Theresa at the front desk is a shining beacon for weary travelers coming in the middle of the night. After calling multiple hotels along the Interstate, I finally found a vacancy here. Theresa was so warm and exceptionally helpful over the phone. She took extra care to give me directions to the hotel and was so accommodating in offering me options since I had a pet with me(2nd or 3rd floor preference? Stairs or near the elevator?) When I arrived at reception, she called me by name, correctly figuring out I was the traveler that had called earlier, and she deftly handled others who were checking in at the same time. She was so peppy and chipper greeting the guests. Since I was in a rush to get to my room, she called and checked in with me a few minutes later to let me know she had synched my membership number with tonight’s stay. The facilities are well lit indoor and outdoors, numerous restaurants around the hotel, and the accommodations are clean and comfortable. La Quintas are always Pet friendly, so I can always count on them when I’m on the road with the fur babies. Exceptional service from Theresa! She made me feel so welcome.

Stayed here for a wedding in October 2013. Hotel is newer and the newest in the area. The problem I had was with management after I left my iPad on the night stand. Did not figure it out until returned home(3hour drive). Did a find my iPad search and it was still located in the motel. Called the front desk and turned on the sound for them and within a minute the iPad was turned off. They could not«find» the iPad in the room even though no one rented the room. Management was not nice about helping with this problem even after contacting there corporate and complaining. I know it was my fault for leaving the item but if it’s not your don’t take it.

Stayed here for a couple of days because I was in town for a wedding. The rooms are clean — no complaints there. However, the walls are SUPER thin. Or maybe our neighbors were just extra loud because we could hear their entire conversation and their TV at 5 am. I’m sure it’s not normally this noisy but it was probbo just because most of the the out of town wedding guests were staying here. It was like a circus! There is a complimentary beer(Bud and Coors… YIKES! But hey, I won’t complain about free beer!) and wine happy hour from 5 – 7! Breakfast is 6 – 9 on weekdays and 7 – 10 on weekends. Shout out to the lady who was managing the breakfast buffet. She was really nice and kept checking up on us to see if we needed anything. Even when the groom showed up after breakfast hours the day after his wedding, she was still very accommodating. There’s an outdoor pool but unfortunately, I didn’t bring my swimsuit so I didn’t get to use it. There’s also a Wal-Mart and a supermarket across the highway, as well as a couple of quick(but not very good) dining options nearby. Tip — avoid the Santa Fe Cattle Co Steakhouse!

Fairly new hotel. I stay here for work. Corporate rate is good. The regular rooms are large. The suites have 2 separate rooms. They’ve upgraded to larger tv’s which fit the rooms better. Staff is nice. They have continental breakfast everyday and wine/beer social in the evenings Monday through Thursday. Walking distance there’s a Starbucks, Celebrity Movie Theater, Waffle House, and a Santa Fe Restaurant. Across the highway is Walmart & Home Depot.
