Ridiculous prices and the people that work here are rude and not helpful at all and only confused me when I tried to order. Paid $ 16 for half a plate of food and when we question why I paid more than an actual plate with two sides and the guy was just rude and putting the blame on me. It’s not hard to not be an asshole, at least try and fake some decent customer service. Horrendous.

Not much different from any Panda Express. Lines are pretty quick. Inside seating fairly plentiful, but fills up during meal hours. Has some outside seating.

I use panda pretty frequently, not something I likes to readily admit. I like the big Flavors, consistently decent quality, decent portions. So, naturally, when my son and his buddy saw this outpost in Knotts berry farm, they wanted to go. We walk in, and notice the case is empty, out of virtually all dishes except orange chicken, rice and noodles. The line attendant informed me that the were working on getting restocked, but with 1 cook, it took about 12 minutes, and he basically threw sauce into the wok with frozen cooked pieces of chicken and stirred it a little. So, bottom line, my king pao came out a mess of goopy over sauced crap that was a disgusting disappointment. This location is the worst Panda I have ever found. Not like they are great to start with.

My family and I went to knotts for a fun family day. We ate at Panda Express in the park and that was a huge problem later. Approx 4 hours after eating we all had painful stomachs, nausea & vomiting. We have now had to miss work for two days because we were so sick. The place looked clean and it wasn’t busy when we went. However that was the only food we ate all day so we know that’s what it was… I would never go back there again.

Food was great! problem is that because it’s inside of Knott’s it’s more expensive than normal. But overall great service good food.

I don’t usually post reviews but I had to for this Panda Express. This restaurant in the knotts berry farm park is absolutely trash. Super dirty everywhere, tables do not get cleaned and the food wasn’t even warm. Cold food and barley cooked chow mein and teriyaki chicken made me sick. Hopefully I will not make the mistake of eating here again.

This place is too busy for its own good, the wait times are way to long and everything is dirty. The portions and food quality are well below other panda expresses. On the plus side it’s still probably the best place to eat in the park

If this is the correct panda express in Knotts then this place is so delicious! I had the 2 plate combo with orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and chow mein. The orange chicken was crispy, and saucy. The honey walnut shrimp was like a party in my mouth. Nice amount of crisp and sauce as well. The chow mein was good too. It was all hot like it just came out the pan or wok or whatever is used. It was a bit more pricy than regular franchises outside theme parks but what so you expect? Things are ALWAYS expensive in theme parks. This Panda was better than ANYOTHERPANDAEXPRESS I’VEEVERHAD. I do recommend and I indeed to intend on returning. Good Day Madam or Sir, Good Day.

Food is consistently good. Employees always nice but I wish theyd stop asking for donations every visit. I hate that they use full styrofoam containers for each person, really bad for the environment. Ive brought this up to head guts and its ignored.

Hello, My daughter and her Madrigals class went to Knotts yesterday. There were about 20 kids on the trip and about ½ of them ate at Panda Express… Nearly all the kids that ate at Panda express are sick this morning with nausea and stomach pain and many have to leave school. They said the place was a filthy mess and had to clear trash at the tables themselves before they could sit down and eat. we eat at the San Clemente location frequently and it’s always been good… this speaks clearly of the management and Knotts. i called Panda Corporate this morning and filed a complaint. They were very nice and offered refunds saying it sounds like food poisoning, I urge anyone who has a bad experience at this restaurant to do the same(626) 799‑9898, as the management at the Knotts location clearly sucks!

«You get what you pay for» DOESNOTEXISTHERE!!! Expensive and yet they don’t give us enough! I got more(cold) white rice than chow me in! So sad that knotts makes so much money but treat their customers like shit when it comes to food!

Thought I would try again and boy it was a mistake. The orange chicken was hard and the egg roll tasted funny like it was frozen and the chow mein was cold. Nope not going back!!!

