This is the absolute WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The past two times they got our order horribly wrong, even though we used the app and they knew AHEAD of time what to make. This time is the last straw. Found a LONGBLACKHAIR in my food. It was absolutely disgusting. Paid almost $ 6 and have a damn hair in it. The one in San Marcos, who has only students working there, gives better customer service and quality than this place does. The manager should be fired and the workers either need to be fired or trained better. It’s obvious this isn’t the only bad experience. Absolutely horrible.

I just saw the way a MANAGER treated a good customer who got extremely bad service on Youtube at this Taco Bell. I will never come to this location and I am filing a formal complaint with corporate.

While it’s important when mgt & corporate big wigs come in to scope the place out… What’s MOREIMPORTANT is actually paying attention & serving the customers that walk in the door. At 3:25 today walked in the door looking to spend some money on some Tacos, walked in the door, stood in from of the register to place an order, and acknowledged my presence or even took my order. Tooo busy showing the mgt that had come in the place. Quick formula: No Service = No Money = Bad Unilocal Reviews = Less money = Job Loss & Store going under.

Disgusting. They served me a burrito that someone had clearly taken a bit out of before handing it out and when I called to complain the assistant manager I talked to told me to f*** off. Do not eat here. If they think it’s funny to serve food they’ve bitten off of, think of what else they might be doing to your food because it’s ‘funny’. This place is a serious health hazard. Be careful. I tried to go back for a refund, but that went nowhere as well, but at least I got it on video. Link to youtube for proof:

Yuck. I don’t know if it’s just this Taco Bell or what but this place has gone downhill FAST! The quality is disgusting, not that TB was all that great to begin with, but now it’s not even edible! I’m gonna pretend, from now on, that there is no Taco Bell in buda so I never make the mistake of going here again.

I am always amazed at the quality of service I get at the drive through. Every time I go through the drive through, the person will say, «Hi, how you doing? Whenever you are ready.» What ever happened to, «Thank you for choosing Taco Bell, may I take your order please?» The food is ok. My oldest son loves it. For a cheap meal, it is ok. If you are just looking to get in and out and pay no attention to the attitude you get in the drive through, then you are fine.(The Burger King in Kyle is not much better either.) I have sat at the drive through window for a few minutes waiting for the girl to stop paying around and take my order. Save your money, hit up one of the other places and drive past this place with the quickness.
