Spice has picked up its game. The food is consistently delicious, the service is excellent but never overbearing, and you no longer grow a beard waiting for your check aftrwards. Very reasonable prices for the multiple parties in your mouth. Warm, pretty décor. Food arrives in correct time. Try the summer rolls, walnut shrimp, volcano chicken(yes, chicken, but you do not make this at home, trust) an drunken noodles with whatever protein you love(squid is mmm mmm good.) You will bop out in a brighter mood. Thank you, Spice!

Reliably better than average Thai food, with fast and very attentive service and casual atmosphere. Great appetizers and menu selection. I really enjoyed their massaman curry with beef and my fellow diner had black needles with chicken, which was also pretty good. There are probably better Thai places out there, but Spice is an easy, pleasant experience if you just want a good, no-stress dinner in Park Slope. Also, easy on the wallet.

My young nieces were in the mood for Thai, so I placed an order around 7:45pm. My credit card was charged $ 49.00(which included a $ 3 tip) and Seamless confirmed my order. I received a text that my order was on the way at 8:23pm. At 8:59pm, I received a call from Spice stating that my apartment was too far. I live in Fort Green, 8 blocks away from the restaurant. So, I made the 15min walked to Spice to pick up my food. When I tried to explain that it was unacceptable to call me an hour later and state you will not delivery my food, the lady with the braces handling the orders, just smiled sarcastically and stated.“well we did call”. And to make matters worst, the food was over cooked and tasted terrible… what a waste of money!!! I will never give this place any more business!!!

Let me start by saying that I’ve been dining here since they first opened so to see the decline of not only service and portion size, but of food quality as well is absolutely shameful. Secondly, as of a few months ago they implemented a rule which requires that you pay a dollar for a tiny cup of sauce. That may make sense when someone is getting takeout but to charge customers for sauce when they’re dining in is absolutely absurd and just downright bad practice. Shame on you Spice.

Food was average for Thai food in the area; a bit greasy, but acceptable. Would definitely come back!

I have been to a couple of spice locations but this is by far my favorite one to frequent. Every time I enter there is a warm welcome and greeting. Plus it seems genuine! There are wooden tables which are a bit cramped but it does bring about intimacy if you’re going on a date. I went here for Christmas Eve lunch and we were the first ones here. There were holiday decorations all around with calming music. I love the lunch menu, you choose from twenty or more entrees plus get a complimentary appetizer for $ 15 or less. I am an avid rice person and since I’m part Italian I settled for the seafood rice bowl, cmon fish is tradition! It was very filling and the food was fresh. I do wish there were more spices added since the flavor was a bit bland. However, it was very delicately made. The pot stickers were heaven and soaked in a delicious flavorful soy sauce. I do suggest you try their various iced drinks especially anything with pomegranate. The waitress was pleasant always filling our glasses with ice water and asking how we were. I do love the service here. It’s colder now but you should definitely check out the garden in the spring!

My theory is that you have to have bad Thai in order to appreciate good Thai. Arguably this place’s only potential benefit… I’m not even halfway through my meal, and I feel compelled to write a review. Service isn’t the worst, but I ordered a dish with the word«Spicy» in its name at a restaurant called«Spice», and it doesn’t even have a kick to it. It was in the«negative» levels of spicy. Shameful. One of my biggest pet peeves is a dish advertised as being both 1) spicy and 2) Thai and tasting like Chinese fried rice with basil leaves thrown in. Don’t get me wrong, I love Chinese, but… but I came here for Thai… I just told them it wasn’t spicy, gave almost the entire dish back, and asked for the check. Nope, nothing was taken off. I chose to only pay for the wine, which they at least have decent taste in. If you take your Thai seriously, you may want to think long and hard before eating here.

Couldn’t figure out what to eat in Park Slope. Didn’t want the usual. So I decided to give Spice on 7th a try. Place was empty when I got there. Must of beat the rush, as soon As I ordered people came pouring in. I started with the Siam Buns w/pork. Pretty good– the pork has a sweet salty sauce with a quick pickle veggie medley(nicely balanced). Main course was the 3flavored Salmon(8oz I think) huge piece of salmon, served on top of an all green veg med and side of jasmine rice. The sauce is o k. The salmon was a bit over cooked so even though the sauce wasn’t great I could’ve used more. Came here hungry so I didn’t bother asking my waitress. Overall my dinner was tasty. Good service. Spice seems to have a lot of great things to try on the menu. So I will be back for those Drunken Man Noodles! Until Next Time…

I like going here, I went here last night for dinner with my friend and I ordered chicken satay and they changed it to chicken satay wrapped in lettuce I loved it. And I like the atmosphere. Good place.

Service was good, ambience was ok, manager was attentive. but the food is far beyond good. Well, at least it was better than the union square location. Chu — chee duck was too salty. I asked them to modify it by adding more coconut milk but they added sugar instead! Btw, not even half of the duck as what it describes on the web(menu page). Glass noodles was a little too oily and the shrimp was overcooked because it was half black. 2 out of 3 of the Chiilies tray were not probably covered. Needed lids. Drink was good. Must fix the smell of the restaurant especially the entrance. «Something is stucked by the ventilation or heater«.

