This place did an ok job however, i will not return. I had my eyebrows waxed here and left with some wax still stuck to my brows. The staff were friendly and service was quick. I only stopped here as I was in the area today and it was convenient. I will return to my go to wax place where staff go above and beyond and really take the time with you! Also the location here is horrible! No parking it’s so busy as its right next to Starbucks.

I started getting waxes almost 2 yrs ago at the Lawrenceville location. However I changed to this location bc LETTICIA is the best. I love her. She makes the process as painless as possible. I would highly recommend this location

When I started going here I was a little skeptical because where I come from (Chicago) I’d never seen a Brazilian wax for such a good deal! Plus I’m really picky about who does my waxes because I’ve had horrible experiences before, but I had the pleasure of getting Ainsley to wax me, and she did a fantastic job! I was so clean and had no hair AT ALL left! Just like I like it! She also told me how to take care of my skin afterwards to avoid hair-​bumps and ingrown hairs. I’ve never had anyone teach me how to care for everything afterwards. Needless to say she’s been waxing my for almost a year now, and even after I move I’m still traveling to come see her. If you come to this location go see Ainsley I promise you will NOT be disappointed

This is the only place I will ever go to for my waxing needs. I usually ask for Christiane, who is gentle and does her job with confidence and precision. Everyone else I have ever gotten waxes from are amazing, kind, and hard-​working too! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is calm. I recommend this waxing place to all my girls or guys who ask where to go!

This place is amazing, I always ask for Carla, she is meticulous and always ensures she finishes the job correctly. This is close to my house. She always ensures she gets all of the wax removed prior to me leaving. I feel comfortable talking while getting my bikini wax. I would give this place 10 stars if the option was available.

They responded to my e-​mail saying someone would contact me within 24 – 48 hours or something like that concerning my experience.
Yeah…that never happened. So be advised that if you email them, it’s probably only the automated response you’ll get back and it’ll cease at that. A joke. I think I’m going to make the move to Sweet Samba.

First time here today for a Brazilian wax… when I came home I realized I had several small spots that still had hard wax!!! I had to rip these off myself… including my vaginal opening, I ripped off a dime size wax that was still attached. There were also some spots that were missed. I will never go there again! I figured it was close to my home and the other locations had decent reviews I would try it since there were no previous reviews on this location.
