Went here on Friday night. They cook to order so the wait was average for cook to order. Previous review said «WHOLE» catfish. You do get a whole catfish filet. It doesn’t include the tail and it is already de-​boned. Not quite a tasty as a whole catfish with bones n tail. I also, ordered 6 hot wings they were tasty and I would get the wings again. I wouldn’t get the catfish again. Lastly, I waited 20 minutes for my order. While I was there I searched for the health/​sanitation grade/​score. It was NO WHERE to be found. I say this because you could be putting your health at risk based on some of the other reviews I have read. Get the chicken wings and you should be fine.

Everyone working there was so nice and friendly. I placed a large order. They were very helpful. We had wings, catfish and shrimp all to go. Small side note– I do suggest calling your order in ahead of going there. They move very fast but because it’s cooked fresh, it does take a little time… You can’t rush fresh cooked food! We will be back.

You lost a long time-​regular customer tonight.
I made it a point to stop in once a week since this place opened because the food was good. After tonight’s fiasco I won’t be back. I stopped in tonight on my way home from work and placed my order of 2-​piece flounder and shrimp combo with a 6-​piece wings at 6:21pm. by 7:05pm I still had not received my food. People that had ordered food after me had received their food and were long gone and yet I was still waiting. Finally, I made them give me a refund –stamped on receipt 7:08pm. I can accept that when it gets busy I’ll have to wait a little longer but this is ridiculous.

Love it! It’s a fish joint. It’s not a gourmet restaurant. If your looking for posh atmosphere; go somewhere else. If you want some good fresh catfish nuggets and chicken tenders to go; no place better that I know of in the neighborhood. Really nice people. I like to chat while I wait.

Amazing fresh as can be fish. At first we were disappointed, thinking it was «a restaurant, not a take out style place with a few tables. But we REALLY enjoyed the fish and chips, fried shrimp and homemade fries and coleslaw. Not fishy at all, but crisp, sweet and hot. Wonderful! And the service… Super friendly and they couldn’t do enough for us. Just wish it was bigger

This place is unexpectedly surprising. Initially I did not have high expectations out of what seemed like a small restaurant next to a gas station but Bravo… I can say hands down this place makes some of the best Fried shrimp I have ever had. I had the chicken tenders (delicious), fries (awesome), okra (yummy), talapia (great) but the shrimp… the shrimp are so good u might slap yo mamma… they are very good sized, lightly battered and just plain amazing. And I almost forgot… if you drink anything make it their lemonade… it’s so good they should have their own stand in the summer… prices are beyond reasonable, the staff (Sade) is very friendly and I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes southern food or just delicious food in general.

This is a great place if you’re ever in the mood for fried fish, seafood, or simple finger food-​like snacks.
My sister and I decided to come here to get lunch one day and I was surprised everything was perfectly fried (not overcooked, just crispy and light!)
We got the pizza puff, sweet potato fries, crab fritters, and the fried Whiting meal that came with normal fries and a slice of bread. ALL for $ 17.56! That’s a deal in my book. Although, I do wish they gave us 2 pizza puffs instead of 1 – Ugh, that thing was seriously good!
The lady that runs the place is also really friendly. She was so sweet to both me and my sister and helped us with the recommendation of the Whiting fish.

Disgusting fried perch! I really wanted to love this place, I really did buuuuut was very disappointed. Iced lemonade was very watered down, the fries were pretty good, the fried perch was all wrong. I almost wanted to call back and tell the staff but the receipt boldly states «no refund» and I just didn’t want the hassle. Super close, too bad the quality isn’t there.

Let’s get a few things straight. First this is a take out place were you can eat in if you prefer. They do not have a wait staff, but I still thought the service was great. This is not a 5 star restaurant either, HOWEVER this is easily one of the best fried seafood and chicken places I’ve eaten. The items are bountiful and a lot for the money. Their hot wings have to be some of the best I’ve had.period. We had shrimp, perch and catfish. All were excellent and the breading was tasty. The staff acted as if they were serving family members vs customers. If you like to support small businesses and you don’t need the valet to park your car, EAT HERE! You won’t be let down!

I read some positive reviews of this place online last night and decided to take my dad with my to check it out today. The location is awful first off, but I assume rent is cheap so I get it.
The lady at the counter (I assume she was the owner) was a very sweet hispanic woman who was eager to help. I opted for the fried oysters, fried mac & cheese bites, and the fresh lemonade (which to my surprise was frozen and kind of like an icee/​slushy).
My meal was roughly $ 16.
The lemonade was really good and easily my favorite part! The mac & cheese bites were pretty good as well. Not quite as cheesy as I would prefer, but still really good. But the oysters…
I should have been smarter and known not to order Oysters from a place connected to a gas station… When I started eating them, they just didn’t taste right. But I kept eating, hoping it would grow on me. I tried adding lemon and lots of cocktail sauce, but it just tasted kinda funky. I finally asked my dad to try them and give his opinion and he immediately said they tasted as if they had gone bad.
I came home feeling a little rough and took a nap for a couple hours. When I woke up, I was throwing up. I threw up three different times since coming home and I know it had to have been from those oysters.
I really wanted to like this place. I came in with high hopes after reading all the positive reviews, but ultimately was let down. Very disappointed.

