We always seem to end up here on extremely busy nights, but managed to get awesome waite staff, and tonight was no different. Rashidi(I really hope I spelled this young man’s name correctly) was awesome! Made me the perfect arnold palmer, twice. Attentive without being overbearing, very accomodating and personable. If you visit tis location, request to be seated in his section, if available.

Pretty good place. I had the caribbean jerk wings and lemon pepper wings. Our server was very attentive even though it was so busy that day. I would recommend this place to my friends. I order a choc cake for dessert and was amazed how good it was!

The male bartender was our waiter and he was very friendly and timely. However, my margarita didn’t taste good at all and the food was disgusting. We got the nachos as an appetizer and it came out looking like something a 13 year old made on a home kitchen. It was cold and looked and tasted cheap. We then got wings: 10 lemon pepper, 5 mild, 10 teriyaki, and 10 honey bbq. I was so nauseous the rest of the day after eating here. We decided to never come back to this place again because of how awful the food was.

The server was being rude. She forgot the orders and when we reminded her, she gave us attitude. We had to remind her 2−3x on everything. Will not come back here again.

4th visit at this location. Avid BWW go-er at multiple locations. This is by far the worst visit although food has been horrible and service has been horrible every time we have gone since they opened. The first couple of times we chalked it up as they were just new and just opened, but after 3 months nothing has improved. Tonight they even ran out of boneless wings before 7pm. How does a wing joint run out of wings?! We do not plan to return, ever. We will go to Wild Wing Café in Buford in the future.

Fun and energetic. Typical sports bar menu but was surprisingly able to accommodate a vegetarian well! Sat at the bar and had lousy service. Long waits and inattentive staff. Will be back for a second time. Hopefully they will improve after being open a few more months.

We had a really good experience for it being a rainy college football Saturday, it was pretty busy. The food was kind of slow coming out but I get it because you want to enjoy yourself watching sports, socializing, etc not to just eat n run, if that’s the case get it to go! It was our first time, we asked the waitress what she recommended; she gave us several options! We got the boneless wings which were amazing, mine were honey bbq and my husband got the Asian fusion! We’ll be back, its my husbands dreams restaurant, a different game everywhere he turned and to top it off the manager even asked if there was a specific game he was looking to watch bc he would turn a TV to it! Appreciate good service!

Worst service ever. 1 beer per hour if you are lucky enough to have your waitress visit your table that often

Soooo… the third time is not the charm… The first time we chalked our little«inconveniences» up to opening kinks to be worked out. The second time, the server and manager were very friendly and nice, however our total time for done in was 1.5 hours; we ordered one app(which we were told 10 minutes after ordering that the kitchen was out of part of it and we needed to pick a substitute), small mild wings, and two bar drinks(which took longer than industry«standard» time for bar service). We did reach out and connect with the gm, who encouraged us to give it another go… so here we are… This time, we started out with high hopes. The server was a regional trainer, she was friendly, promptly took our app prefer which arrived quick, and then it went down hill from there. Ordered a tall McKenzies cider and a Bloody Mary that took forever to get to the table — actually took longer this time than last. Our friend who was with us went to the bathroom and saw the drinks sitting on the bar, while our server stood in front of them chatting up the two other servers that were just hanging out. From our booth there were 12 empty tables, yet it took 26 minutes to receive 10 boneless teriyaki and honey bbq and 10 mild boneless… meanwhile, the table of two pretty hefty guys received 3 reorders of the $.65 wing specials… No complaints about the food, just poor management and server/kitchen/bar training. Tried to reach out to manager on duty, and asked if the gm was onsite. She responded with no, and that was it… not even a «how can I help you» or «was everything ok». Sorry BWW, if you want to stand a chance against the Hooters being built, you better buck up because this customer will be taking her service there.

