So I just moved to Brooklyn, and this is the closest«cool» place to go that is within walking distance of our house. I’ve been here for brunch twice now and have not been disappointed! My BF always complains because he says their pancakes and waffles always taste like cornbread — and he is correct, because I believe they use some type of corn flour. However, if you are a fan of cornbread, you will be pleasantly surprised just like I was! The chicken and waffles were solid, and I’ve also had the carne asada and eggs(steak and eggs) which was also very good. Oh, and my favorite part: 2 for 1 mimosas!!! Yassss. I will definitely need to come back here sometime for dinner/drinks. Very cool décor and vibe going on in this joint.

I normally don’t venture all the way into Bushwick since it’s kind of a pain in the ass to get to, but my family was celebrating my cousin’s birthday and Mother’s Day and this was the place they picked. We were a party of 12 on a very busy Sunday for a 2pm brunch. The place was packed with noisy customers and it seemed as if half of the restaurant was singing happy birthday to someone at their table. Everyone ordered some sort of drink– mimosa, Bloody Mary and Sangria were among the top choices. We then ordered a bunch of different food options. The steak and eggs and the French toast were most preferred based on everyone at our table. The drinks and food were all great. The presentation was also really nice. I was impressed to see such attention to detail with so may orders in the kitchen. The one thing that wasn’t so great was the service. Even though our waiter had a smile on the whole time and seemed to be enjoying running back and forth like a crazy person, he definitely did not have his shit together. He forgot many of our drinks, got some wrong drinks and completely didn’t realize that everyone at our table got served except for me. Being the nice person that I am, I didn’t say anything for about 5 minutes. After I realized that everybody was digging in, I told him that I had never received my plate. He apologized and said the food was coming right out. It literally took another 20 minutes for my plate to hit the table. Everyone was completely finished eating before I even started. Not cool man. I’ll let it go this time, but only because the food was so good.

I came here to have a nice meal after getting a gel manicure because I was starving and heard this place was ok. I go to scoot my chair closer to the table and the chair sliced my finger open because it was broken. The hostess/manager gives me a band aid and says sorry. I clean it up but it’s throbbing and bleeding through the band aid. We hurry to eat our food so we can leave and are offered a free dessert. What? A free dessert for a sliced finger? My $ 60 manicure just got ruined and you want to offer free dessert? That’s what would have been ok for you if this happened to you? This will probably scar but free dessert makes me feel better… bizarre. I asked to make a report so it could be documented in case it gets infected and I need a doctor and she looks at me and says she doesn’t know what to do. I’m still waiting to hear from you Jennifer.

So many great things to say about this place! The menu was scrumptious, pricing was great, venue absolutely beautiful filled with tons of sunlight & my party was even blessed with being there on JAZZNIGHT. I can’t wait to experience their brunch menu & the owner is an absolute Angel doing everything in her power to cater to my dietary restrictions. Hands up! Thumbs up! Can’t wait to go again!

This place was a random choice by a friend. We went on a Thursday evening after work. Rustic look in the inside which I loved. The service was great(even tho at first I felt hounded to pick a drink and food, I mean it was my first time I had no idea what to choose so many options that looked tasty). I got the braised beef with Yuca. OMG it was absolutely amazing. Just enough spice and lots of flavor. My friend got the Salmon I tried a piece it was yummy too. For dessert I got the Churros with a side of ice cream(first time trying a Churro). It was like heaven in my mouth. Let’s just say this place has amazing food and I will for sure return to try more things on the menu.

I love the décor and the service was excellent ! I’m giving 3 stars instead of because the steak there was pretty bland and a little overcook not worth the price. I would recommend the sliders and the calamari was to die for. The drinks were pretty good. I would go back for apps and drinks wasn’t too pleased with my entrée. We spent $ 110 for a party of 2 so a bit pricey.

I work at a studio near by and wanted to check this place out around 10pm. No one was there at the host desk so we just stood there for a while. When we where seated the host or whoever it was didn’t even speak to us. We waited for 15 minutes and no one came to ask for our drink order. In small place like that it shouldn’t be hard to give your guests attention or at the very least acknowledge them. We ended up just walking out. We won’t be back. I would say the service sucked, but we didn’t get any service to begin with.

