This place has undergone a ton of changes over the years but have never seen improvements. Pizza is below average and prices are average. Service is also slightly below average. Even most children know not to eat here. A lot of kids call it parasite pizza.

Great slices… Never had to wait longer than a minute even when it was crowded. I would say the customer service was polite and funny. A family-owned resturant, I always use this spot for pizza. Never tried anything else though.

I am only giving this restaurant one star because that is the lowest rating allowed. This was the WORST service and food i have ever received in my life! the woman on the phone could not of been more rude to me, and when i received my order the food was rancid. It was completely inedible. I would never recommend this place to anyone! I will never order from them again, and on top of it all, when i called to speak to someone about how the food was rancid, the rude woman on the phone would not give out her name, or the managers. and then hung up in my face. Save yourself… NEVERORDERFOODFROMHERE! YUCK!!!

I have to change my previous positive rating, a negative 1 for service related reasons. I made an order for delivery earlier tonight at around 8pm. I live a bit further away so I expect slightly longer delivery times from here and the girl said that it would be between 30 – 45 minutes, which is about normal given the distance. I placed my order for $ 25 worth of Italian goodies and settled down for a long long long wait. At the 45 minute mark I called and the girl on the phone claimed it already left. I reminded her what the original estimate was. Now, lets be honest here folks. Most small time pizza places will usually do something for the customer if the food is pretty late. Instead of offering an apology and maybe discounting the tax on the food she complained that I was far away so my order was last. So, I guess they think it’s ok that food is later then their estimate because I’m further away. Wouldn’t it have just made more sense to give me a longer estimate or turn down the order on a busy friday night? No, I guess not. Want to know what the total waiting time was? 1 Hour and 15 minutes, give or take. Well, it doesn’t end there. The order was wrong. So it begins. Not only was the order missing a slice of pizza but they sent a small entrée instead of a large. I called to straighten it out and the girl said that she forgot to call me. I asked her why I was still charged the same amount and she said she changed the amount, but she didn’t. I pointed out that the receipt said $ 25 and that’s what we paid the delivery guy + tip. Then she back pedaled and said I wanted the free soda bottle for a $ 25 order, so that’s why she didn’t change it. So wait a second? I end up paying for an extra $ 5 dollars worth of food, to get a free soda? At this point any other normal pizzeria would offer to send the delivery guy back with the food, or a refund. They refused. They would only offer store credit for a future delivery. Why the hell would I ever want to do business with them again? If the min. delivery amount is $ 7 or $ 8 that means I’m forced to spend more money and risk another error at some point in the future. With no guarantee that they’ll even remember who I am. I was pretty clear with them, that I understood that they made a mistake, but that I either wanted the food, or a refund for the difference and they refused. I didn’t expect them to bring it right away, and would have been happy to wait till they were closing, but they refused to make it right. Basically I’m out 5 $ unless I want to do business with them again. It should be pretty obvious that I don’t. Ever again.

I had ordered peppers on my pizza and they gave me pepperoni instead. WHen I called to tell them, they told me I was the one who made the mistake. Why would a vegetarian make such a mistake? Plus, it was cold when it arrived.

Normally I don’t go out of my way to give restaurants a bad review. Everybody has a bad day and I’m more into praising something awesome than putting down someone’s hard work. Having said that… I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I have ordered delivery from them three times. Yes, I gave them *three* chances because I moved to this neighborhood & scoped out delivery spots via Seamlessweb. They were the only pizza place I found originally and I’m sorry that I did. Every time I ordered, it took over an HOURAND A HALF for them to deliver, literally. I didn’t order at very busy dinner hours because I work on two food trucks and I’m out serving food during busy meal times! Then, after waiting an hour and a half, you realize that the pizza is terrible and also that when you ask for bleu cheese on the side of your buffalo chicken pizza, they disregard your request and either put it on your pizza directly or leave it out completely. I won’t order from them again, ever.
