I have been to Hookah lounge but not one that blast their music so much, your ears are ringing non stop. Never going back ever

Hookah is NOT good. Probably the worse hookah I’ve had. DJ was awesome and there was only one man working but it seemed everyone who was dancing in the corner, we’re workers. They all went to the back to help themselves with their hookah, while we had to wait for more coals. It was more of a club lounge than a hookah lounge. They need to upgrade ASAP.

I went here a couple times last year it maybe is a good place to go dance but I wouldn’t recommend you to go. however if you want to go for hookah I highly suggest you not to go. It is poorly made, it burns fast, and they take forever to bring you coals, they only have one bathroom for each gender when they have Iike 70 people inside that place, even the workers are sick of working their I’ve came across people who were prev employees and claimed that they never cleaned their hookahs and that they saw so many people get rufi. The ironic thing is they’re security are very strict so I don’t understand how that would even happen. They might have changed owners, I remember when it first open it was decent but then they started changing everything even their decorations.

Came by to hang out with my brother dj erock. Was seated and served awesomly by Alfred. Coals came by regurly and promptly… Their dj nara was playing some great tracks. The place is under new managment and have some awesome plans. They already changed their tobacco to Fantasia from al fakah, which is awesome! Place is open till 4am and is a great place to come dance and have fun.

One of the best hookah lounges in OC, i love the vibe, cool ppl, hip hop all day, so many flavors to choose from.
Alfred was great, took good care of me and squad, Cool staff. I highly recommend this spot

Under a new ownership, this place have lots of potential, great service, great hookah and awesome chill spot.

Ok i went there on a thursday and the manager was nice to me. He was very helpful and told me to come back on friday cuz its busy. I came on a friday and they said i couldnt wear a hat and i was mad so i went to the car and took it off. Then i waited in a long line and right when we were at the front they said we could wear shorts. And i was like… Really you could of told me that when i took off my hat and waited at that really long line. I love this place but the security guard was very rude.

Pretty chill place. No complaints really except it gets a little crowded and the crowd is kinda young. It’s 18+ so if you’re over 21 you’d easily get annoyed. My friends and I went for a special event so an older crowd was there, but still too small for so many people. Great music though if you like to dance.

Sitting here currently. They charge you even though you don’t smoke. I called ahead of time to ask about that and she said it was only a $ 5 sotting charge. I got here and the manager was rude and said no he wasn’t the one who answered so oh well. Rude, ghetto and definitely for a younger crowed. They make it seem like theres tons of people with the line outside but thats only becuase they charge u before you go in! Cant even look at a menu. This place is so unorganized.

The outside makes it appear to be awesome! But upon entering, it was hot, sweaty, smelled like gym socks, wall to wall people, this is a club not a hookah lounge, $ 20 a head upon entrance you must be insane to pay that! Good thing when you go out with professional ball player you don’t pay normal prices! It took an hour to get the hookah, it tasted like boo boo. Another 30 min to get our first coals,
They didn’t change the coals for us, we were there for like 3 ½ hours. The kids across from us kept knocking the hookah over and broke one. The couches smelled like Salvation Army, and we’re 1 – 5 inches off the ground. And they knocked it over and caught the Salvation Army couch on fire 2 times! The smell was horrible! Bumped into a kid and he tried to square up, over all horrible experience… Left with water and glass in my shoes because people weren’t careful.

Friday night: busy not packed. 40min for a hookah. If Unilocal lets you put less then one star I would.

This place is horrible! Service is super slow. You wait forever for your hookah and then have to wait even longer for the coals. Went there last night and hose to hookah was broken and shards of plastic came out, this morning throat is red and swollen. Told the manager, but he doesn’t care! All they care about is the money. $ 15 and you have to stand what a joke! $ 20 «vip» per person, cmon this place isn’t that great to be charging like your some high end club.

Came here with some friends last week and had a good time despite our waitress’ stank attitude. This place is big and I can see it being a good place for a party.
There weren’t many people there, but listening to everyone karaōke (or try to) was highly entertaining.
My friend said he was having «issues» with the hose on one of our hookahs, but that was rectified.

I love coming here. I come about twice a week, on a weekday, and always on either a Friday or Saturday. I love the employees, and the atmosphere. They play good music on weekends, and draws in a big crowd (:
Dancing is fun on weekends, and the hookah is good. I suggest Vanilla Mint, my favorite (:

If I can give this place zero stars I would always fights and underage kids in here. The customer service sucks paid 20 bucks a head and never got my hookah and the manager is rude as he’ll and have non respect towards anyone he’s a little bitch very disrespectful and no matter what complaint you have or what you say they don’t care about you at all they just want your money and that’s all. I hate this hookah place and wish they would tear it down. Oh yah and its Extremely ghetto went there one night had 4 fights and the dj had to keep cutting the music off and all types of gang related drama. Not my type of party this place had turned into a nightclub in la vs your average hookah lounge.

Let first start this off by saying I have given this place 1 star before, but at the time it was all my friends «spot». So that being said leaving a bad review and going back, they pulled me outside and said that I must delete my review or I am not welcomed to go. Sorry they can’t handle real judgement.
Anyways, I stopped going there and started going to Mirage recently, and decided to give La Cap one last try. HORRIBLE FKN CHOICE.
The coal boy, sucks ass, he decided it was the best idea to give me half lit coals to start my hookah off.
The hookahs keep going downhill everytime I go back, why the hell am I still trying? My hookah seriously tasted like burnt coal, for the 15 minutes that I was there. The waitress is walking around in house slippers, couldn’t even get her attention for tongs because she was to busy chatting up to her group of friends.
This place keeps getting worse and worse, I was coming here the day they opened, for months straight, but now they will no longer have my business.
Their first workers were their best workers. Their hookah sucks now, there is one waitress that likes to work drunk and twerk with a dress on and show off her underwear and thinks shes hot, no idea if shes still there or not. The only reason why they are still in business is because the owners charge ridiculous amounts on Fridays and Saturdays to come in «VIP», 20 $ a person I believe, and charge people to come in and dance.
All La Capitaine is known for is the land of the ratchets and the thots.

I’m redoing this review ! I rambled off and was very upset. it’s now two months later and I still continue to go regularly to La Capitaine.
I love everyone there, met great people, & loving the weekends !

Worst place I will never go to again!!!
So I went this past Saturday with a group of 6 and we waited for like an hour. I didn’t mind that, it was packed so I expected it to be good…
So when it was our turn to go in the waitress came out with her little notepad and in total we had to pay $ 45.
Ok one person had $ 25 and the rest were gonna be split into three credit cards and she said ok.
She came back charging each card $ 15!!!
So thy made $ 60 from is that night and it was supposed to be $ 45
Omg I wanted to die. She snatched my card too.
What kind of customer service is that?
So she sat us next to a crowd of people and our hookah was nasty and it was not even smokeable. Omg please shut this place down and give me my money back!!!
