Bojangles

The service here is atrocious. Husband and I agree, the worst EVER. We waited at the order box for like ten minutes but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now, (as we speak), we have been waiting 20 minutes for our food with no explanation or apologies. Disappointing. Husband was looking forward to eating here bc we don’t have one where we live.
Good news, we got our drinks, but no straws… that’ll be another twenty minutes.

Had good service in the past but it’s been degrading day by day. Spent 20+ minutes in the drive through (the drive through!) waiting on an 8 piece tail gate with cole slaw… Remember that… COLE SLAW. Got home 30 minutes later (Mall of Ga traffic blows) and no cole slaw, mash potatoes instead.
Won’t be going back any time soon. I’ll use the one in Duluth.

Good food but be prepared to WAIT
I love Bojangles. My husband and I come here fairly often because it is the only one in the area but it never fails we are always asked to pull forward or pull into a spot to wait. Today’s visit through the drive through has been over 25 minutes and I do not even have my food yet…
Food is good and pretty typical for Bojangles but the service is beyond slow and we usually have to repeat things multiple times before they get it.

I have never had a bad experience with Bo until today. I ordered a Chicken Supremes Combo in the drive thru. First off, the server left her mic on while I waited to place the order. I heard her cursing at other workers and then she finally took my order. When I got to the window she processed my card payment and gave me my drink. She said they were cooking fresh fries so I waited. Shortly the box was handed to me and I drove on. BIG MISTAKE. The chicken was lukewarm at best and the fires were not «fresh» and there wasn’t even a biscuit in there. I was already a mile away in traffic so I didn’t go back.
Very disappointed though.

I went here yesterday morning for breakfast. The Cajun chicken biscuit was disappointing. It didn’t have the Cajun kick that I expected especially for a restaurant that specializes in chicken. The steak biscuit was very good however. The Boberry biscuits were awesome!

Terrible, terrible, terrible service! It was a Sunday afternoon and of course we were craving Chick Fil A. Typical right? #AtlantaProblems so we settled on Bojangles. Normally we don’t mind because I love their seasoning on their chicken but from here on out I will never visit this one again.
We pulled into the drive thu about 12.30 in the afternoon excited for our lunch. We were behind another car, so we assumed it would like us about 5 minutes to get our order. We got to the drive thu speaker at 12.35, the car in front of us sat there for some reason. As soon as we said «hello» the employee barked back that they would need a moment. Fine — maybe they were busy. It was not until 12.39 that the employee came back, again with an attitude, asking us what we would like to order. We ordered 2 wraps and 2 teas, not a complex order at all, and nothing that should take more than 5 minutes. We pulled forward and waited behind the car in front of us. It took them 7 minutes after we pulled around to give the customer in front of us their order — only one bag so it was a small order like ours. Then we pulled forward, paid and it wasn’t until 12.55 that we got our order. It took 25 minutes to go through this entire process. As we drove out we looked inside and the place was deserted, we could see employees just hanging around.
I repeat, I will NEVER come back to this place again and I plan on contacting corporate about our terrible experience.

This location sux. Poor customer service. Had to wait 20 min for chicken and they didn’t tell me before I paid.

I drove through here for lunch one day because I’d never tried Bojangles before. Staff was super nice and order was prepared correctly. Biscuits are delicious, everything else is pretty standard fried chicken fare.

God how I miss you Bo. Unfortunately there isn’t a single Bojangles in the Houston area and I have yet to find a replacement for their awesomely good biscuits, excellent country ham, and tasty country fried steak. It’s funny but I almost never eat anything here but the breakfast biscuits. They are so very very good, crispy flaky on the outside but soft and moist on the inside. And this is one of the very very few places that I can find good country ham to go on them too. The country fried steak makes a nice change of pace for me, and best of all it is often on sale for nothing but pocket change. Now whenever I return to Georgia I always want to get at least one breakfast at Bo’s. Nothing else comes close to a good breakfast biscuit from here.

* Biscuit = (4) very good… better than Popeyes & KFC… like that the Butter is baked into the biscuit.
* French Fries = (4) very good… like that they keep the skins on and the seasoning is good too.
* Steak Biscuit Sandwich = (3.5) good
* Dirty Rice (side) = (3.5) good
* Mashed Potatoes = (3.5) good
* Sweet Iced Tea = (3.5) good
* Bacon, Egg & Chees Biscuit = (3) ok
* Fried Chicken = (3) ok
* Sweet Potato Pie = (3) ok
NOTE: Breakfast is served ALL — Day!;-)

Got the tailgate special and it was great. Spicy Cajun flavor is really good. Breakfast served all day and the place was clean with friendly staff. I am not a fan of fast food places but this was very good. I will go back.

The only thing that kills me about Bojangle’s is how they closed all of the ones near my house. Living in Alpharetta, my options are Buford or Woodstock. UGGH.
Best chain biscuits I have had– chicken is awesome! The Bo-​Rounds are unique and the seasoning is awessome…
Have you heard of Patio Red Cherry? It is a wicked drink I can only find there.

They have a great spicy cajun chicken biscuit. It’s straight up cajun chicken and biscuit. If you want the other good stuff, get it added (such as egg, cheese, etc.) The cajun chicken biscuit had a very nice little kick to it. The biscuits were great because of the butter. Was the biscuit actually greasy because of wet butter? No. But you could taste it. And … as bad as butter is for you, hmmm! tastes so good!
Bo’berry Muffins — Their bo-​berries are great. It’s TWO for $ 0.99! What a steal of a deal. I shouldn’t have ordered it because I had ordered a combo, but since it was TWO for $ 0.99, I ordered two so that my mother could try it out. These are also probably unhealthy for you because they have a glaze on them, but .yeah. it’s good!
AMBIANCE — This place is like a typical fast food diner, but not! These people were constantly cleaning when I went in the mornings and they weren’t so busy. They were windexing the food storage/​covering, the counters, the doors, the drink area… At one point (when we were leaving), there were 3 different people in 3 different areas. It already looks clean, so I’m not sure what they were cleaning up. Good job, crew!

SERVICE — Service was good. There’s not too much service since it’s fast food, but the lady who took our order was very patient.

I love this place on two counts. Breakfast biscuits and good spicy fried chicken. There ought to be more of these around town, so that my sudden craves can be satisfied without long drives, especially near the traffic madness around the Mall of Georgia.

Their breakfast biscuits are the best! Can’t get a better breakfast for the price.
