I freaking wish I could go negative stars just off the customer service waited for 2 hours for nothing we call and there’s this«I don’t speak English» doushe bag on the phone and he says wait a minute and hangs up then we call again and my food has been out for the last 30 minutes… yea freaking right!!! But you know what there is something I am Thankful for I’m thankful that u didn’t get my food here because half these reviews talk about how crappy it is

What was I thinking not looking at Unilocal before ordering! The food was old, cold and salty. Don’t bother getting the sandwiches, they’re awful! Really, really bad food. Really!

Bad bad food. Salmon wrap(picture added) had more cucumber than anything and about s tablespoon of mashed up canned salmon. Disgusting. The side of rice was so dry it tasted like it was made a week ago. I think my order was made from things available in the dumpster of another restaurant.

My Hubby Ordered for the 1st time & it took 1hr &45mines Way to long when we called they said 15mines wait but it was like 45 instead I really wanted to taste their food but since we hv kids & I’m pregnant had to cancel the order((tip should tell the customers that they hv long waits before hand or Least give courtesy call)) I would Luv to try again once they get the long wait a change

Ordered through GrubHub and the food arrived on time and it wasn’t bad. The BBQ wings were very good, wasn’t really a fan of the pasta but the ribs I ordered were good as well.

I ordered from here, they showed up 3 hours later(the first time I called them, an hour after ordering, they said the food was«15 min away», on subsequent calls I made to them, they didn’t answer.) And the food was GROSS. Nasty cheap ass salad and overly sweet cupcake.

I ordered from this place through GrubHub. Said the order was going to come by 11:50am, they came on time, but with the wrong order. The paper had 3 items on it(we had ordered 6 items — 3 chicken tacos, 1 beef taco, 1 beef empanada and an order of fried plantains). The 3 items were a chicken taco for $ 3, a beef empanada for $ 2 and plantains for $ 3HOWEVER the order total was $ 17… Now, you’re telling me they didn’t realize before they sent their delivery man out that, wow, $ 17 is a lot for only 3 items costing $ 3 or less? Well they sent him out anyway, with only those 3 items, totally forgetting the other 3 items. So when I go to sign, I notice this and I tell the driver. He just stands there, stares at me, and I’m not knowing if he can’t understand me or what, but I’m nicely explaining that I ordered 3 more things but they aren’t in the bag. Then he finally says, «so do you want me to go back?» In my head I’m screaming because OBVIOUSLY if I paid for something that’s NOT in this order YES I want you to go back and get it!!! But nicely I say; yes can you please do that? Now this is at 11:59am. I call the restaurant, we straighten everything out and they say they’ll deliver the rest of the order. 12:59pm rolls around and they still haven’t delivered my food. I call again and they say they should be coming in the next 15 minutes, that by the time the driver came back there were other orders. Now… if I was a restaurant who made a mistake with an order that was placed BEFORE these other orders, I would make that priority, get those 3 little things ready to go so they get delivered immediately. Well 10 minutes pass and I just had about enough. We were leaving work and it made no sense to have them come back so I call them to tell them to cancel the rest of the order and refund me the money. The guy at the restaurant says the driver will be back to pick up the order and bring it. I’m like… the delivery guy is out BUTTHEFOODISSTILLATTHERESTAURANT?! It’s been about an hour and a half at this point, I tell him were leaving work and cancel it… I don’t know if he did but I called grubhub and they refunded me and gave me free grub. So in the end, grubhub is amazing — this restaurant, NOTAMAZING. The service absolutely SU*%S! Food is good though which stinks because I won’t ever order from here again.

This place is amazing!!! Found this place on grub hub ordered once, and my first experience was great. I ordered fried pork chops with rice and black beans. About 3 minutes after I placed the order I received a call. It was them calling to let me know that didn’t have any black beans. I was ok with that and she said she had red beans and would send it right over. Received my food about 20 minutes later, and ate it all up!!! A few days later I was craving those pork chops again! Placed the same order on grub hub. This time adding an order because my husband was hungry too. A about 3 minutes after I placed the order I got a call. It was them to tell me they didn’t have black beans! I said is this déjà vu? I said every time I order you don’t have black beans! She was very apologetic and offered the red beans, and I gladly accepted. Received my food about 30 minutes later, and received an amazing gift! A little note that pretty much said. Were so sorry we didn’t have black beans, but I threw in an extra pork chop, and a flan on us! I will be coming here for a long time! They’re very nice, great food and fast!
