If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ended not getting anything, Lucy Gomez is a rude excuse of a human. I asked what comes in the Potatoe cakes, being that I’ve never been to an Arby’s before. She just said nothing and gave me a dumb blank stare. Like I should know…
Like comeon, is there cheese? Bacon? Jalapeños? Rude just rude all around. To make matters worse I think she’s the manager.

Great service. Replaced fountain drink after I’d told them it was stale very quickly. Good food as well.

Arby’s On Beach Boulevard in Buena Park: The Good: — Roast Beef Sandwiches — Chicken Tenders — Curley Fries — Close to Knott’s Berry Farm — Recent Interior Remodel Love the dark red hardwood look. Also love the five booths. They were all in use when I visited today. The Bad: — Single User Men’s Room

I have a hard time justifying 5 stars for fast food, but I would otherwise. I come looking for hot food, friendly service and a clean environment and that’s what I got. The condiments were clean and stocked nicely. The server was wiping down tables and chairs when not at counter. The beef and cheddar was tasty on an extremely fresh bun. Fries were hot. I’ll be back when the craving strikes.

They are superfast when the lunch manager lady is in charge. There were a few times when manager lady wasn’t in for the day and it was some dude in charge which i didn’t like. Actually when im around, manager lady knows my usual order. but sometimes i like to mix it up and order the mid size combo, when its time to use the free combo on the frequent customer combo card. Oh they are opened on sundays, I don’t know why it says they’re closed on sundays.

Damn skippy I am giving this Arby’s 5 stars! They did everything right. Cleanliness: Perfect, workers kept tables and floor spotless Order taking and delivery: Fast and accurate Customer service: Superb Food variety: Excellent Food quality: Swell Indeed, many menu items here are not wallet friendly. And since my pockets are notoriously on the hunt for bargains my taste buds have grown accustomed to the same nature. So 2 for $ 6 french dips? Say no more, I’m yours! Fine, not the most gourmet french dips – but this gal hardly ever gallops to gourmet beats anyway. Dropping 20 bucks plus at Arby’s when you haven’t been there in awhile feels liberating. Love my potato cakes and roast beef sammies! I could not ask for anything more;)

This is our go to Arby’s. Mrs likes the roast beef sandwiches here. The reason for this review is their new menu items. 1) Gyro — Very good. The slices could have been thicker but they were tasty. 2) Crème brûlée shake. Very delicious. You should give it a shot if you like trying new things.

This is my first review for a fast food restaurant. The service here rocks… well, at least by the eveening shift manager. Francisco’s customer service is TOPNOTCH! The food was equally as good. Best Arby’s sandwich I’ve ever had… must’ve been the King’s Hawaiian bun!

Arby’s menu had dropped some things thus losing their former appeal. But, they made a comeback! Now the menu is not only as good as before, it has actually improved. I definitely plan on frequenting Arby’s much more often.

This location has always pretty much been the only one around us, so we always go to this one(besides the one by work), but don’t go too often. My original plans to cure my sushi cravings tonight fell through as my friend that I was going with was stuck on the evil 91 freeway in a major jam in Riverside.(It should come as to no surprise at all to most of you) So, we rescheduled for tomorrow. I WILL get my sushi and oreo tempura. So as I made a detour I decided that I may as well try the new smokehouse brisket sandwich at Arby’s. I called my husband, but as usual his phone was on silent and no answer. After a while of waiting he didn’t call back so I sent a text when I was stuck at a red light that took forever and asked if he wanted something from there, since he was already eating his own dinner at home. Nothing. I pull into Arby’s and park in a spot in the parking lot. Called again. No answer. «Ahh to hell with it then.» I pull in the drive thru. I ordered a smokehouse brisket sandwich by itself, a roast beef sandwich for the husband, and two cherry turn overs. The guy repeats it as a smokehouse brisket combo, a grilled cheese and a cherry turn over, while sounding like he was questioning it himself. Huh??? a combo, one less turn over, and where the heck did a grilled cheese come from? Do they even sell those? Do they have some sort of a secret menu like in n out? I repeat my order and his total sounded about right. I pull forward with another car in front of me, and sure as sh&t my husband texts back and asks for a smokehouse brisket sandwich with no cheese. Damn it, now I have to tell the guy a new order. I pull up and apologize and tell the guy that I just heard back from my husband and ask if I could swap out the regular roast beef sandwich for a smokehouse brisket sandwich with no cheese. He says okay and rings me up, the total went up like I figured.(Btw… the sandwiches here are a bit pricey unless on sale, and this one was 5.49. eek) He hands me the receipt and I stare at it multiple times. It looks perfect, but I continue to glance at it because these days you can’t seem to get many orders right, especially at fast food joints, and when the receipt is right, your food is still wrong half the time. I got the food fine, but did not remember to double check it since I confirmed the receipt numerous times. Luckily all was good, and the order was fine after all that. Since they had it perfect after all that, and the fact that I probably only received one item wrong here in 6 years, I give them props for that.

haven’t been to an Arby’s in over 20 years… it tastes more bland than i remember… with the added horseradish sauce… it yummed it up a bit. we had basic sandwiches and some fries… fries were super yummy and crisp. Location seemed clean and customer service was good… seeing that i have selected the Fairfield up the street as my new hotel… i may be here again, but there are quite a few other options for quick eats in the area… and this is not open late.

This rating is only for their current Sunday promotion… which is 2 regular roast beef sandwiches for $ 3.00!!! Add a coupon offer to this special and you have a super good meal which is tasty, healthy, and satisfying!!! Today, I had the 2 regular roast beefs, a Grand Turkey Club, a side salad, and a soft drink. All for only $ 8.00!!! Now that’s a meal and a great deal!!! Now if they would have an offer like this for the rest of the week, we would be looking at a 5 star establishment!!! And I would be making many more visits there!

I was craving potato cakes… Luckily, Arby’s was here to the rescue. Drive thru was friendly and courteous, and my potato cakes were made to order. HOT and fresh. You can totally tell they were frozen, but hey, a craving’s a craving…

I love this Arby’s the staff treats you like family and is easy going with coupons and specials. They are always quick and I’ve seen them go out of their way for elderly customers. I don’t need any special care but I love to see this patience and service at a fast food place. The food is delicious and the french dips are often 2 for $ 5. The value meal makes this place a great choice.

Ordered a cherry turn over & recieved a turn over with little to no cherry, I wasn’t very pleased. The sandwiches are always good & this was the first time I’ve had a problem with their food.

I like this Arby’s because it’s closest to my house. What more could you want to know? They have Roast Beef Sandwiches… OK? Nothing further to add here. Move along.

I have never been to Arby’s and well my instincts tell me not to go there again. I went Saturday for the first time on my way to Knott’s Scary farm. We were pretty hungry and anything looked good at this point. I ordered the Turkey club sub sandwich, it was cut in half so I shared with my sister. Now it was delicious, it really was. I figured it was the least greasy thing I could find that’s fast. I give it 2 stars because my stomach was hurting so bad then next day and I couldn’t leave the bathroom. The food was not coming up… it was going down… way down… for…a while… uhhhh…yup. I later find out that everyone else who ate Arby’s with me that day, felt the same way. So I’m not saying the food isn’t yummy, but there is a little something extra there that will make you go… POOP! A LOT… LOL
