor healthy, but classic. They have great coupons and fast delivery too! During the week pizza’s are pretty cheap for pick up as well! Thank you Ameci’s!

I was visiting from the East cost and Ameci’s was highly recommended to me. I stopped in for dinner and let me tell you, the pizza was SO good. The homemade sauce on the thin crust pizza was incredible! I also tried the eggplant Parmesan which was delicious as well. I noticed the place was spotless and the workers were extremely friendly and the service was fast. All in all it was a fantastic experience. I would also highly recommend Ameci’s Pizza Kitchen to everyone. One of the coworkers also informed me they will be opening a second location in Glendale.

There’s a big sign stating that this place has amazing Unilocal REVIEWS but they are RESTING ON THEIR Unilocal LAURELS. Just prior to Christmas a friend took me to lunch at this location and first I felt a bit surprised by the price but worse a thin crust pizza with a sixteenth to a quarter inch of black charcoal all around the edge was served to us… and we paid for it.
If I were the one paying for the pizza I would have sent it back but we only had an hour and I felt it was up to my friend to make a fuss or not. I think we should have been asked if we could wait for another pizza and/​or given this one for free — after an employee cut the charcoal off.
I mean COME ON… this burnt crust was VERY VISABLE. How could you even take our money?

I stopped by to grab pizza for dinner. They were friendly. The pizza was ready quickly. It was delicious. I’ll be back.

Great pizza, maybe you can increase more complements, but the pizza is great, try meats lovers is great!

Ameci’s has a great lunch special M-​F. It’s Fantastico!!!
This place does pizza by the slice right. It’s more like a slice of heaven.
Hats off to the new management too, they’ve got a solid team working there.

I go to Ameci regularly. My favorite item on the menu is their eggplant parmesan sandwich. It’s amazing. I love their lunch menu in general; it’s a great value. My friend and I can share a two-​slice lunch meal with a salad and drink at no extra cost. The staff are very courteous and nice, too.
Other perks: There are always free parking spaces, and this place isn’t noisy and crowded like so many other downtown food establishments are.
My only complaint is that sometimes Fox news is playing on the TV.

This place only gets better love this place so fresh and melts in your mouth good I will see to it I come here often

Based on Unilocal reviews and proximity to my apartment, I decided to order a takeout from this pizza place.
Online ordering didn’t give me the option to do half-​and-​half, so I called the restaurant to place an order. The guy on the phone was extremely polite and friendly. Immediately, I felt great and confident about my decision to order a pizza from this place.
In about 20 minutes, I drove over to pick up my dinner. It was a half vegetarian (sans black olives) and a half eggplant pizza (a little under $ 20 for a medium-​sized pizza). It was hot, hefty, and ready to go when I got there.
My boyfriend makes the best pizza in the entire universe, but we both enjoyed their pizza. The eggplant pizza had deep-​fried eggplant slices as well as tomato slices, lots of garlic and mozzarella cheese. It was like eating eggplant parmigiano. It was quite filling. Their vegetarian pizza had TONS of vegetables and cheese, and it was equally filling.
I’ll definitely order pizza from them again!

Pizza was delicious. Staff was very nice and generous with ranch dip, which many places charge extra for. I thought the prices were good for the amount of food you got and I would return if ever in the area in the future. I chose this place because of their rating on Unilocal and I feel they stood up to their reputation.

This is really good pizza. I prefer it over Costco, Dominos and some of the others.

I’ve never been let down here! The food is so good, it’s our main go to for girls nights and pizza nights! We always order delivery from here, they are fast!
Large spinach garlic pizza! The is my favorite. They chop the spinach up nice and fine and mix the garlic in evenly. LOVE this pizza!
Potato cheese munchers! 15 is the perfect amount and perfect with the ranch dressing! You gotta do it!
Garlic cheese rolls, you must try these! Sometimes I just order them for my meal… Bread with loads of melted cheese inside! Sooo good!!!
Philly cheese steak. The bread is excellent. Soft inside with a thin crispy outside. The onions and green peppers are cooked perfectly and ooh the cheese melted with the meat and veggies! So good!
The mortadella sub is so satisfying! The bread is different then the philly, but perfectly soft and dense to go with the meats and toppings. Mmm
Don’t waste ur time on a salad here, go for the good stuff, you won’t regret it!

First time here i was greeted by Mike he was amazingly helpful with the menu any questions i had he helped and answered all my questions, i tried the calzone, chicken alfredo, and the chicken parmigiana sandwich the marinara sauce was amazingly tasty and really rich flavor, i also tried their cheese cake it was so good! Second time around im going to try their pizza and i will continue to come the food and service is great! As the second time i came i brought the family and was helped again by Mike he was super friendly and greeted all of us it feels great coming to eat and feel welcomes i highly recommend this place to all the real pizza italian food lovers i am definatly going to become a regular!

Staff is super nice and friendly. I walked in right before closing time and they were nice enough to accommodate me (which was a blessing since I just landed from a trip to NY and was hooongry!)
The pizza was great! I went there because of all the great Unilocal reviews and didn’t believe it could possibly be that good to warrant so many top ratings. But, in fact, it was! It tasted homemade and fresh and the cheese was delicious and they did not scrimp on cheese portion. It’s just a great slice of pizza and well priced. Def my new local pizza joint. Friendly service, great pizza.
The ambiance isn’t that great — there a TV and when I was in there, it was playing some foodie reality type show (that featured lots of half naked woman — not something I’d want to watch while eating pizza but maybe I’m the minority on that lol). Take your pizza to go! It traveled well!
They close on Sunday’s at 10pm, so get there earlier (or call in your order)!

I ordered pepperoni pizza w/​extra cheese, mozzarella sticks and fried mushrooms. I definitely recommend the pizza. It’s so delicious and cheesy and and the flavor is great. I would say pass on the mozzarella sticks and fried mushrooms. I’ve had better at other places. These were just disappointing, flavorless and not what I expected. This is my go to place for pizza now but just the pizza :)

During this Southern California heatwave we were craving fresh unprocessed food and the cold cut submarine at Ameci Pizza Kitchen delivered.
The footlong sub has generous portions of thinly sliced salami, ham, mortadella, and provolone cheese at $ 7.99 it’s a deal!
We will be coming back to try some of the other items on their menu.

Ameci’s is quite possibly the best pizza in Burbank. Not only that, but the service is incredible. Oh, and if you’re a salad person, their salads are huge and wonderful.
Great pizza, prices, and service. I really can’t ask for much more.

It was late on a Monday night and we wanted pizza. We called and found out it was too late to get it delivered, so we decided to order and just pick it up. Turns out it was not even a ten minute walk away, so off we went.
The pizza was average, nothing to write home about. Honestly, if I didn’t check in and come back to review it, I would have forgotten the name of this place. In fact, I had to click on it to be able to remember what it was and what we had. We had the BBQ chicken pizza. It was my first time having it and I surprisingly enjoyed it. It wasn’t good, wasn’t bad. In a pinch, it hit the spot.