The décor and the ambiance are pretty cool. I enjoyed just being there. I went there for brunch and the food was good but just average. We had the chicken and waffles, which is just chicken cutlets on a waffle, it tasted good but I wouldn’t call it a traditional chicken and waffle meal. We also had the veggie omelette which was tasty. But everything I ate I could have easily made at home myself and aves some cash. I’d like to try this place dinner and see what if their menu items are more than average.

Everything was amazing including the French toast. I didn’t expect that as I have my specific restaurants that I get my French toast from including peaches in Bedstuy and homemade in Redhook. The drinks were strong and right as I only needed one to do the job. Well worth the money and the experience. Def hit this spot up!

I predict Industrial 1332 will be a staple in the ever-evolving borough that is Brooklyn. This space used to be a catering hall(not fancy — just a room for parties) that has since been transformed by Brooklyn natives to an industrial-looking restaurant… lots of woodwork, cables, pipes, exposed HVAC duct, and large windows for ample sunlight. The corner property is very large with two dining areas and a widescreen TV in the back room. The two areas are divided by three bathrooms in the middle. The layout sounds odd, but it works. As soon as we walked in, we were was politely greeted and immediately seated in the backroom. I’m soo upset that I forgot the servers name as he was such a sweetheart. He was very polite, friendly and attentive — kudos to the Sunday brunch staff. The brunch menu is available on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm. I decided to join the brunch crowd around 2pm. The brunch menu provides your typical brunch options that range from eggs benedicts to steak to pancakes. I ordered Huevos Benedicto which is yellow corn cakes topped with grilled chorizo, two poached eggs with chipotle hollandaise sauce served with toast, home fries and mixed baby greens. I switched the home fries for yucca fries(at no additional charge). I’m sad to report that the chipotle hollandaise is not spicy whatsoever(crying face) so that was disappointing. The yucca fries were really tough and needed more cooking time. Other than that, my food was wonderful. Great seasoning and perfect portions. My boyfriend had the carne asada con yucca which is grilled hanger steak, two eggs sunny side up with yucca fries and chimichurri sauce. His food was delicious, too. The steak was perfectly seared and flavorful. The brunch menu does not mention desserts. don’t you worry. it definitely available at brunch. We tried the churros and bread pudding. The churros are served buried under a lot of whipped cream. Fortunately, it did not soak the churros. it was crispy on the outside and soft inside — perfection! The bread pudding was average — nothing to brag about. As for drinks, we enjoyed the 2 for 1 brunch special which is either a mimosa or sangria(red or white). I had mimosas while the bf had red sangria. The sangria comes with a lot of ice(sad face again) but the flavors were there. My mimosa was super good — keep pouring the champagne, oh yea with a touch of orange juice! I tried the white sangria and it was very strong aka it was just right! Overall, inviting atmosphere. Cool décor. Superb customer service. Delicious food. Tasty drinks. Affordable! Happy dining!

I barely give five star to any place. This one certainly deserves it. Very cool decoration and ambiance. Friendly and efficient staff. Lots of sitting. Good food. Well, my steak was a bit too dry; still I fully enjoyed my experience. I was here on a trip. Sadly, I won’t be around to try it again.

As of now Industry 1332 gets a five star rating from me! I just have to say WOW! I’ve been there twice in one week. My family has been there a handful of times in a matter of two weeks… Which means the food is amazing! The first time I went for a quick dinner. I ordered the calamari and ceviche! The ceviche was great! I was afraid of the mango in the ceviche but it did not interfere with the«Limey» taste ceviche has. The next time I went was for brunch. What a wonderful surprise. The drinks were super good! After one mimosa I felt good and I’m not a lightweight. We ordered the steak and eggs, the tamales and the chilaquiles. Everything was perfection! And all this for very decent prices! All what a brunch should be!

