I have been eating here since it opened 15 years ago. You can’t get better Mediterranean food than this. It is always fresh, and consistent. The service is great, and the owner Greg is a great person and businessman. I recommend highly!

Really good kabobs. Nice and quiet. The humus was AMAZING!!! Great service. Was not really packed or busy when we came which was really nice.

Lamb kabob is great. I called ahead, food was ready when they said. Really nice service. I came right before closing, no problem sitting to eat. Really nice mellow atmosphere, beautiful music and food.

It is the most wonderful place for Lunch or Dinner!

It is always nice to see the same owner, the same waitress over many years.
We just came from early dinner there.
This time we ordered Ashtereshteh soup (Garbanzo and pinto beans, lentils, spinach, parsley, noodles and sour yogurt).
Last times we ordered lentil soup. Both are delicious!
For entrees we ordered Luleh and beef kebabs with the mixed rice.
I got rice mixed with Lima beans and my DH ordered rice mixed with Barberries.
The food was so delicious, the best!
We have tried different things over the years here and everything was always very delicious.
On the top of that,
the service is the very best and everyone is so nice and pleasant.
Highly recommend!!!

Best Mediterranean food spot I’ve been to in a while. The owner is a great guy who takes you in with such hospitality. The Luleh kebob is my favorite.

Most excellent little café. We had a good, very reasonable red wine, a yummy and fresh appetizer plate, and beef kebobs with a variety of rices. Family vibe, casual, fresh, friendly, reasonable.

Love the food here! My husband and I eat here almost weekly. The chicken is always juicy and the rice is always moist and delicious. The salads are always fresh and great!

First time here because we hate waiting in a long a line and not so good service at Raffi, so we tried this new place. It’s a small restaurant in the corner of one of the plaza in Glenoaks Blvd. The foods were amazing! Very authentic… And the service is number ONE! AWESOME FOOD… AWESOME SERVICE!!! Will definitely come back here!!!

Nice quiet place for a Saturday. Waitresses are very nice. Good are not as flavorful as I have had else where. But they do give you a lot of it.

I like this restaurant. It’s a hop, skip and a jump away from my house. It’s usually very quiet during dinner time. We often have the whole restaurant to ourselves.
Pita Bread-​Soft and served warm.
Falafel-​Delicious! Cooked to a Golden Brown color. Crispy on the outside. Soft and moist on the inside.
Chicken Combo-​Chicken thighs were good, but slightly chewy. Chicken luleh (ground chicken) Delicious.
Service-​Excellent. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves!
Parking-​Small private lot shared with other stores. Plenty of street parking.

We have been coming to this restaurant for the past 12 years. We always order feta cheese, hummus, and eggplant dip as our appetizers. We order about 3 main dishes for the 5 of us, and we’ve never been disappointed with the food.
Yes, the place is a little dated but we LOVE coming here for the food and exceptional service. It feels like a 2^nd home because the owner is always happy to see us.

What a beautiful place. After an exhausting long flight from India, my aunt took me here for a special lunch meal. I know she is a regular here. The restaurant was quiet, peaceful although packed with customers. It had a different inexplicable positivity that was radiating from the warm service, aunt said she is the owner’s daughter.
A family run business, it is a must have for Chicken and Beef Kebobs. Great on the pocket. What I really liked is the calmness of the place, it served much more than food-​the well carpeted floor, the tidy tables, the elegantly done cutlery and delectable food. Great choice!

Lovely family operated middle eastern food. Great service, mostly done by the owners daughter. The lunch special is really worth the price, and this is truly a hidden gem in Burbank.

We’ve been coming here since we’ve discovered this place and we never get disappointed. the food is delish, the owner is superb and the ambience is relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place if you want an authentic Mediterranean cuisine.

no need to go all the way to raffi’s place. totally found our new go-​to armenian spot. i would have never came here if it weren’t for my brother and sister in laws wedding rehearsal dinner. super quaint little family owned place being run by father and daughter. simple lay out and décor but the real good stuff is the food esp when washed down by 6 kotayk’s beer brewed from the finest breweries in mt. ararat.
beef kabob and chicken kabob are the items we chose to devour this evening along with the usual hummus and ikra which were all top notch. idk if you’re supposed to or not but the wife and i slam the shit out of our dishes and sides with soma because its freaking delicious and made everything taste that much better. the rice was perfect, meat from both were tender, juicy and not as tough as raffi’s imho and even my daughter was able to enjoy.
we’ll definitely be back, probably within a week.

One of my favorite kabob places around. The meat is tasty, and the hummus and baba ganoush are really good. But the best part is the flavored rice. My wife prefers the sour cherry, but I’m partial to the barberry. We order take-​out from here on occasion, and our meals are always prepared right.