As per usual Spice served up some tasty yum yums: spicy seafood soup, thai ribs sticky meaty and delish, drunk man noodles but w/pad Thai skinny noodles instead of wide ones(just a preference). Delish! And a nice cold saké bomb

Their prices are higher in person than online! $ 8 for curry online; $ 8.50 in person. You’re already paying a tip for the service, so it doesn’t make sense to add even more fees. Raise or lower, whatever, but equalize them. The service is minimal. Not terribly fast but not particularly slow. The Pad Thai did come with an appetizer, which was nice. I got the vegetable dumplings, and there were four rather large ones. The Pad Thai itself was awful — sweet and not spicy. Not sure why Thai places always do this — if I wanted sweet I’d go to an Americanized Chinese place. Their prices are pretty good for the city — $ 8.50 for the Pad Thai. Maybe I’ll order online next time — lower prices and I’ll get to try something better.

I wandered into Spice for a weekday lunch. It was pretty empty but I don’t mind since I can have lunch in peace. They have lunch specials with appetizers and an entrée. Service was nice, and food arrived at a timely manner. The waitress was also very accommodating. I ordered the Steamed Dumplings and Tofu Pad Thai, along with a Thai Iced Tea. The beverage was on the sweeter side and had that distinct bright orange color a Thai Iced Tea encompasses. The Steamed Dumping was average but the sauce that it was served in made it above par. Tofu Pad Thai was a good portion, the tofu were soft and not the ones that were fried. Overall, a pleasant meal. They also have seats in the back where you can enjoy the weather on a hot summer day.

Came her with a group of friends last week and it was a solid choice. The staff was very attentive and the food was served quickly. The bubble tea was a bit too sweet but everyone seemed to enjoy the food. I will say that the spring rolls are LITERALLY just filled with lettuce, which was weird. Overall a good experience will definitely come back.

Thou the food is good and even the atmosphere was great! But hunnny the service here is the pits they are so slow for a place that’s not super busy mind you I know it’s Valentine’s Day but this is the day you’d think the service would be the best but it’s not and how is it that they have the bar and kitchen close at 11:30 come on now and they they didn’t even give a last call notice So I give Brooklyn Spice 2 stars and that’s only because a 1 would not be good cause the food is yummy and the drinks are good. My suggestion go to the Spice in the city!

One of my Seamless go-tos for the area. Swift delivery(anywhere from twenty to forty minutes) and consistent quality of ingredients and cooking(I’ve had one out of ten to twelve orders that seemed like the kitchen wasn’t having a good night). The appetizers are maybe the strongest part of the menu. The calamari is surprisingly fresh and well-cooked, and comes with a delicious tomato-mint sauce. They should be bottling and selling that sauce.(For all I know, they are buying it already in a bottle… but I don’t care, it’s really good.) The various dumplings/potstickers and the Siam Bun are all solid as well. I’m partial to the rice entrees — the 6 o’clock spicy and green curry rice dishes are both really good. If I’m feeling like more veggies, the Japanese Eggplant/basil dish is quite good with chicken. I’m not a huge fan of the noodle dishes here, perhaps because they don’t travel as well as the others. Also, I found the mixed seafood/meat approach(chicken, shrimp, squid) in the Drunk Man noodles to be a bit offputting – too many textures going on at once for my taste. Curries are average as well, the best I’ve tried being the panang. It’s a bit on the pricy side compared to some of the alternatives(you can order similarly from SkyIce for a few dollars less per person), but consistency and speed are paramount when you’re looking for dinner to knock on your door after a long day at work. Overall, some of the best delivery Thai in the area

Love this place! The food is great I just wish the noodle portions were bigger! Also on weekends it gets packed out so you might have to wait a little.

Eh, there are better Thai places to go. The greatest thing about the place is its price. I stopped in in the early afternoon so I received the benefit of the lunch special, so I also got an appetizer thrown in for free. The food itself is a little bit bad. Everything was either overly salty or overly sweet, and sometimes both. The drunk man noodle was not very spicy, despite the hot pepper designation. This, combined with the overly salty flavors and the thick, sticky noodles, just made me feel like I was eating a cloying mass. I wasn’t able to finish it, needless to say, but do not like to waste food. I actually took it home, diluted it with some noodles/veggies I had at home, added some Sriracha sauce, and it was DELICIOUS. This is all to say that the flavors/recipes probably aren’t inherently bad, they just really overdo it with some tastes and underdo it with others. Service — pretty standard. I did feel bad for one guy who came in to pick up a to-go order and was told he had placed it with another location. Lunch hour was over by then, so it was really quiet and awkward when all of this was going down. He just stood there, looking really forlorn and surprised. I personally thought they could have at least offered to retake his order here and have something ready if he was willing to wait, especially since the kitchen was not busy at all during this time. Instead, the hostess just stared at him awkwardly with a small sad smile, and he just stared back at her, slack-jawed and dismayed. Overall, I guess this place is fine, but when there are so many awesome other places to eat, why waste a single meal out?

This Thai restaurant located in Park Slope is small, so seating can feel tight and cramped during dinner rush. But there is seating in the back garden/terrace too. During dinner, the staff light candles to put on each table, which adds a beautiful aesthetic touch. The interior is very clean and appealing! The food is so worth it! Big servings for decent prices. I had the green curry fried rice with tofu, and I couldn’t finish it so I had it packed up for my lunch for the day after. The Thai iced tea is also delicious, I recommend it! The staff were very friendly and efficient and answered any questions professionally. Would come again.
