Anna is amazing, friendly and talented. I really enjoy my lashes! I don’t even need to have makeup on since I had them. They feel natural!

Paid for a mani pedi. One of the worst pedicures. They wouldn’t fix and thought it was fine. All my toe nails were not filed and shaped smoothly. It looked like I just painted over long nails. Very disappointed!!! If you want good service and a quality pedicure, go some where else!

I went here for manicure and was disappointed that these young ladies didn’t know how to do any of the designs I selected. While a good mani and pedi is such a great thing, staying up on art is just as important and a service you should offer. Disappointed. My design was horrible but still paid for it. I hate paying for people to praticing… customers shouldn’t have to pay for your training.

I came in a week ago exactly to get an acrylic full set for my wedding. Since I came in about an hour before closing time, I expected a wait, but I waited for about a minute and then Quinn took care of me. I’m very picky that they don’t apply the powder on too thickly or leave my nails too oddly shaped. She took her time doing it, but she kept having to get up and turning around to get tools from Anna, who was also working on a client; so basically they were just using the tools on me and the other client at the same time. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, but i should have just left at that point. My nails weren’t exactly even, but considering that it was closing time, I didn’t say anything. I tried making conversation with both Quinn and Anna and they were very stiff in their responses, so there was no friendliness. I didn’t exactly love my nails, but I still have her a big tip since she wasn’t in a rush. Exactly 7 days later, my nails are already chipped, the polish faded into a much uglier color than it was when I had it applied. I went back Tuesday night for my pedicure and the service was fine, but the polish is already chipping as well. My technician appeared to be in a rush, and she used a cheese grater on my feet. Based on previous Unilocal reviews, I expected the experience to be a lot better !

Great experience with my daughter. We’re not rushed and my feet feel like heaven. Would come again.

Having to break up with my nail person when I moved from virginia was tough! After an unfortunate experience with another nail shop (see my previous review for that truly ghastly event) someone recommended Rich’z.
This was by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever received at a nail shop. Their written policy makes it clear that they are deliberately trying to keep customers happy. My appointment was honored and on schedule; I was offered refreshments on walking in; the technician was attentive and worked a miracle of fixing the disaster from the other shop and the prices are reasonable.

I can’t say enough about Anna, Bill and the team. They are perfectionists and take their time to ensure you are completely relaxed. The SNS recommended nails are the best if you need to repair yours from prior acrylic damage! It’s really cool powder that achieves the look of acrylic without the thickness but all the strength. Apparently SNS repairs your natural nails while you have them by replacing the vitamins lost from prior damage. Within just a few fill ins my nails are strong as they were when I was young! Beautiful designs and craftsmanship with a convenient mall of ga location. I’m a fan –you should be too!

Terrible service & not worth the money. Will not return or recommend anyone else to design fell off the next day & pedicure wasn’t up to pair. If anybody is looking to visit this place second think it. They false advertise 30% off. I left with a cut hand & paid 80 $ For the horrible service. Rip off! Secret nail spa Buford ga has better services & prices in that area. Please don’t let this place make a fool out of you like they did me. Keep driving!
