There’s nothing wrong with this Chili’s. In my honest opinion, it’s not as great at the Mall of Georgia location, but that’s just because I haven’t visited this one as often. I’ve only sat inside this one once, maybe twice. The food has always been good and the service has been too. I don’t see why anyone wouldn’t stop in here.

I brought my son here because he requested it for his birthday dinner. I really wasn’t excited about going here because I wasn’t really impressed with the food or service the past few times we have eaten here. The whole family enjoyed the meal and sevice this time. The 2 for $ 20 deal is a great promotion. I am glad that they turned it around. Good job Chili’s. Try the bacon ranch quesadilla. You won’t leave hungry or unsatisfied.

My «go-to“restaurant for a quick sit-down lunch when I am working from home. Always get good food and quick service. I prefer lunch to dinner because of the costs, but a good place to go then as well.

Service and food was very good! My bestie and I came in for a late lunch and were not disappointed! She had the cheeseburger and I had the shrimp tacos. Both were very delish! Fresh shrimp, no fishy smell! I was able to use my gift cards from previous years boss’ Christmas gift, with no problems! We will be back!

The food came out fast and tasted great, the lunch specials are cheap and filling, we had an appetizer and two lunch entrees that came with soup/salad all for $ 19 and ended up taking stuff home! The manager came by our table when our entrees came out and told us the fries were going to be a couple more minutes so that we could have them fresh instead of the ones that had been sitting out. He brought them out and they were delicious and hot. We really appreciated him doing that. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. This is probably the best Chili’s I’ve ever gone to.

It’s been years since I’ve been to Chillis, now I remember why. Food subpar, smoked wings were cold and not tasty at all. Buffalo boneless wings had hard breading and did not taste fresh. The slider burgers were ok, my kids didn’t like them. The service was great and they have a tablet that displayed the appetizers and some of the menu items. The tablet also has ability to order desert and alcoholic drinks but not main course meals or appetizers. Kinda bummed about that. I was able to checkout and leave a tip from the tablet which was nice. Your card doesn’t have to leave your hand. The thing I didn’t like the most was that these tablets charge $.99 all access to play games. My kids were playing with it and I told them not to order any games and they didn’t. But $.99 showed up on my bill. I didn’t dispute it since they reffiled my sons orange juice 3 times and also comped my desert. Service great, food and tablet games no good and needs work.

This Chilis is very close to my house so my family and I dine here from time to time. My mom and I walked in on a Saturday at around 8:30pm and there were several people ahead of us waiting to get seated. However we only waited for about 10 – 15 minutes since it was just the two of us. I ordered the triple dipper with boneless wings, southwestern eggroll, and big mouth bites, whereas my mom ordered the chicken taco entrée(I forget what its called). Although we waited for another good 15 minutes for the food, everything was delicious and service was excellent. Will definitely be returning.

I took my boys for dinner; it’s been a while since we’ve been and they’ve changed the menu quite a bit. The food was ok; use to be better I think, but my issue is not with the food. They’ve new little tablet things on every table; you can order a drink, pay your bill, and there’s games to keep the kids entertained. I’m thinking this is such a smart business choice, it frees up the server for a few things, it keeps the kids entertained(Potentially allowing people with kids to visit there establishment more since the kids are quite and entertained, it also expedited checkout, again freeing up the server and clearing the table sooner for the next customer for… very smart for business right! Well apparently there’s a charge for use it; it’s only $ 0.99, I was told there is a accept button when you first start using but I didn’t know there was a charge since my son took to immediately. Now I’m not going to loose my house over $ 0.99 but I’m tired of all the little up charges that have been popping up everywhere, it does add up. They took what was a smart idea that would save them time & money and possible bring in more business and ruined it by trying to be too greedy. Sorry I know this is a bit of a rant, but I wont be returning to Chili’s again anytime soon.

