Still my favorite hookah spot to date. Exceptional coal service, very friendly staff, and good flavors. My favorite is the snow white with an ice tip. Price is reasonable for the hookah as it usually lasts me about three hours or so.

Good place to go hang out with a big group of friend, I can call this like my second home. It’s very relaxing and the owner is very welcoming. I’ve been going their for almost two years now. I recommend you to stop by and check it out.

Love this place! I don’t live in the area, but I love the vibe so much in this place that I’m always down to drive out! There’s so much space to move around and the couches are so comfortable and CLEAN. It’s a great hidden gem to just chill or come out with a group of friends for a fun night out.
Basically, good service, good flavors, good vibes, & that’s all you need!

Go somewhere else, or buy a pack of cloves and make it easy on you. Worst service ever but what can you expect, spend the $ 25 on vape and don’t worry about it. I tried to take a picture of the dirty hookahs but they got mad and kicked us out while I was leaving a review. I suggest you look for yourself before you waste your money haha

Great friendly service. I have lots of fav flavors here. From fruity to minty or both! I just love to come here with my buddies and is a good place to go after hours. I also do love a lot of the music they play here. It is mostly the current popular pop, hip pop, trap and a bit of edm and even a bit of underground hip hop. Don’t forget to get the free bubbles!

This place is awesome! Great atmosphere, great service & the prices are pretty good too! They also play good music to add to the vibe. The people working here are so welcoming and really cares about the customer’s satisfaction. The area is always clean and I love how the bathrooms are clean as well! The coal guy has awesome service and he’s a pretty cool guy to talk to. I’m definitely going to come back here, one of the few hookah cafes that I really enjoyed!

What was once a pretty cool place has become a terrible spot. They have only one coal attendant now and he will take almost an hour to get you a second set of coals and speaks almost no English. He spends his time on the wall just staring at the floor. The hookahs themselves are decent but without fresh coals they smoke like shit.
On top of all of this the owner, Reddah, will charge you whatever he feels like if you happen to know him on a first name basis. We have been charged everything from $ 10 to $ 12 for his «happy hour» hookah price which is listed at $ 9.99 and $ 12-​$ 15 for a regular hookah that is supposed to be $ 13.99.
All of this is topped off by a boring repetitive music video playlist that maybe has 20 songs which blare constantly on repeat. This inconsistency in pricing and horrible service has really killed the appeal of the place in my opinion. Don’t expect much from here if you go more than twice.

Amazing hookah places! I come here once a weeknight to smoke! The owner is the nicest man ever and the coal server, Egyptian guy, is very nice. We always get a starbucks cold coffee and a mango mad ess snapple too :) been coming here for months now: D

Mazaj café? More like super nice awesome café. My brother is a flaming homosexual that I can barely deal with. They make him feel so comfortable, this guy (my brother thing) is so gay he is barely comfortable with himself. This is the one place I can take my obscenely overweight flamer of a brother and not be in fear of being beaten up or laughed at. You guys are effing awesome.

This place is great! First time here and it’s very welcoming. Granted the basket ball playoffs are playing so that was what was on the televisions surrounding the room so no music. However I am told this place has great music and lights. Prices are decent and I must say the hookahs are prepared quite nicely. I had hummus and a water and I tried one of their special blends and it was pretty good. It’s low key because not too many people know of it. But I feel it has great potential so I recommend trying it for yourself and make your own judgment. It’s a nice chill spot for a good smoke and a snack.
I am totally going to come back to try another blend and see what the fuss is about the others.

There is no doubt of returning to this hookah bar! There have been no issues and we have been treated kindly!

This place is really awesome. Around $ 12 per hookah, not per person. The people work here are really awesome and super kind they are generous and the guy who looks like the owner always really really kind and happy. They bring fresh coals often, even when you come in really late. I certainly have not been to a better hookah bar.

Mazaj is the place to be! You can’t beat the laid back ambience of this place. It’s good for coming to chill by yourself to do some work on your laptop. But it’s also perfect later at night to come out and enjoy some time with friends.
The prices here are so much cheaper than most hookah spots. & Ray (the owner) is so sweet! Mazaj can’t be beat!

The service was terrible! They never checked in on us. I would hold my hand up for 10 minutes at a time till someone noticed me (and the place was practically empty).
Also the ice tip they gave us smelled like incense so you couldn’t even taste the hookah. It was disgusting. The hummus was a watery consistency and the pita bread was stale. Never coming back and won’t recommend it to anyone.
I’m giving it one star and that’s generous. Since Unilocal doesn’t do negative stars.

Ok, so the only reason why we came here was because Nubia was packed so we decided to try a new spot. This place has potential, the staff seems really friendly. The hookah we ordered was good (I’m not a hookah expert) but it tasted good.
Unfortunately, the music is a bit too loud for my liking, the music selection was decent; a bit of everything. The ice pack addition with the hookah is aaaight, I could do without… probably won’t come back, I would recommend a more social seating arrangement. But whatever, ill give it a 3 star for good service but minus two for lacking in everything else.
