Came here because I really needed to get my manicure done and it was too late to drive to queens to my usual spot on a Monday night. The Manicure is $ 8 which is cheap but their color selection is small. I was lucky to find frock and roll the Essie color I was looking for. The lady who did my nails was nice until she tried to sell me some nail growth solution for $ 12 while I was drying. I hate hate nail places that try to get you to buy product. I wanted my nails colored and that is it. I have my usual spot and my usual nail girl and this was just an emergency manicure. This place is close to where I live but don’t think I will ever come here again. The place could also use some sprucing up

Despite it buying busy they make you feel valued and don’t rush through their Job I appreciate the time taken to make my nails awesome so coming back is a must good fair prices as well they accept visa and MasterCard too :)

worst service ever, super rude and don’t have a lot of option of colors. The prices are cheap but you have to pay double to fix whatever they did

I was there on a Monday and I went there at 4 pm and asked them to do pointy nails and I showed the picture of how I exactly want it. It took 2 hours for the lady to just put the tips on my nails then when I said that I have to leave in 10 min cause my lunch time is over they called their manager to do it fast cause the lady was super slow. The manager started to talk about me in their language I felt very uncomfortable.(Cause that was not the first time I was there and I notice that they are talking after every single customer.) when she was filing I told her that this is not the shape that I want and the one that I showed the picture she said just wait I will finish. Then when she started to put the gel I told her that this is not the color I wanted. I asked her for nude she put pink. And Cause I was in a rush I just left very angry. They charge me 43 $ I gave 45 $ and left. Super disappointed. Cause I am a loyal customer I am going there every 2 weeks and leaving there 35 $ at least I just went there next day and asked them If they can fix my nails cause first of all they broke from the sides then the shape also. Nails look so ugly I don’t how to hide it so nobody can see it. The manager came «Super rude» started screaming and told me that if I want them to fix it I have to pay again. Their MANAGER is super rude she has to be fired because of her behavior and talking SHIT after customers. Worst place ever don’t ever go there. The prices that they have are a little cheap but it is because of they are not professional.

These ladies are probably some of the sweetest nail technicians around. They hustle hard so when you get here you wont have to wait very long if at all. I started coming here because I still like to do Acrylic just to have that long lasting effect. Im just too busy for a regular manicure every few days and Im not a fan of gel. This is one of the few places in Bay Ridge who does it at a good price ($ 15). Not only do I like to do acrylic but I like my nails very short and shaped so that they look as natural as possible and everyone here who does acrylic knows how to do that. My nails never crack and I am back here every 2 weeks like clockwork.
The cons here are that the color selection could be better. It’s not bad but Ive also seen way better at other places. At times I just buy my own colors and bring them with me. Another con is that your pedicure will definitely look fresh but they’re massage game is not up to par. But then again I’ve noticed that about a lot of places in Bay Ridge. Anyhow I would recommend for a nice looking mani/​pedi