Swore off of Chilis a few years ago b/c it was getting worse and worse in quality yet the prices kept rising. Then not too long ago I tried this Chilis in Hamilton Mill. It’s been great and we’ve been back 4 times in 3 weeks! All 4 times have been great! Food quality has been great, excellent customer service and fair pricing. Excellent Chilis location. This had restored my faith in this restaurant chain.

I love reading all the reviews from people who say that they do not really like Chilis yet they went anyhow. That is funny stuff. But let me tell you, I have been a customer at different Chilis locations since they started opening in GA around the mid 90’s. I have seen the chain fall from greatness at most locations. They used to be consistent no matter where you were in the country with great food at a great price. Over the years, the food became not quite as good and the prices kept going up. It was only recently that we decided to hit this locations after about a 2 – 3 year haitus from going to any of the Chilis locations due to bad experiences at MOG, Lawrenceville, McDonough etc. but this location changed the game and put Chilis back in to «the rotation» for us(my family) and is the only one we will go to anymore. We consistently get excellent food and excellent service. If you walk in to a packed restaurant and the wait staff is spread thin, then yes, things may be a little slow. And yes, people do make mistakes and sometimes forget things. To summarize, this location has consistently good service, consistently good food and is in a great location. I may be slightly generous with the 5 star rating on this but 4.5 is what it deserves.

The staff is awesome. Been a regular for years. The only thing negative i can say is their prices have gone up to about ridiculous on drinks. Not their fault bc I’m sure thats corporate. Other than that… They rock!

So my friends take me to chili’s for my birthday dinner. We got here about 6:30. After a 15 minute wait we were seated. We finished our appetizers at 7:41(I know the time because of a phone call right as I finished). It is now 8:37 and I still do not have my food. Just ordered one of their cheep 2 for 20 entres. The waitress said the kitchen is behind. Half the tables are empty and the people next to us(table of 4) have their food already and they were seated after we had finished our appetizers. They offered us a desert. I picked this place for my birthday dinner but will not be coming back. We finally got our food at 8:53. The table I referred to earlier is already leaving even though they got here after we ordered. They now say they had some backed up tickets in the kitchen. Another table that had come in long after we finished our appetizers is leaving now too nice and full.

I’m not really a Chili’s fan, but this place has me transfixed. Plus, this was where my date and I ended up eating and sharing a great meal together. Hehehe. I’m just being mushy for the heck of it. But really, this place has pretty good service & food, friendly staff, a good atmosphere, and entertainment on the iPad. What I mean is that if you pay $ 0.99 or something like that, you can play trivia and other games for as long as you want. Yeah. My date kind of figured that out the hard way. lol. The trivia was fun because you get to play against the other folks in the restaurant. Okay. Now back to the food review. :) Having frequented this place last Sunday to be exact, I can’t really recall what I had exactly. I think it was the monterey chicken. My date had the crispy chicken tacos, I think. I can’t remember for sure. Let’s just say the margarita and long island took its toll. To be fair. I only downed half of each, but our waitress said he «hooked» me up since it took awhile for the drinks to come out. :) Overall, the both entrees were good and the drinks were delish. Now remember about the iPad? You can also pay for the meal with the iPad instead of having to wait for the actual check to come. Cool isn’t it? Overall, this is a GREAT place. This location has definitely changed my perception about Chili’s.

My family ate at this Chili’s location on a busy evening in the bar area. Our server was on point and friendly. My kids loved the soft pretzel app, along with the corn on the cob and cinnamon apples that came with their kids meals. My chicken fajita pizza was delish– better than the one I had previously at a different Chili’s location.

Chilis is always good and I normally would not have bothered to review except that I really loved this Chilis! We stopped here for lunch while on a road trip and were met with the friendliest staff under one roof that I have ever encountered! The hostess, Jasmine the bartender, and both runners who brought food from the kitchen always took time to engage and laugh with us. It is fun to eat in a happy place!!!

