Good food but a little slower than a typical Zaxbys. Maybe they were training or just having an off day. Food was great though and that is by far the most important thing to me.

Awful service. I was greeted with«what you want» after placing one order she says«9.50» I had to state I wasn’t finished and kept going with my order. We went inside and one of the male employees started flirting and making me and my sister very uncomfortable. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Go to another location.

Stay away from this Zaxby’s. I have always loved going to Zaxby’s but this location is terrible. I paid for a large(got the regular) not a huge deal if I didn’t pay more for food that I didn’t get. My food was cold. The wings were the wrong flavor and overall such a bad experience. Emailed corporate for a refund for my terrible experience and never heard back. Always check your meal before driving off. Never going to this location or their drive through ever again. When you spend $ 12 for fast food you would expect a little more care and pride. Maybe that’s why Chikfila is that much better. #onlyasundayoption

If you like dining inside trashcans, you’ll love this location. Unlike other Zaxby’s, this location is staffed by people who seem to hate their job, their customers, and cleanliness. Experience based on three visits separated by six months between each visit.

Two months since last one star review and it’s always something. This time food was much better just no napkins from drive thru after being told in the bottom of the bag. I just wish Hamilton Mill wasn’t always so crowded much better service.

Used the drive thru today. The female who took my order was curt to the point of rude. My food came quickly and the young man at the window was polite and effective. Had the grill Chicken salad which was about right… The chicken was in very large hunks and since they do not give knives, it was not easily eaten. All in all it was okay.

I’ve tried eating at this Zaxby’s multiple times and every time it turns out to be just as bad as the last. The food quality is awful and the staff is just as bad. I avoid this restaurant completely and it’s sad because I LOVE Zaxby’s.

Worst Zaxby’s I have ever eaten at. No Welcome Greeting! 24 minute wait to get cold food. Refused it and waited another five minutes for hot fries and cold chicken. I got a refund and left. Staff is horrible. Those who maybe cared were so overwhelmed their performance suffered. I think customers inside deserve priority over the drive through people! Still cannot believe how poorly managed this Zaxby’s is!?! Not my first visit to this location but may be my last for awhile!

Yikes. Walked in and EVERY table was dirty. The gal at the counter wasn’t the brightest and they were getting orders wrong all around us. Lots of angry customers — luckily not us. The positives? Freestyle machine, clean bathrooms and in a nice area.

Incompetence at it’s highest level. The manager(Desirè) working at 7:30pm on May 27th, 2014 was incredibly rude over the phone with me. My meal was not fresh from the night before this visit. So I went by to try and get a replacement. I gave my reason for wanting a replacement meal: the salad was wilted, toast and chicken were cold/stale. She asked for the receipt to replace the meal I had purchased the night before which was understandable. I fumbled around in my car, and found the receipt. When I told her I found it she then proceeded to rudely say, «oh we will also need the food back.» When I asked why she would think I would have brought it with me from the night before(I obviously threw it out over 15 hours ago… because it was poorly prepared…) she said it was to make sure I didn’t eat it… Haha. I have never in my life of eating out experienced such BOLD rudeness. I was amazed at this point. I had also told this woman that the entire store’s lights(including drive thru menu) were completely dark at 9pm(an hour before closing) the night before and her response was«oh yeah I don’t know how to work the lights… I think they’re on a timer.» … Incompetence at it’s highest level. She was UNABLE to fix my problem apparently because of an insane POLICY that store owners have placed upon her.(GETTHEFOODBACKFROMCUSTOMERBEFOREREMAKINGANYTHING???) If I do not have time to come to a store and return food that was poorly prepared… They expect customers to save the rotting salad and bring it BACKTOTHESTORE? This policy is absurd or she was lying. I’m still flush. That is all. Good day. I said GOODDAY!

The service there is always slow. If you go to the drive-up window be sure to check your order before leaving. They often get it wrong.

It gets a A-Ok for not having a changing table in the bathroom!!! The food was good. It was a clean dining room. Staff seemed nice. Kids meal could use some healthier choices. I liked my meal. It was the nibblers combo. The unsweet tea was good. They had sliced lemons for the tea.

Worst zaxbys I have been to. The sweet tea had a fowl taste– almost a soapy taste, the French fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a while, and my kickin’ chicken sandwich barely had any buffalo and ranch sauce on it. I did stop in at 9:30pm, so maybe it was a poor experience since they were about to close… Still not a good excuse though

Had a craving for Zaxby’s, so I placed an order via Zaxby’s online webpage for later pickup. When I walked up to the counter, there was no one manning the register but noticed a few personnel prepping drive through orders. After waiting a few minutes patiently at the register, the cashier finally notices me standing there alone and asks for my order. I presented my copy of my prepaid online order receipt and the cashier looks over my invoice and asks me if I already paid. I said yes as it was clearly listed with the total amount on the printout. It was very clear that the cashier still has not received any online ordering training as she kept looking quizzically at the paper wondering how to place the order. I reminded the cashier that this has happened before when the same cashier accepted my previous order from last month. Because there was no pre-filled order waiting, it was made fast and fresh. I was okay with fresh food but assumed the purpose of online order was to prepay and pick up without waiting. Sure enough, I still did not get my drinks nor sauces and had to wait again and point out that I did not receive all of my meal items — my two drinks nor sauces that comes with the meal and actually had to prove it from my printout!!! Fry cooks behind the counter looked at me questionably as if they have never seen my order before. I think they also have not been trained to accept online order receipt. Food is very good though but be sure to bring your print out as proof if ordering online. The other chicken establishment never has this problem.