I wanted dinner out, but not too far from my apartment and also something I haven’t had yet. I used to live a few blocks from here and the neighborhood was pretty disappointing then, so I was skeptical. The space is pretty large, with a bar area up front and spacious seating in the back(and a huuuge projector screen for sports etc). We ordered a bottle of wine, inexpensive and surprisingly good. Then came the ceviche. I’ve definitely had better, but certainly not in Bushwick. We also had the beef sliders. They were massive, meaty, and juicy. This was definitely the all star of the evening. My boyfriend had the seared tuna, which was great but could have used more vegetables on the side. I had the skirt steak and subbed in grilled vegetables instead of the standard yucca fried. The steak was great, but the vegetables were amazing. This is definitely a welcomed addition to the area.

I just moved to the bed stuy/bushwick area, so my world has been hit with a new wave of restaurants to try. My best friend and I wanted brunch but something new. We came across this gem. We went on a Sunday and surprisingly it wasn’t that crowded. When we first get there we’re greeted and seated immediately. The service is very good here. For brunch the sangria was 2 for 1, small but very good. I ordered the hanger steak with chimichurri, scrambled eggs, and yuca fries. The food portion wasn’t huge but it was amazing. I ordered my steak medium and they got it right! Great place to try if you’re in the area.

Went here for lunch yesterday. Was highly suggested by my sister so we gave it a try. We went there when there weren’t many people. For an appetizer we had the guacamole with plantain chips as well as the fried calamari. Both were very good, and seasoned just right. For entrees we both had the skirt steak with a side of yuca fries, and tomatoes. It was so yummy and it was my four year olds first time trying chimichurri Sauce which he proclaimed was DELICIOUS ! The best part was the dessert my BF had a chocolate cake and I had the crème brûlée which was to die for. All in all it was a great meal and cool vibe.

This is a local spot for me near the L train Halsey stop. They just received their liquor license which is a plus. The food is very good and they are open for lunch during the week. They had a very good menu for New Years Eve as well. I went the next day and noticed they raised the prices on the regular menu but it is still worth the visit. The service is great and everyone is friendly with a smile to greet you!

I love this place cause it’s close to home, plays good music, has a good team and has just what you need for a local chill bar. Some plates are AMAZING, some plates are just okay and the portions are really good. My fave are the yuca fries + the dipping sauce.(Def recommend asking for that side dipping sauce. :) The only thing missing from this place are cocktails since they only serve beer & wine but honestly i’ll keep coming back for the light drinks cause some times that’s all you need. What I love most about the bar is that it’s hispanic owned and that’s something rare in this almost gentrified community. #SUPPORTHISPANICBUSINESSES

If I could leave this establishment 0 stars I would, It’s definitely not a restaurant! Hear me out: 1. My friends and I were seated at a table against the wall and saw a fairly big centipede crawling off and around our table and once we made them aware of the situation the managements only comment to us was«it’s fine, it’s just a water bug» a water bug?!, you identifying the type of bug it was doesn’t justify the situation! How about not having ANY«bug» crawling around where I am about to eat. 2. All of our food orders were wrong. I asked for a medium-well done piece of churrasco and instead was given a bloody(rare). My friend asked for his food to be cooked without onions because he’s allergic and when his food was brought back«onion-free» instead they only removed the biggest pieces visible. I WOULDNOTRECOMMENDTHISPLACETOANYONE!

Industry 1332 functions well as a casual bar, but fails as a restaurant. My friend lives nearby, and I suggested grabbing a few drinks and a bite to eat here because the menu looked interesting. Imagine my embarrassment when his shrimp sliders came out on those cheap mini potato rolls you get at the grocery store! My four arepitas were about the size of a quarter, and tasted bland apart from the aioli drizzled on the plate. Pretty decent craft beer options, but that alone can’t carry you. And while I do admit they have the industrial atmosphere down with their décor and concrete tabletops, you really can’t market yourself as a «latin tapas restaurant» when it’s obvious that you cut corners with your food.

