Went to this location and tried to present monopoly pieces for redemption. Was rudely told it was a «one per customer» basis. I argued that nothing in the rules dictated that and that I certainly didn’t hear complaints when purchasing multiple game piece items from various locations. She repeated the comment like a parrot so I left. The McDonald’s in Bridgeview handled my monopoly pieces without missing a beat. DON’T PATRONIZETHESEPEOPLEUNLESSYOURBLOODSUGARDROPSDANGEROUSLYLOW! Maybe I’ll give them another chance… in 2017.

This isn’t my «go to» McDonald’s mostly because they have gotten my orders wrong a couple times in the past, AFTER they remodeled. Before, they were much better! My wife got a mcchicken there a couple years ago that was messed up, and I had to go back and get another. And when I went inside to place my order last year, I waited for about ten full minutes before anyone came up to the register to take my order! That was insane! I think they were understaffed, but still, it was way too long of a wait! So now I avoid this location. It’s most likely due to poor management.

The lady in drive thru didn’t not close the lid properly and my drink spilled all on my lap. No apologies were given in fact I had to wait on the rest of my food. I don’t patronize McDonalds often but this is why. Not to mention they forgot my grape jelly.

Edit: I was just there on November 3 at 8PM and they told me they were only accepting cash orders for the rest of the night. It’s 2015 and you are McDonald’s. Arguably the largest hamburger franchise in the WORLD and you are telling me that you don’t have the capabilities of accepting credit card payments past 8PM? Why is this even a thing? You do realize this just makes things extremely inconvenient for your customers and only forces them going across the street to Taco Bell? Shake machine is always down. Breakfast all day? Not here. Only mcmuffins available after 10pm. But it’s McDonald’s what’d you expect?

Every time I go to this location I swear I will never go back. How is it possible to get an order wrong every single time??! I don’t special order my food, yet every time something is missing or is completely incorrect. Today I ordered ONE order of 2 hot cakes, was charged for 2 orders of 3… told the cashier after I paid and got my receipt and she called a manager over. I told her what I had ordered and she did a refund, got that wrong too… I told them again, and she still got it wrong!!! I ended up paying for an extra order of hot cakes that I didn’t even want… then when I got the order, my fries were cold and i asked for new ones. The girl at the 2nd window said«they got cold because we were waiting for you to finally move forward». She acted as if I did something wrong!!! Not only were both the workers rude, but the manager was as well! She slammed the window closed when I was trying to explain the first mistake. And Why do I have to ask for syrup for the pancakes? You need to hire competent people or train them on proper etiquette when handling guests!!!

I actually did not have an unpleasant experience here like other people did. I ordered my food with my young cousin and we had no problems while ordering or receiving out food. My little cousin even got a free mcflurry after they made one by mistake. However, I will comment that the environment is so high strung. The employee was arguing with the manager, te manager argued back, the customers were being belligerent, but the staff clapped back. All of this happened in front of everyone and it was like watching a car crash. I worked at McDonald’s for two years and I can tell you first hand that the stress should be buried and not shown in front of the customers. You can argue in the back where no customers can see, but not in front of customers… Other than that, everything was fine.

The wait time just to order was longer than the time to get your food. I found hair on my hash browns and went to tell the cashier. All she said was«oh» gave me another and did not apologize, offered a free muffin, or apple pie. I was not the only one frustrated and coming back with the wrong orders as others were as well.

If I could give this place a negative review, I would. First of all the cashier was not friendly & could not maintain eye contact. Then as I was waiting for food, I look over to see the fry guy sticking his hands and flicking old fries into the communal warmer. Gross! In food service you NEVER touch a customers food with barehands. This place is gross. Save your money and go to Taco Bell across the street.

I’ve been to this location several times and every time my order is wrong. It’s gotten to the point where I’ll only order a half-cut tea with no ice and of course there’s always ice. It’s really bad when they can’t even get that right.

Food is consistently incorrect, and for my boyfriend who is a vegetarian, finding bacon in his sandwich is not a pleasant surprise. Make sure you yell when the deaf older lady with the smoker’s cackle takes your order. The manager Denise has no sense of customer service so don’t even try. Definitely not your typical mcdonalds and will not be going back there again.

Stopped at this McDonald’s today and totally regret it. They get the one star only because our server was a nice kid. This has to be the filthiest McD I have ever been in. There were enough ants in the corner to fill a coffee cup. By the drink dispenser there were enough flying insects to make you believe you were outdoors. The counters and floors don’t look like they were cleaned for days. When a customer mentioned the bugs the MANAGER said, «so». Then looked at the crew and said, «what does she want us to do about it?» Golly gee MANAGER. I don’t know. Maybe clean the restaurant a little bit? That might be a beginning. DONOTSTOPHERE. This Franchise makes billions daily yet are peeny pinching on condiments. ANDTHEY have the nerve to put a time limit on how long you can sit and eat in the establishment.

I went to this McDonalds after working out around 2 am today and I ordered a Fillet-O-Fish, so I get home and see what looks to be a booger on it! Went back and returned it. Oh yeah and the customer service sucked too, that should’ve been a hint that this would happen.

This is such a busy McD and has such a hardworking manager! They get orders out quickly, correctly, in spite of the high volume of traffic they serve. It’s recently remodeled, clean, and staff is professional and skillful.

went with my wife on drive through it was today at there am shift, It was the worse customer service that I ever tried in Mcdonalds, The cashier said on speaker«please wait for 10 minutes we going on break,» we said okay: She said again you have to wait for 10 min we are on break… I said«Thats strange McDonald never done that since 100 years» then another lady took the order then we left . . I really wish they will improve there night shift service, I am a customer and i will be back to check there service again, If its improve i will reverse the stars to 4 stars.
