They are the ultimate best pizza in New York City. You guys need to consider selling pizza online, because I moved out of state.

I won’t say this is the best pizza, but it’s reliably good. I have never had a bad slice there and today was so good I ordered two! This is an old fashioned around the way joint that captures authentic(read: not hipster) Brooklyn flavor. It used to be impossible to get a seat but now they’ve expanded and it is so much nicer. Big TVs too and nice crowd.

Gave this place a chance again afterr years of service and loyalty. Back in the early 2000s I twice ordered Chickenn Parm dishes and each time found a roach craving quickly out of the brown paper bag the food was sent in. Calle the owner and complained and he apologized and tried to justify that there was construction next door to his site prior to the new revamping. Ordered again after a desperate moment last weekend and received a soggy large pie when I specifically wanted a thin crusted pizza with two cheeses. Instead The pizza was extremely salty and a NORMAL pie. When I called to complain they said to bring it back. I informed them I had tried two slices already between my wife and I. She, the manager, stated I could order something else and come for it. I arrived 15 minutes ;after and the owner, same Yugo posing as Italian as they all do throughout the city, loudly calls my name and berates me amid a crowd. He claimed there was nothing wrong with the pie and how could it be salty when they don’t add salt. I told him I wanted no salt added and the pizza was not a thin crust it was a wet soggy crust if at all. He just didn’t wanna have it and rang me up $ 15.95 for the chicken farm and didn’t even offer to swap or take half price off. This money hungry guy faking a friendly tone all these years is too stingy and greedy to realize there is an internet these days and Unilocal so establishments like his can be brought into the light. In Marine Park there is a need for good food and places like this take advantage of the scarcity. SHAMEONYOU!!! «F» rating should be yours.

My friend brought me to this place and I ordered a broccoli roll. It was incredible. Perfect amount of cheese, dough, and veggies.

Lennys & Johns was once my favorite pizza place to eat from. But the past couple of times I’ve ate there it was horrible. The food is bland. Tonight we had the baked ziti & it was NASTY! DRY&TASTELESS!!! I guess I’ve had my run w/Lenny & Johns bc I will not be eating anymore food from there. It is not what I would call authentic Italian food. They need a new chef!

Love this place and the food never disappoints. I grew up on Flatbush and Ave I and we stop here every time I am back in Brooklyn. We cannot get pizza like this in Arizona. :(The cannoli’s are fantastic as well.

Short and sweet — their regular slices are great. Pepperoni slices are great. Their penne with vodka sauce is delicious. They also threw in half a loaf of italian bread with my order, which was nice. I’d skip the caesar salad because it leaves MUCH to be desired — it’s romaine lettuce(with tomatoes?!) with a very, very small container of dressing on the side(that will only dress half of your already incredibly small salad). But everything listed above is on point. Would definitely order from them again, and skip the salad. And they’re open until at least 1am each night, which is great, when nothing else is open.

Not as good as it used to be years ago. Went there recently, the place was empty and we waited more than 20 minutes for a regular pie. Finally the pie came out a big piping hot mess, cheese all over the place, no crispiness whatsoever, very soggy. Skip it guys, there’s better spots. And it’s still a pizzeria guys, what’s with waitresses? Really not necessary and actually drives customers away because they are annoying and people don’t want to deal with waitresses for a pizza. Giving 2 stars only because I’ve had good pizza here in the past but this place is not the same and has changed for the worse. Probably won’t be back here anytime soon.

Good inexpensive pizzeria with a decent Italian food menu. Food is nothing spectacular, but, for the prices a good value. Service is spotty, sometimes okay, sometimes poor.

My neighborhood favorite! Joe and Danny are the greatest. I’ve been eating here since I was a kid. Over 30 years and tbey mever disappoint. And I love the new look and extended menu. I can’t say enough about the chicken parm hero. And whatever you order, also ask for a chp of sauce on the side. That stuff should come with a straw its so good. My only reason for giving them 4 stars instead of five is the delivery wait time. They are busy tbough.

We’ve been ordering almost every item from Lenny and Johns for almost 30 years. The food is consistently good and exactly what you’d expect ordering from a pizzeria; prices are very good; the owners are always around; this is the 1 of 2 places I ever order from when I’m in this neighborhood. When I order pizza here, it’s my #1 choice. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is that sometimes delivery is very slow and pizza arrives soggy.

Horrible. My friend is in the middle of moving into her new place. She isn’t done unpacking yet. I ordered 2 pies and 1 square, soup, and soda. I specifically asked for plates, cups, and spoons. They sent me 4 plates and no cups. 4 plates for 3 pies. What sense does that make??? I called them back. They said they were going to send me plates. It is now 1 hour later. And still no plates. The place is 6 minutes away. To top it off, the pizza tastes like cardboard. Soup was excellent though.

We went in midday on the recommendation from a friend. It’s no frills, but the food was top notch. We had pepperoni pizza with extra sauce extra well done. We also had seafood Marinera and a bottle of red hook wine. The entire meal and the service was top notch. The waitress was the bees knees and earned every bit of her tip! Wonderful dining experience:) deeeeee-Licious!

The best pizza in Brooklyn the crust is just Perfect, the sauce is delicious. Their Entrees are great and affordable, my personal favorite is the chicken Parmesan. This is a hidden secret.

When I lived close by I would order from Lenny and Johns and always liked the pizza. Having recently moved, there are other pizzerias closer to my new location and I tried those a few times. Not happy, so I called Lenny & Johns and luckily I’m still close enough where they will deliver. We order about once a week and never have a problem with delivery. The girl answering the phone is always pleasant and the deliveries are always within 25 – 45 minutes. Lenny & Johns is also one of the most reasonably priced pizza places you can find. Their pizza is great. They always cook it just as I ask. The spinach, broccoli and sausage rolls are also very good. A good pizza place.

Can’t say that I am amazed with pizza here. It is good, and it is large, but it still just something to eat, and I can’t say that I really enjoy it. I usually take the slice from here when I need the food here and now, and I don’t have time to wait for delivery. But it does the work for quick food right now. Their other food(Not Pizza) is actually good, and can be warmed for later if you didn’t finish it right there. So I often take food like their rice ball or pepperoni, and I know that it will still remain good even couple hours later. OK Pizza, from a place that exist for many years, and this is something you got to respect. They are not far from my friends place, so I am sure I will return here again soon. But I am not sure I will choose the Pizza.

I’ve always come to Lenny & John’s since I’m young. If I ever want something quick to eat I can go in on my own or with someone. Today we went to grab a quick dinner. We got a sausage calzone to split as an appetizer, which was really good… so cheesy. For my meal I got the grilled chicken panini, which was delish as usual. The panini comes with a homemade sundries tomato sauce on that side that makes the panini. I’ll always come back to Lenny & Johns for a quick bite.

**This review is for their rice balls only.** I was in the area visiting family and I had a sudden craving for rice balls. This was the closest location to me that had good reviews on rice balls, so I decided to give them a try. They offer two kinds of rice balls: meat or cheese. They are small and cost $ 1.25 each. I got the one with meat. There was very little meat and the rice did not have any seasoning from what I could tell. My order did not come with a side of sauce either :(

3.5 stars This place has been in my neighborhood for as long as I can remember. Every time I order, its for takeout and the service is relatively quick. I always get consistently good pizza each time I order. I really enjoy the way they make their pizza. The crust always has just enough crunch to it without being burnt or too soft to the point where it’s soggy. The pizza isn’t amazing or mind blowing but it is good enough to keep me coming back for more whenever I’m in the mood for pizza.
