Alice is beyond amazing. I walked by her store in brooklyn and peeked in just to see if I could potentially find my bridesmaids dresses. I actually found mine! I made an appointment to come back the following week with my family. Alice helped me find the perfect blush Maggie Sotero that expressed my style and was nice on my pocket book. Once I found the dress Alice was very helpful with the overall process from alterations, under garments, to just great service. She was never misleading along the way. HANDS DOWN I recommend Alice!

I bought my wedding dress at Sposabella this past Spring after my cousin recommended the store to me. It was a wonderful experience – Alice, the owner, and her seamstress are awesome. I bought a Pronovias wedding dress there at great price (after having a disappointing experience at the actual Pronovias store in Manhattan). I was able to choose the dresses that I wanted to try on – they are all out in the open. No one pressures you into choosing any particular style and there were no time constraints either. A really pleasant and comfortable experience! I was also able to make a same-​day appointment. I went for my final fitting last week and the dress was altered beautifully (it went from a size 10+ to a size 2).
I highly recommend the store!

I went today to try on dresses with my MOH. We called before and the woman said to come right in. She was so warm and welcoming. She was the owner of the store and was the only one working. She listened to my ideas and then gave her input as well. She wasn’t pushy at all (which has been an experience I have had at other shops). She didn’t even mention my purchasing the dress once. She made the appointment fun and was so invested in finding me the perfect dress. They had a pretty good selection even though the store was small. I will be returning with my family later on in the week. I highly recommend Sposabella!

This shop carries all the latest styles as well as styles that continue to be hot, regardless of year or season. You WILL be working 1-​on-​1 with Alice, the store owner with approximately 25 years of bridal gown industry experience and she has patience beyond anything I have ever seen. She WILL NOT let you leave until your dress is perfect and she WORKS FAST! Her prices made my jaw drop My NYC taste was overjoyed and I got the look of my dreams (You canNOT get the gown I own for what I paid. Anywhere. Even if it were used instead of new. I loved my bridal gown selection and fitting schedule experience, as Sposabella made it the calmest detail of the wedding. The groom burst into tears of joy, by the way :-))

this is a store that i will always remember that made me feel so pretty for the first time in my life. i am a plus size bride, also a tomboy to the core and sposabella turned me in to a lady. my wedding is in two weeks and i have never said this before but i cant wait to wear my dress. alice did not make me feel bad or in any way because i was bigger then the average female. i found sposabella in the last minute and i’m happy to pick up my dress tomorrow and i am so excited. they are so helpful and willing to explore all different options. i got my dress and they restructure the dress to my vision and liking. i will tell anyone especially plus size brides to go to spsabella’s you will not be disappointed at all.

The owner was very misleading from the beginning. I found this bridal salon on the Pronovias website. I called to inquire about specific styles and the associate seemed annoyed. I was told they had two of the styles and decided to still go in and try on the gowns. I reach there and not a single one of the styles I inquired about is there. I was given a sample of a «similar» gown. I was rushed through my appointment. I understand not taking pictures until you purchase, but it seems there is barely any help or guidance until you purchase. I wouldn’t dare give my money to this establishment. To top it off I receive a phone call 2 weeks later with a nasty message saying let them know if I’m coming for my appointment. So unorganized!
