I grab a burger from here at least once a week, the dog has the best gourmet burgers in town with lots of great toppings like goat cheese, pineapples, homemade sauces and I love the pretzel buns. The Burgers are big and they pile on the fries, Often splitting one order fills up my wife and I. They also do sides of pretzel sticks and warm cheese that hits the spot. It’s a small truck so if you are down by the river for a the free concerts or on a busy Saturday night it might take 20 mins to get your food, but lunch waits are typically about 10 mins and probably the fastest grab and go lunch in town. As a local I laugh driving by ‘k’s as tourists line up for Sysco factory burgers, for the same price and half the line you can go to the dog and have a fresh pressed burger that will barely fit in your mouth. Plus they won’t call you ‘bob barker’ or ‘Dolly Parton’ when your order is ready.

We’ve tried this place twice, both with poor results. The first time we waited 20 minutes in line to order, then had to wait over an hour to get our burgers! The burgers were charred, dry, and not great. They ran out of fries — so we didn’t get any even though we paid for them. Yes, it was a busy day, but had we known it was going to take so long and be so sub-par, we would have gone elsewhere. Our second visit was even worse, after waiting in like again for another 30 minutes, we ordered two burgers. 45 minutes later, we went to check on our order, and they had run out of burgers and had no intention of fulfilling our order! They said they’d put our money back on our card, but not sure if that’ll happen. They didn’t even try to notify us sooner, and in general the guys were gruff, unfriendly, and unhelpful. It was so disappointing to wait over an hour and have nothing. We definitely won’t be going here again. I’d recommend several other places in the south main area over this«food truck» — more like a «wait around for nothing truck».

a group of us ordered here and everything was cooked to death and fairly dry, even having specifically ordered medium/medium rare burgers and runny fried eggs. I dont mind paying $ 12 for a food truck burger but it better be good and cooked right. Also, about half our group ended up waiting forever, then informed because they ran out of ingredients they had to leave things off or make substitutions to get some burgers together for them. too bad because it was lovely sitting by the river and everything. wouldn’t go back to this place

This place sucks. Yeah, it’s a food truck, but if you’re going to charge over $ 10 for a burger, do it right. I ordered medium rare, and had the guy repeat it back to me and the cook. It came out charred. So did everyone else’s burger. They make it one way, their way… not yours. Buena Vista has some surprisingly good food options. Don’t waste your time here.

This is a good American burger and fries kind of place. The burgers are bigger, juicier and tastier than the familiar national chains. I could not finish the fries; there were too many. The food truck looks clean and new. The staff were friendly and efficient. They seem to know all about the area. The location is perfect: overlooking a park, next to the Arkansas River and Buffalo Joe’s whitewater rafting. There are comfortable picnic tables with umbrellas. We fell in love with this newly developed«South Main Street» neighborhood. Lots of parks, great hiking, new shops. Stop here for a filling meal before a day of whitewater on the Ark.

These guys make some damn good burgers… the best in the Valley in my opinion. And the location is pretty special, especially on a summer Friday night when bands are playing at the Beach.

Awesome burgers with creative and fresh options. Large filing portions and at really good prices. Very friendly staff. Skip the other nearby eatery options that cost more and tastes less. If your in the mood for a burger, this is the place.

This food truck in the South Main neighborhood has, hands down, the best burgers in Buena Vista and the entire Arkansas Valley! We had the pleasure of stumbling upon this truck after a rafting trip with the company next door. The pretzel buns are EPIC and our kiddos LOVED the chicken strips! Tip: Grab your food and eat at their tables overlooking the river. Headed to BV again this weekend for work and this will be my first stop!