Ok. so I guess I’m not a BIGFAN of chili’s restaurant. I mean the food that they serve tastes ‘ok’ and well. just not a big fan… Anyways, I haven’t ate here in a while. When I entered the restaurant, a hostess came to me and asked how many people were going to be dining here with me. I said, «Four people.» She led us to our table and it was clean. Our server’s name was Kimberly and she said she had an assistant, Ian but he never came around. Kimberly was helpful and very friendly(I know it’s the server’s job to be friendly but the last time I visited. I don’t recall any servers being friendly). She gave us some suggestions about the new menu and the new food. She served us our ice water with lemon. For some reason, every time I visit this same Chili’s Restaurant. the water tastes gross and funky. So I ordered a Mango Iced Tea(sweet tea). It was so delicious! Wish they added some bits of fresh mango pieces… We had chips and salsa. As always, the chips are SUPPOSE to be served fresh and hot but this time it was warm and cold. I didn’t mind but my brother complained it was cold. I was going to tell our server, but he said it was fine. So we just ate it as is. We also had the triple dipper(you can make our own appetizer. three of your choice listed on the menu). So we got the Buffalo(bone-in) wings, southwestern egg rolls and the chicken crispers… I think. yea. I got the Black Chicken and Shrimp Pasta. It’s made with grilled slices of chicken and shrimp and it’s heavily seasoned with herbs, spices and LOTSOFSALT! Oh my goodness! I felt like I was eating a chunk of salt. it was so salty. out of 5 stars, I give it a 3. It would have been flavorful if they put less of everything in it. It was in a tomato sauce and slices of green bell peppers and red onions. The service was AWESOME!!! Yay! The food was ‘meh. it was ok’. I think all fast food restaurants’ food are just ‘ok’.

This Chili’s is the closest one to my house, so it’s the one that my siblings and I like to go to on occasion. We always order their bottomless chips and salsa as an appetizer while we wait for our food. Most recently, we went on a Wednesday night for a simple dinner. Since we weren’t super hungry, two of my siblings and I decided to share one entrée and one appetizer combo along with our usual order of bottomless chips and salsa. * Bottomless Tostada Chips & Salsa($ 3.09) — This simple appetizer is actually really good at Chili’s! The thin tortilla chips are usually served warm and crispy, and the salsa is fresh and delicious! The salsa is definitely on the«thin» side without large chunks of tomatoes and onions, and definitely no cilantro(YAY!) — but my siblings and I really like it. The only downside is that it looks as if the price has gone up because I could have sworn it used to cost $ 2 or less. * Triple Dipper($ 10.69) — You get to choose three appetizers from a total of eight. We decided on the Big Mouth Bites(2 burger sliders), Wings Over Buffalo(4 wings), and the Southwestern Eggrolls(4 pieces). The Southwestern Eggrolls, which come with a side of green, avocado-ranch dipping sauce, are definitely my favorite. They are made up of chicken, black beans, corn, jalapeño Jack cheese, red peppers, and spinach all wrapped up in crispy flour tortillas, and they are nothing like your usual«Asian» eggrolls. I highly recommend them! The sliders and wings are alright — but they’re nothing special. * Blackened Chicken & Shrimp Pasta($ 11.49) — This was one of their new menu items, and our server highly recommended it, so we took her suggestion. My siblings seemed to enjoy it, but I was disappointed. I prefer creamy, Alfredo sauce pastas, but this one was a marinara pasta. It’s basically bowtie pasta with marinara sauce, chicken, shrimp, onions, green onions, and red bell peppers. It was kind of salty so although it wasn’t bland, it wasn’t «flavorful.» I would not order this again. After sharing the chips, appetizers, and pasta, my siblings and I were totally stuffed and satisfied. My sister ordered a sweet Mango Iced Tea, which was really good! I would probably order it the next time I go to a Chili’s. Overall, this Chili’s gets 3.5 stars — for having slightly better than«A-OK» food and good service. Our server that night, Kimberly, was especially knowledgeable about the menu, attentive, and very friendly, but I didn’t like her pasta suggestion. I guess one can only hope that someone giving you suggestions for food has good taste. Our family will continue to return to this Chili’s, mainly because of it’s convenient location.
