KFC

Seriously in terms of food quality this place is horrible. I ordered the spicy chicken tenders and they were SOAKED in Luke warm oil. Even the biscuit was soaked in oil. The chicken pieces were skimpy and gross. I don’t have a problem with KFC, just this location.

This location used to suck and you can tell it was franchised but since they remodeled I have only been seeing improvements! They even have a nice TV inside for customers. Take advantage of the $ 5 2 piece fillup deal :] It comes with a cookie, drinkm, biscuit, mashed potatoes, and 2 pieces of chicken!

Upon walking in I was immediately served, there was no line and it seemed to be pretty slow during the evening time. I took a while to look at the menu, but it wasn’t much different from the Canadian variant of KFC, making my choice much similar from home. Comparing the food to Canadian KFC joints, it seemed slightly better.
I got a box of 14 pieces of chicken, all grilled. It was good, but nothing mind blowing. The biscuits were by far way better than Popeyes, and it came with butter unlike Popeyes. (however I didn’t ask, so don’t weigh that to much.) The mac n’ cheese was actually really good, and the gravy was of standard.
I went back multiple times to the counter to order more gravy, ask for more ketchup, and to ask about the local area. Every time the server didn’t seem bothered and looked eager and happy to help.
Overall, in general this is a great place to eat at, and whenever I’m in the area and craving chicken, you’ll catch me here.

There is a lot of construction on Beach Blvd right now that makes getting in and out of the parking lot a little difficult but that is not KFC’s fault. It is a small location with an adequate sized dining room, and pretty clean throughout. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. It was a pleasure to sit and eat there.
The only complaint is that one restroom was out of order, with a sign to let you know, while the other needed a key, but without a sign to let you know. This caused a little confusion, but could be an easy fix. Overall I enjoyed my visit to this location, and I look forward to eating here again.

The review by Sam H. is the current manager of the store, so disregard it, as well the food was old and nasty, and wasn’t thrown away when it should have been. The soda machine has been out for the last three separate visits I made, and they never have any potpies.

I really like this location for many reasons. For one, it’s a ten minute drive from my house so it’s very convenient. Secondly, since this Iocation is a newer one, the inside is clean and very modern looking. The employees are decent. They haven’t messed up any of my orders so that’s good. The food tastes very good, especially compared to other places. The prices are fair and I will definitely be coming back.

BS customer Service!!! Apparently, unless you speak Spanish, the servers will not pay attention to you. I’m the only ordering customer in line and random Spanish speaking people came up to ask for hot sauce, extra napkins, forks. .etc AND the cashier continued to help them instead of new customers…
I hope the owner realizes what kind of crap service this location has… which is a shame because this place just got remodeled.

The chicken was dry and had been there for a long while and the mac and cheese and mashed pot were the same they were out of thighs had only wings and breasts very dry and when i went to kfc in la and in San Diego the food was moist and delish these guys are out to lunch and there were no customers there. All that chicken should have been put in the trash and new cooked, and when i call to let them know they did not answer the phone, this kfc should be closed and condemned. The children running it that night were on something probably weed or crack cause they acted out of it. Don’t wast your time or money on this dump.

First of all this place was one of the best KFC’s I’ve ever been in. Great Management, customer service very clean and fast Service! Food was very fresh im definitely recommending this location will not be disappointed at all.

Bad and Disrespectful employees. First of all they have really snotty attitude workers only a few some are nice and helpful others just seem like they dont wanna work one bit at all, and not to mention the place also smells like Sewer just like the taco bell on beach or valley view. Dirty tables with ranch and chicken crumbs on the floor and seats, and the bathroom door handles have gravy sauce and butter on them which at first i thought was something else. I love chicken a lot boneless but i found purple veins in 5 of the wings and breast i purchased in a bucket for 20.00. and why dont you include a drink in the combos thats lame. i mean my order came out to 12.79 and they asked if id like to add a drink as well, i mean come on whats it say combo for if there isnt a drink. And first of all its not Yombo, Lupita it Combo get it right with your snotty attitude. some workers have bad hygiene and i could smell one of the workers breathe from over the counter which totally smelled like my dogs breathe which isnt pleasant at all. Secondly you ever hear of Rite Guard or Deodarant i mean really it smells like b. o and chicken crack when i enter this place. And honestly i think there commercials are pretty racial. BOYCOTTT KENSUCKY FLESHED TURKEY KFC whats KFC stand for KANT FRY CORRECTLY or KANT FRY CHICKEN God awfull workers and bathrooms andoverall UNSANITARY. If i could have it my way id go to burger king.

Fresh food, clean dinning room, $ 2.99 2-​Piece Meal Monday special and friendly crew makes this KFC a great place to stop for lunch and dinner.

Let me make it clear – I am not of a fan of their fried chicken (too greasy and soggy). I only order one of their poultry presentations – the grilled chicken. With that being said – I am totally addicted to it. It is moist, soft, and tender. Dipping the chicken in BBQ sauce makes the grilled even more delightful. It has a wonderful set of spices that allows it to go from the mouth to the stomach with ease.
Couple that with their mash potatoes and gravy, along with the KFC cole slaw (plus the biscuit), and I’m in KFC nirvana. The service is always very good (however, sometimes I feel I am the only person speaking English there – could rename the place TFC :)) and the price of the meal is truly worth it based upon taste, quantity, and items.
Glad they reopened and my hope is it stays open. This KFC is for me.

Dropped by for lunch and eating away when I started chewing on some plastic that was mixed into this bowl… ugh. This was very disgusting.

I am the only customer here and I am seeing employees chatting behind the counter. Table is «extremely» dirty and I dont see anyone cleaning. Chicken wings were delicious until I saw fried chicken feather attached to the wings…

The worst KFC ever. Poor service, horrible stale food. Never again! One star is too many!

It used to be a horrible KFC. They remodeled completely a few months ago and the staff was friendlier and the food was better because of new management. Now it’s exactly how it used to be as far as food quality and hospitality goes. The staff isn’t rude whatsoever but they aren’t welcoming either. The extra crispy chicken strips are extra soggy and I felt like an idiot telling them I didn’t get what I ordered because I thought I had gotten original recipe but I guess their extra crispy just really sucks now. Biscuits are overly powdery and the wedges just aren’t what they used to be. I wouldn’t go there again.

Finally reopened after a long hiatus. Place seems a lot friendlier now and they have quick and accurate drive thru service. Yet it always surprises me how much chicken costs! 14 piece mixed boneless with 3 sides and 6 biscuits $ 29.85.

Friendly staff and remodeled building! KFC in Buena Park made a come back!

One word can describe this place: ghettotastic!
At 8pm they were SLOW as heck and there was only one family in front of us too! We waited forever for our food and to even order!
Staff seemed uninterested and slllllooooooowwwww as heck.
Soda Machine drinks where flat — their Diet Pepsi, Pepsi and Dr Pepper were flat at least. Yuck.
Inside of the restaurant was dirty and dingy. I’m surprised I didn’t see a rat run by me.
Chicken tasted OK at the time I ate it. But, my tummy still feels upset this morning from the chicken I ate. Ewww. I now remember why I don’t like eating at Fast Food!
At least their restrooms where clean!
Be forewarned: never come here!