Excellent food and service. We had the red snapper and ocean perch, both fried to perfection. Our food was hot and delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Wow! Me being from Savannah and know good seafood… this is it! Clean place friendly staff and the food is delicious. I wasn’t to sure about trying the shrimp most places that give you that many are frozen square shape shrimp not here!!! And the 2 whiting fish! Omg!!! Only thing missing is homemade tarter sauce. But the brand in the pack has nice flavor. To full for dessert this time.

I think this place is going to be my go to spot when I am craving fried food. I love their wide selection of fish from red snapper to whole catfish to oysters. Their prices are also extremely reasonable. I had the 20piece shrimp dinner which comes with fries, coleslaw, and bread. It cost $ 10.69.
What I loved about the meal was that the shrimp were fried just right. I mean, how many times have you gotten fried shrimp and it is either rubbery or hard? This shrimp was crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. I also really like how the do not use standard shoe string fries. Their fries have a bit of seasoning to them which gives them a great flavor.
In addition to the main fish/​sides menu, check out the whiteboard next to the registers for some delectable sides. They have fried macaroni and cheese bites (!!!) and other interesting sides like fried crab bites. I ordered the macaroni bites, and they were also perfectly fried. Did I mention they have fried pies? Because they have fried pies. But, I didn’t try because I felt like I was already going to cause my arteries enough pain.
My total came to around $ 14 for a feast of delicious food. I will definitely be back. The customer service was great and so was the food.

Awesome food! Batter on the catfish filets is not too heavy and never undercooked or overcooked. Consistency is what I like from my multiple visits.

My husband & I came here randomly because we were really craving fried chicken! This is not the best fried chicken ever but it’s still pretty good. You get a ton of food & it’s inexpensive. The macaroni & cheese bites are delicious! I think their fish/​seafood items may be better than the chicken actually but overall, we thought it was good for the price/​location/​food.

Lets start with the good. They have whole catfish. Thats a hell of a bonus to find. Also they have fish for just about every taste. But wait theres more. If you act now you can get Scallops. Shrimp. Clams. Chicken wings. Chicken tenders. French fries. Hush puppies. Coleslaw. HOLY CRAP WHERE DO THE OPTIONS END.
Ok I feel better now. Wow. The menu is simple but its hard to pick what not to eat. Lol. This review is based on my first and only trip so far. We ordered food for 4 so heres what we had. Trout. Catfish filet. Whole catfish. Clams. Chicken wings. French fries. Coleslaw. And Onion rings.
I personally tried a bite of everything and found absolutely nothing that i would not reorder on my next trip.
Now the negative. Basically i live and work about 25 – 35 min from here. But thats probably good for my waist.
Just a suggestion but if your in the area Id give this place a shot. My bet is that you will find something you enjoy.

Very good neighborhood alternative. Everything was fresh and delicious. Rave reviews from entire family. Especially on the lemonade. We will definitely be back.

Family tried out the Fish-​Chicken –N– More restaurant that sits beside the Valero gas station across from Kroger for the first time tonight… If you like fried fish of all kinds (catfish, grouper, flounder, perch, Pollock) as well As fried shrimp, chicken, chicken tenders, whole chicken wings and even gizzards… then this place is for you… Nice crunch on the on the fish and chicke, without being real thick and heavy. If they made their own dipping sauces I’d give them 5 star’s… Real good coleslaw, fried okra and fresh squeezed Lemonade to order… We all thought it was great. They do takeout platters for parties too. Always try to support local biz…

loved their fried fish, unlike most places use thick batter, their fish are lightly dusted w/​corn mill, not too oily. glad I found this place! Will definitely go back again soon to try other things.

Amazingly good food! I’ve been back at least 3x and the fish, shrimp and whole chicken wings are fantastic! Lightly dusted with corn meal, they fry their food like my grandmother used to — no complaints here! Portions are great, chicken tenders and shrimp are HUGE… I can’t wait to go back so I can try their chicken gizzards.
Definitely a cut above the rest and while only open for 3 weeks, they’ve definitely earned my loyalty. The service is great and everyone told me on my first visit that if I didn’t like my food they would not only refund me but buy me another meal! You can’t get better customer service than that.
