This place burned my foot! They have awful service and the owner is a absolute body part!

An okay place to be! Like their hookahs and customer service but hating the fact of them forgetting to get their customers stuff. I asked for a backgammon, I left and hey didn’t get it. They also made price errors.

Great place to go with some friends. They have outside heaters and the food is delicious and affordable. Thanks for the great experience!

The hookah is trash. I always leave with a headache or feeling nauseous, but the woman who always serves me is a sweetheart. About the only thing good about this place.

Very nice place to smoke hookah and drink alcohol. Usually you don’t find hookah lounge with a full bar altogether. Staff is nice, and hookah is good. I’m definitely coming back!

Hadn’t been here in a very long time. Came by to have hookah and food. I gotta say, the place looks totally different from last time. I gave it 3 stars because the hooka we ordered had no taste what so ever, it sucked. It’s sad to say the food tasted better than the hookah. I ordered prickly pear with mint, and I just didn’t enjoy it as much as I do when I make it at home. So 3 stars for being average, would have given it 5 if hookah was good but I didn’t enjoy it at all.

I shouldnt even give this place 1 star. Service was horrible, sat there for 15 mins waiting for a server. (Hiba) When i asked her for her manager, she sassed me with a rude reply «I am the manager right now». I suggest Gitana on the opposite side! Better service and better hookah!

Hookah is ehh. They didn’t even bother cleaning table we sat at. Heaters on blast when it’s nice out. Haven’t been here in years, but only thing that I see changed is hookah quality down.

Pretty good late night spot that offers delicious Mediterranean & Middle Eastern food. We tried the chicken and beef shawarma. The quality was better than some other places we have tried. Perfectly cooked and seasoned with generous portions of sides. Come for drinks & hookah or just for the food. The place is very classy with outdoor seating. Their menu had so many tempting things and even their desserts looked amazing! Definitely coming back here for more!

Honestly Im sick and tired of hookah lounges not knowing how to pack a damn bowl. Upgrade your freakin broken down hookahs you cheap piece of s/​hits and teach your hookah guys to pack a good bowl.
Food and customer service is irrelevant when the hookah sucks.

This place is pretty cool. The waitresses are not as friendly as their neighbors (Gitanas). The girls don’t really conversate with you or recommend flavors.
It’s just somewhere to come and chill. Not anything too special about it… it’s not Amazing but its not horrible

When i first got here my server was attentive and sweet. As soon as my cousins friends showed up my server’s demeanor changed. She was inpatient, my beverage order was late in deliverance, attitude was given when asked about food suggestions. She flipped on us. Now mind you, we’re more than 6 people do gratuity was put in place so I felt maybe she didn’t have to work as hard now because her tip was already spoken for.
We ordered 2 O platters. Both were good since the guys ate it within 5 mins. Talk about not chewing! Then we ordered 3 AMF which I felt were cheated by a few ounces. Since you could taste the blue curacoa but not the alcohol. 5 coronas. & 3 hookahs. Bill came out to $ 40 each. $ 178.
I wish i could really like this place but since the furniture was really uncomfortable, the music was really low, & my server was rude. I think I will just go to hookah joint closer to my home.

Sometimes you pass by places… all the time. You hardly notice them, until a friend points them out. Poor Elephant Bar had closed. This was our second choice. Here I was at Café O waiting for thee famous Jojo. I stood at the sidewalk, peering at my phone. So preoccupied poor Jojo asked a lad to scream my name: «Nadiaaaaa» I looked up a bit confused, only to see Jojo waving. «I can’t do stairs she goes.»
She had been hiking the day before with a buddy and those poor thighs were sore and achy. We caught up with stories while huddled on a couch outside.
Out came a hookah for JoJo with two tips. Lmao. First time I’ve seen this. Yes, we were giggling. Only 1 needed. I didn’t smoke. She enjoyed her mint chocolate chip smoke.
We both ordered teas. I had a green tea and Jo had a persian one. Mine was delicious. I think hers was too. Tea rims were a bit dirty. I recommend Dawn Ultra Platinum Advanced Power dish soap (Costco). It works wonders. Note it CafeO.
What I loved was the fact that the hot tea kept coming. I think I had 2. Maybe 3. Paired with the grape leaves. Yum yum.
Didn’t have much of an appetite. But it was a chill spot to kick back. Sure I’ll be back. Maybe try some food food.
Parking I did the 90 min free street parking.
You could also park at the mall… and walk out and cross the street.

I heart this place! Always craving and down for some Hookah. Hot waitresses, friendly and fun and always down to give you suggestions. I swear they think I’m a pimpstress though cause I frequent this place with a variety of guys.
Their food is not healthy but I will say, it’s that delicious trash, their French fries are bomb and that (frozen) cheesecake! I am very into their Kibbeh balls, they are just straight deliciousness.
I would highly recommend the Lavo Hookah, it’s cleaner and you usually get a free refill with the purchase.
Only downfall is it’s pricey to smoke here. But all in all, I love hanging out here with the music, the food, and the smoooooke.

I really enjoy some peace and quiet along with my Hookah and this place is great to come to in the mid-​afternoon or very early in the evening, before it gets too crazy. They’re food is alright. I had their Nutella pizza last time I was here and it was fantastic. I got their glass hookah, and for an additional $ 10 more than the traditional hookah I can’t say I felt any difference so I would say skip it. Our service was good and our waitress was nice. My only issue with this place are the insane crowds once it hits 9pm. It’s like some memo goes out to all of Burbank to migrate over to Café O.
Overall good place to hang out with some friends and just relax with some good hookah.

I came here on a Friday night with my boyfriend. The waitress with long, straight, dark brown hair was really friendly and nice. She kept coming by our table to see if we were doing ok. I ordered vodka redbulls and they tasted good, yet strong. We sat outside on one of the couches, which were pretty comfy and near a standing heater. The hookah (we got sweet melon) was alright. It wasn’t as strong as I’m used to but the flavor was good. The hookah not hitting was the only reason I gave this place 4 stars and not 5. The prices for their food items were very reasonable. I got the margherita pizza. It was so delicious that I forgot I ordered it from a hookah lounge. But seriously, the pizza tasted better than others I’ve gotten from a pizzeria.
This place has it all: hookah, drinks, good food, good music, and good service.

One thing about me, I love sidewalk cafes. Been past this spot hundreds of times and came in with a friend for lunch & hookah. I wasn’t hungry so I had the hookah part but the lunch was good from the report I received. The hookah was hitting nicely and they even had the World Cup playing which made for a nice Euro style experience.
The chicken kabobs are enough to split with a friend so come hungry or bring a friend. Looking forward to my next trip.
