So I went to starbucks today and ordered a drink. This old lady that was at the cash register today was very rude! I asked if she can please scan my phone for a free drink I had earned and refused to do so. So i went to another starbucks and got ny free drink. Learned my lesson. Will never go back there again!

This is by far one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here it’s the same way. I just sat in the drive through for 15 minutes. That’s unacceptable. I had that happen once at another Starbucks and they gave me my drink for free. However this is the norm here so they’d never make any money. The only reason for 2 stars is they are courteous.

Great food and fast drive thru service. I needed my frappé and breakfast was on point. Glad I didn’t have to cook and I still ate good. Would have gotten 4 stars but she forgot my straw for other drink. Now I’m not supposed to share the straw ugghh. Overall not bad though.

So rude! The lady just stood there not greeting or smiling to us and yet she was so friendly to a person behind me who is a non Asian person. I guess she s just not pleasant? with asians. Maybe something against pretty people since she was heinous! So sorry!!! ;)

This Starbucks is terrible! They repeated my order twice and still didn’t get my drinks right ! I ordered two drinks and I had to come back after waiting 35 mins in line. The service is terrible! I would never recommend them to anyone. Nor would I come back. In fact it seems as though all the Starbucks are this way. I am tired of having to come back to fix my order because they didn’t do it right. It’s not like we are paying two dollars for a coffee, we’re paying triple that for one and we can’t even get what we want. I’m honestly surprised that they’re even open

They know how to make coffee however I have now been standing here 8 minutes waiting on a double expresso. There is physically more employees currently then people waiting on drinks. Maybe they should be less worried about cleaning and shutting things down for the night and more worried about customers.
I guess when thibgs are slow the idea in todays economy is try to build a line then people will think you have something worth waiting for, but maybe start building that line after u make my double expresso

It just took me 20 minutes to sit through the drive thru to get a coffee. A little more urgency for those of us who have to get back to work would be great. The whole reason I didn’t walk in and get it was because I thought the drive thru would be faster. Obviously I was very wrong.

Pretty standard Starbucks offering. Comfortable inside with a friendly staff. My only real gripe is the drive through which is quite a disaster the way it was designed around a poorly build parking lot. Outside of that a pretty comfortable inside and good staff.

The service was ok. Got my free beverage and it was made correctly. The employees were good, just didn’t have that above and beyond customer service that I am used to at starbucks. They did not make much of an effort to get to know me.

I really like this location. The drive-​thru moves a little slow in the morning and on weekend afternoons, but that’s expected. The baristas are always so nice! I’ve yet to come across one that was rude here. I’ve gotten unexpected free drinks too (whenever the drive-​thu was slow or something) which is also very nice of them. It would be great if they had more seating inside though. The tables in front of the registers are kind of cramped and not very comfy. But the place is pretty small itself, so not much can be done. Overall, coming here is always a pleasant experience. (They also have a 99 overall score, which I don’t see often for many places)

I have to admit that I am one of those few people in the world who have a love hate relationship with Starbucks. The idea of their caffeinated concoctions always sound better in my head than what they typically end up being.
In the midst of the countless stores and restaurants lining Buford Drive, this Starbucks is doing something right! I decided to go with the new drink: the Flat White. Yeah, it sounds very awkward asking for a «tall flat white.» I tried to do it without blushing but failed miserably. Any who, the flat white wasn’t too bitter or too sweet… it was actually (insert GASP here) perfect! I was completely stoked. Now of course I didn’t finish nearly half of it or I would’ve been shaking in a corner from caffeine overdose, but it hit the spot on a chilly early Saturday morning!

I’m usually fairly understanding about bad customer service. I genuinely can understand having a bad day so I’ll chalk this small incident up to just that, «the barista was having a bad day» and leave it at that. The two at the register, Jarred I believe was his name and a young girl were very pleasant and I have to say, not needing to repeat my drink order twice was a first. The bar and seating area were clean and sale items looked well stocked. Drive through was busy but other than one employee being snippy, the others seemed to be going with the flow. Again, I get it. A bad day is a bad day, however, I most likely will not be back to this Starbucks.

I thoroughly enjoyed this location since it’s not as crowded as the location across (and inside) the Mall of Georgia.
I really liked how there were single sofa chairs and tables perfect for individuals. Oftentimes I don’t see enough of these seating arrangements. There were only two large rectangular tables with 1 fairly small round table. The rest were two-​seater tables or the sofas I was talking about.
The service here was a okay. I think the employees could have been a bit more peppy, but it was overall still above average.
Oooh. Aim for Saigon Café & Steak n Shake if you’re unsure of where this particular location is near.
