Burger King

I should of read the Unilocal reviews before I got here… impatient staff, long wait times, terrible food, constantly forgetting what i ordered, sketchy customers, terrible bathrooms. Their fries made me throw up and had to deal with stomach problems for a few days.

The people that work here are always so fucking rude on the intercom. My jalaeno chicken fries were burnt to a crisp and dark brown. Screw this place…

Want to say that this location is one of two closest to me in Chicago Ridge, and it definitely is really good in terms of food and people who work there. I have never had a problem with the temp or taste of their food items. I highly recommend this location.

Extremely slow service. Management and staff act like the customer owes them something. Good quality is not normal Burger King standards. Skimping on the lettuce, really!

So many one time customers to this place I’m surprised that Corporation has not close this place down yet. food is terrible service is terrible takes forever to get anything through the drive through. just close the place down.

I live within walking distance to this location and the last time I was there, I had to reverse out of the drive thru because they were unbelievably slow, almost as if they were doing it intentionally. Everyone was beeping their horns. A customer was standing at the window demanding service. I believe that place has a manager who is purposely sabotaging the service. It was unreal in more than one occasion. If I’m craving for Burger King, I have to drive to the next closest location since this place has ruined my appetite many times!

I stopped here with my boyfriend for lunch the other day. It seems many other Unilocalers had issues with the drive through. Our wait wasn’t very long but we were the only car so that might of been the reason why. When we got our food the order was correct but the food was bad. The burger wasn’t terrible but the fries were almost inedible. The looked like they had been sitting out for awhile.

Don’t go to this location! Took me twenty minutes for them to bringout my fries! …and that was all I ordered.

I came through drive thru and For 13 minutes (mind you I am the ONLY car in the lane) I waited. Seriously this is uncalled for in fast food. I have dogs at home waiting for their double cheeseburgers (plain of course) and my dogs can get crabby if you don’t bring home the burgers! (This is a true story, I have chihuahua’s who only eat a mixture of Eukanuba and hamburger, and they do prefer plain from Burger King). SO come on this is so not cool!
I asked the young lady why there was such a wait since I was the only one in drive thru and I didn’t notice anyone inside. She stated «I dunno». Ummmm you daughter of a misbegotten jackal are you serious? ANd I think she was the manager! I have come here twice in the las year and wow, things don’t change!
Guess what? I will not be coming back to this joint. Its just uncalled for when there is no one else in line. I mean customer service will get you a smile and a nice review, and slow as molasses service with a touch of «poor schooling» will get you this! I am not one to complain in my reviews, especially from fast food, but this is just ridiculous for the poor BK chain.

I sat in the drive thru waiting for my 2 breakfast sandwiches for 20 minutes. While the woman working the drive thru was talking to everyone and taking her sweet time. As I was sitting in the drive thru there were mice running around like crazy by the wall of the building.