My knowledge of Buffalo Wild Wings aka BW3’s is solely based on the ones I went to in Cincinnati, OH. Quality Food, Decent Service & enough TV’s to satisfy the sports fan. I went there at least 2x a month to seat in or takeout. Their wings are fried without any breading/batter and then sauced. I loved the Caribbean Jerk wings, well Caribbean Jerk on pretty much any & everything. I’d chalk up the bad experiences to a new restaurant’s bumps & bruises. If I were you, try them again later. I usually try to go to a new restaurant after the first 60 – 90 days to allow for training issues to be rectified & service issues addressed with solid hiring. OK, sorry I wrote a book but I love these wings & am very excited that they finally came to GA. Just as excited as Ohioans were when the 1st freestanding Chick-fil-A’s were built there. Previously, they’d only had Chick-fil-A inside a mall or two. I’ll update my post when I go. I’m really hoping they’ve ironed out all the kinks. If they haven’t, it’s such a shame… it’s a solid franchise with great sauce options & a terrific atmosphere for couples, kids & families.

We had a great experience on a college football game day! They were very well staffed and had 5 managers there taking care of customers, along with multiple waiters. Wings were wonderful and beer was cold!

Went there with my family this past Saturday. They were very busy for football but the experience was awesome. Of course there were a couple little things that I could complain about, but the place was packed. What do you expect? The food was good and the drinks were great. This place is far above Taco Mac and their subpar food. Will definitely be coming back, even considering going tonight lol.

Really bad experience. I had high hopes for this place as I love Buffalo Wild Wings but sadly, this one missed the mark. My usually even keeled husband was so upset that even I was surprised. Our server, Ashley, made her introduction by rolling her eyes and shaking her head, not AT us but I guess because she’d had a long day? That should have been an indication of how the rest of dinner was going to go. She took our drink order and brought them to us asking if we needed a few minutes, to which we replied we did. After waiting 15 – 20 minutes for her to come back, my husband had to flag her down. Her excuse? She didn’t want to bother us. We placed our order and waited… and waited… and waited. Finally, some other lady brought out our food. Ashley quickly came over to say that just as she was going to get our food, the other lady grabbed it and brought it to us instead. I quickly found out why. It had been sitting there for quite some time so someone else brought it out for her. The food was cold and my husband sent his back. I kept my nachos because I don’t send food back even though they were not hot either. My husband had to eat a chicken sandwich with spicy sauce and no water. Ashley was personable, interacting with me and my daughter, but was not attentive to the fact that my husband’s glass was empty! After we paid, we caught the manager, Shameka, on her way out. She seemed a bit empathetic but also had a lot of excuses. Needless to say, we won’t be back. Taco Mac is the better alternative and their service is superior.

The staff here his a mess. The restraint has been open over two weeks and they still haven’t figured it out. Several mall employees left because their food took way too long and several others who ordered ahead had no food when they came to pick it up. I oder red quest dip and wings to come out together and the dip came out 2pm minutes with the wings another 20 minutes behind. The servers are standing around talking while the customers leave angry. The bartender was nice but very frazzled.

Positive: * seated quickly * waiter was polite Negative: * SLOW services 1.25 hours for most of the food to come out * not all food arrived * food served in containers like you would get at a high school football game the paper rectangular bowls I mean really? * 15 yr old son would not eat the boneless wings as they came without sauce and waiter was no where to be found to bring sauce and«they were bland» * lettuces was warm and wilted as if it was in a heat window for too long and chicken was room temperature — no dressing requested wing sause * wife’s salad never arrived * not one refill of water or soda the entire time * manager slithered by and took wife’s salad and sons boneless wings off the bill but NEVER came by the table. He seemed to be only interested in the lady’s wearing spandex at the bar * never again will we go back and I doubt this place will be in business in 12 months

I have always loved Buffalo Wild Wings! When I found out they were opening it at Mall of Georgia I was beyond excited! Went there a Sunday, placed was packed because of Football but we were seated right away. Our server, Catherine, was very attentive along with some managers walking by and asking if we were doing well. Definitely will come back!
