Panda Express

This location is clean and updated. I like how no matter how busy they are, you’re always greeted when you enter (at least for me, lol). Their customer service is great, never got my order wrong. I enjoy the soup, teriyaki chicken, and chicken eggroll

I will not recommend anyone. Vegetables in Chow mein was burnt … Orange chicken was very chewing and not fresh. She did not give me any receipt, when I ask for that she called her manager and he told me to wait for receipt after 20 min. After 25 minutes I remind them then the manager said that he needs to speak to the corporate office and it ll take 15 min. So I waited as I have told him that I m getting late for my work still I have to wait 15 – 18 minutes. Anyway their service was very poor along with food … Will not recommend anyone…

We were looking for a fast food place on the way home last night from a long hard day of work tired and hungry and luckily Panda Express was still open while the rest of the restaurants were closing so that’s a plus. The employees welcomed us in another plus. Then I start to order and that’s when it went downhill. A shorter Latina lady was helping us out. I choose my noodles and rice and an entrée that had additional 1.25 so she tried to explain the additional 1.25 so fast and mumbling her words that I couldn’t understand what she said so I asked politely excuse me? And I guess she didn’t like the fact that I asked her to repeat herself so she did with an attitude. She placed my choice in the to go box and I felt like being rushed to pick my other choices while we were the only once in line in the restaurant. So I wasn’t done with my choices yet and she turned away cleaning up something with a rag and said when you’re ready then let me know. I was still keeping my cool then but this time it was my husbands turn. So she turns back to us after handling the rag without washing her hands and helps my husband again speaking fast and mumbling so my husband asked to repeat herself because he didn’t understand her so she did but with major attitude and sarcasm as if she was speaking to stupid people. This time my head was boiling and I told my husband well just leave and go somewhere else. But my husband asked for the manager and we complained about what was going on. The lady had the audacity to tell him she was just trying to talk slow so my husband can understand. Lady were not idiots just tired and hungry so next time treat people the way you want to be treated because if it was the other way around you probably would have been behind the counter starting a fight. My hats off to the manager for making a bad situation a bit better. And for the people that just walked in and not seeing what happened don’t butt in the conversation you weren’t there in the first place.
At least my son liked the food or maybe we were just hungry!

Ive heard that their employees tickle each other in the bathroom. I wonder if they have cameras in the bathroom. The food was good though

Well– this is not Chinese Food. This is a low-​end rice and noodle place. It is an Americanized fast food, low quality and inexpensive version of your normal Chinese Restaurant food.
Panda Express is the Mcdonalds of Chinese foods.
My biggest, complaint and dissatisfaction is the way they treat customers. They push Rice & Noodles.
There are more options than just Rice & Noodles — they hate me when I try to go around their system and customize my own plate.
I always feel like I am talking to ROBOTS!!!
Most of the seven employees processing my order don’t speak clear English but, they do manage to say…

Let me just start by saying that I have worked in the food industry before and completely understand the frustration that comes from a customer walking in 10 minutes before you close.
Not only did I come in late, I wanted three entrees that they had already run out of. When I told the employee that I would wait for the food that wasn’t made yet, I know she wasn’t happy about it but she didn’t show it. «No problem, we will get that started for you.»
We waited for our food that was made fresh and oh so prompt. It tasted wonderful. We sat in the lobby and ate because I didn’t want to wait to eat at home and my food get soggy. 10:15 hits and I’m feeling full and satisfied but my fiancé is still finishing. After he was done we stood up, wiped our table down and walked towards the exit. Despite the fact that we were there half an hour past closing time, the crew still said their good byes. «Have a good night.» «Thank you for coming.» And to top it off, the (I’m assuming) manager turned to us and asked if we wanted a bag for our boxes of left over food.
I just want to say thank you to the crew that was on shift tonight. You guys not only satisfied my late night, pregnant craving but did it with a smile. Not only has this crew showed exponential customer service but they served up amazing food. I will definitely be coming to this location more often and it is now at the top of my list of recommended fast food places.

This location is the closest to me so I have no choice but to come here if I’m in the mood for panda. What I don’t like about this location is that they’re sheisty on the portion and the lines are always crazy. So if you’re here on break to grab a «quick bite» this is not the place bc there’s nothing quick about it

NOT surprised at the bad reviews.. stopped here out of convenience & I swear a couple of years ago it was good.. .This time not so much. Won’t be back. Steamed veggies — DRY! Chow mein Noodles — DRY! My kids didn’t even want them and they love noodles. And the Shanghai Angus Steak definitley not worth charging extra for. I think I had 2 mushroom pieces in my Mushroom Chicken, WHAT??? That’s not cool Panda! No matter how convenient can’t say I will go back. Love our hole in wall off Euclid & Ball waaaaay better! Sorry Panda!

I have visited this location on several locations but I have never really paid attention to the décor nor the environment of this place. But, today as I waited for broccoli beef to be made I couldn’t help but notice how nice this place was (compared to most other fast food chines take-​outs). The décor is modern in design and clean. The guest seating area is wide and open with high ceilings. On their walls they have 3 50″ plasma TV’s. Their food is fair, similar to what you would expect at most Chinese fast food take-​outs.

I think I would come here again. The food is fair, nothing to rave home about. But, the location is fairly well kept and the staff are very attentive.

Giving them 2 Stars coz food still edible, but haven’t been really happy how portions are getting smaller & smaller. This is one of our go to places to get food, when we’re too lazy to cook. But today is a huge let down, I notice the containers are shrinking, so portions are shrinking along with the to go containers. We use to get enough portions for a 2^nd helping of leftovers. If they want to raise prices a little that’s fine, but don’t think you’re fooling anybody Panda Express, well at least not us. We won’t be coming to this Buena Park location again, and if all franchises or locations are doing the same thing, then none are worth going to anymore. Shame on you Panda Express!!! Shame! Shame!

Right when we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly workers. I would have to say that I received amazing service from one of the workers, Ryan Kang. He was kind to my brother and me and when it came to us sampling their different items, he was very patient. I enjoyed every bite of my chowmein with the different types of sides I got. I will be coming back often. :)

The food was alright & the service could’ve been better.
If you’re looking for a quick lunch, then this Panda Express is pretty good

Headed here after visiting the Michael’s in the same plaza. There was a bit of a line but it was 5 p.m. on a Monday, so not surprising. Should have known this was going to be a negative visit to this chain when I heard the 3 people in front of me being told they were out of what they ordered and would have to wait… all 3 of their orders were different.
We both ordered the same thing — two item plate with fried rice, orange chicken and a chicken egg roll. They were out of orange chicken and chicken egg rolls. At first they handed me one of the boxes with just rice so I had to hand it back and ask for chicken.
Luckily the orange chicken came up pretty fast, the chicken egg rolls came out when we were pretty much done.
As we ate we heard them tell no less than 2 more people that they were out of things and there would be a wait. At 5 pm on a weekday you’d think they’d be ready for a dinner rush… having nothing prepped seemed out of character for this chain. Oh, there were also no napkins stocked and no soy stocked either. So had to ask for those and wait.
On the up side everything was tasty since it was fresh!

Definitely had better experiences from this chain but food was good if you have time to wait!

Officially the LAST time I’ll be eating at Panda… maybe the veggie egg rolls and sweet and sour sauce but that is absolutely it.
Everything is nasty from the overcooked boxed white rice to the previously frozen reheated orange chicken.