If I could give no stars I would, this Panda Express is the worst, not only are they expensive $ 11.99 for a two item plate, but there drinks are $ 4.00 for a one fill cup. Having there fried rice as part of my plate, I found a giant black thick hair in there, it made my family and myself so upset, we actually lost our appetite and threw what we had left on our plate in the trash. I went back to cashier to complain and ask for the manager, which was no where to be found. I did not get a refund or a new plate, which i did not want a new plate anyway, so i walked away and made sure never to return. The cashier was rude and could care less, making minimum wages and on top of it all, the tables were never clean, or anyone walking around cleaning. I would think with all the money this lame ass company made, they could afford for someone to clean the tables… NEVERAGAIN, STAYFARAWAY!

This is your typical Panda Express. We went to Halloween Haunt last night and we all had a craving for Chinese. The food was hot and fresh. They brought out the orange chicken less than a minute before we ordered. I have to agree with a lot of other reviews about it being filthy though. Every table had food left on it, or spilled drinks that no one bothered cleaning up. I understand you’re busy– but so is Disneyland and that would never happen there.

Disgusting restaurant with unclean tables and trash all over. Employees don’t bother to keep the dining area clean. The food isn’t bad but the dining room just ruins it. Go somewhere else.

The shortest line that day was here. lol, the prices blew my mind. I love panda express and when I get 2 sides, chow mein, chicken eggroll and large diet Pepsi it cost about $ 9.00, I paid $ 17.00 at Knotts. The quality is just as good as any other panda.

WOW. just because this panda is INSIDE knott’s berry, doesn’t mean it should SUCK. The entrée and 2 sides that would normally be $ 7 something I believe? $ 9.00! the soda? $ 4 something… NOREFILL. To go plate? NOPE… only the small plates to eat there. And my noodles? where’s the rest? they gave me like ½ scoop of chow mein… WTH!?! ugggghhh… bad bad bad panda… The only reason I’m giving it an extra star is because it’s the only damn building in all of Knotts that that AC inside! =)

It’s so hard to rate this Panda Express. On one hand, it’s a very dirty Panda Express… on the other hand, it’s the best food in the amusement park. 3 stars it is. So one good thing about this filthy Panda is that it’s pretty busy, which means they are constantly cooking new food, so you get it hot and fresh. The bad thing about this establishment has already been established… I believe we are now calling it «The filthy Panda», right? I know it’s in an amusement park, so it’s really busy and people throw stuff everywhere, but I didn’t see one person with a broom or towel to clean the tables. Seriously, they need someone doing that on the regular… otherwise«The Filthy Panda» will remain it’s nickname.

My wife and I took advantage of the $ 50 seasonal passes to Knott’s this year and figured we’d check out their 4th of July fireworks(which kicked arse). Hungry and not wanting to spend a lot we stumbled upon a Panda Express in the strangest location… across from the Log Ride. I didn’t know they had heat lamp Chinese food in the wild west but I was game and it sounded good. The Pros: — Same exact quality as any other Panda Express. So this is a good thing or a bad thing depending on you. I personally enjoy Panda once in a guilty while and was pleased to see the food was the same as any other location. I had the orange chicken and«Beijing» beef, both in my opinion were mighty tasty. After eating this greasy meal I didn’t encounter any side effects such as the Taipei Tummy Rumbles, Beijing Bubble Guts, or the Shanghai Squirts. — Even though the price was marked up compared to other Panda Express locations, for a theme park this is a good value for some good eats.($ 8.99 for 2 item combo) Cons: — Place was a disgusting filthy dump. Every single table, chair, and floor space was covered in trash, food, and plates/trays from tourists too lazy to clean up after them selves. No employee was cleaning up the restaurant… it was clean your own table if you want to eat here. Very lame. — They closed bathrooms for the only reason being they didn’t want Knott’s guests dirtying up the bathroom. It was OK to leave the dining room in complete chaos but God forbid anybody dirties up the restroom. In summary if you’re craving some Rootin Tootin Wild West Orange Chicken or some Tumble Weed Chowmein head on over to Panda Express and save yourself a lot of money compared to eating at other eateries… Food is good… place is a dump. YEEEE-HAAAAW