I absolutely love this place, I moved a few blocks from here and have been just bringing my friends here to eat and they all love it too. My favorites are the bacadillos, fish tacos, salad and churros. I will explain the 2 Stars Sunday, 10÷11÷15 @ 1345 I came to this spot with friends who were boasting about the food. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with friendly service the décor is nice everyday casual wear. The presentation of the food 5 star. The way the menu was designed 5 stars by itself original. The 2 Stars they give you the whole menu then tell u you can only order from this page. No separate bunch menu. My friends didnt want to sit by the open window. So we were given the table right next to the kitchen doors and the service entrance. I asked my waitress if we could be moved she looked at me and said that this was the only available seat at the time I would have rather waited. It took the manager to come by after he saw the staff about to use the service entrance door to bring in food that we were able to move. Tge food; You can pass on the chicken and waffles go to a southern spot for that you’re not going to get your money’s worth the home fries were cold, but the mimosas hit the spot. The French toast was top notch. The half owner said that she takes complaint seriously and listen to her Customer and she has a zero tolerance of disrespect on both ends but yet I when ask to move no response… This is the only restaurant I went to that I wanted to leave ASFORMYSELF I WILLPASSNOTRETURNING

Hear me out… This restaurant has 5 star potential, but I had a few let downs. We went on a Saturday night. It wasn’t terribly busy but for some reason, our server seemed flustered. He came over, introduced himself and took our drink and appetizer order. He comes back with our drinks, then our calamari. The calamari was mediocre. The dipping sauce was really good, the calamari, not so much. It was dry, chewy, and over cooked. After waiting for a while, I realize that our server hasn’t returned to take the rest of our order… Aaaaaaaand he never did. A new(and wonderful) server came to take our order and explained that they had a very large party in the back which is why the other server had not returned. It would’ve been nice if the original server explained that but he didn’t. Our new, fabulous server made the evening perfect. We place our order. My party ordered the salmon, beef sliders, churrasco, and pechuga rellena. Four problems, the«stuff» on top of the salmon looked like poop, the yucca fries with the churrasco(which was amazing) were lacking salt and crunch, the sliders were ordered medium rare and they came out medium well, and the pechuga looked and was dry. All in all, I will go back because hey, they just started. Everyone deserves a second chance. The ambiance was great and the beer and wine list was decent. I would like to see some spirits for cocktails. Let’s see what happens.

I like the space — good addition to the neighborhood, nice presentation of meals and the bartender was quite friendly. HOWEVER — I’m sure it’s not that hard to find good wine at a fair price to serve to your patrons. Really though? I would not drink FRONTERA if a dog kidnapped me with a gun and forced me too. You are trying to make a 50% profit on crap. Go find some wine… as a matter of fact here’s a recommendation go to Despana in Soho and buy yourself some GREAT wine at a fair price and serve that. The fish tacos are too breaded, so really it’s a bread taco with some fish. Like a previous reviewer said add some salt to the guac and lime HELLO! The salmon dish was delicious but overcooked. Slightly less and it would have been perfect. Maybe the people that liked it, likes dry fish. So after all of that. Cute space. As I usually say to most new places. Listen to your patrons, it can only do you good. I will be back though.

This is what happens when those with zero business sense, knowledge of the product or a process decide to become restaurateur: The undeniable facts of life in the restaurant industry: * buying latest mobile device enabled POS does not mean that the staff knows how to use it efficiently. Here’s what you do(if you cannot figure out which button to touch while in front of a customer) — you remember the order and then discretely enter it into a POS. It should never take 10 minutes to figure out how to enter the bottled beer into the machine. One might also consider to use this amazing space age technology called«pencil and paper». It was successfully utilized by Soviet’s to take notes in space while NASA was busy developing a ballpoint pen that works in zero gravity. If the above mentioned POS is too complex for the«if it is not an iPhone i shutdown» staff just use a pencil and write on paper. * if you are taking care of someone’s order, you put a napkin in front of them so the rest of your 4 bartenders(the bar could have been covered by 1) do get confused about who has and who has not been taken care of. Ordering the same thing from all of them is sort of annoying as it is clear that it only would create even more confusion after the order is placed. * Guacamole requires salt and pepper. It really does. Especially if you are in a neighborhood full of Central and South American immigrants. * Contrary to a popular belief it is possible to murder a squid. You succeeded in that. You did however failed to use sodium chloride to accomplish said task.
