The area is filled with good food. Don’t let their hipster store front fool ou like it did me. Go to the place around the corner with a C grade I promise rat meat is better than this.
Basic Mexican food, patacon is crafty but wheres the flavor? DEFINITELY not worth the 45 minute late delivery, that’s ONTOP of the hour wait time. I can’t believe it took nearly 2 hours for a delivery.
I hope the management reads this because the delivery and customer service are terrible. When I called to ask where my order was an hour in they said they were waiting for the delivery guy, then the second time i called when it was 30 minutes late they lied and said he was on the way. I don’t live 15 minutes away. I live 4 blocks down.
i’ve worked in great and bad restaurants before, worked on Christmas Eve and Thanksgiving catering but never delivered an order .2 miles away nearly 2 hours later.
Pork quesadilla is dry, pork pacatonn needs more flavor, burrito was mostly rice with somehow tasteless pork, the taco was soggy, not juicy but soggy… But maybe that was because my order sat out so damn long?
Worst 29.36 I ever spent.

The dining atmosphere is peaceful, but next to a noisy Brooklyn street. The menu has a nice blend of options from Mexican-​inspired dishes to Americana favorites. My friends and I stuff to the Savoy sandwich and Grilled Chicken Sandwich; both were enjoyable. The friend plantains and steak-​cut fries were both cooked marvelous. Low prices and fast service were also pluses. Note: juices, baked goods, and smoothies all looked divine.

Perfect place to stop by for good coffee on your way to the Subway! The staff is friendly and the food is always fresh.

The food is decent, but the customer service is bad. I’m there at least once a week eating but they mixed up the order. They gave me my friend’s savoy omelette with ham. I’m a vegetarian. My friend ate my veggie omelette. They did not want to replace both orders. I had to explain to them that she shouldn’t have to eat food that I already ate. They assumed she would eat whatever was left on my plate. They also insisted that there’s supposed to be ham in the savoy omelette. There’s no ham listed in grub hub. Just be prepared for bad customer service in exchange for decent food.

Love their juices, smoothies and egg white omelette. This is always my «hung over» spot. After a long night of drinking and constantly promising myself «I will never do it again» I always end up at this spot the next morning. Customer service and great and the owners are very friendly and always make sure everything is great! Love it here!

I’m a regular at Savoy. They have really good burritos, tacos and patacons. I’m a chicken lover so I always ask for chicken in anything I order and it is always really good. My kids love going there too. My son loves getting a grilled chicken salad and die dreaming juice. There juices are pretty good. I like there banana, pineapple smoothie and Die dreaming juice is my favorite. I would definitely recommend Savoy! It’s a nice cozy little spot.

Been waiting almost an hour and a half for my seamless delivery from this restaurant. It’s currently 2:22, ordered at 1:00. Just got the message below from seamless. Called the restaurant and discovered the order hasn’t even been sent yet… This is one dissatisfied customer. Never ordering from this place agai

Twice they’ve screwed up my order… with the last getting food poisoning from the beef burrito when I ordered a chicken burrito. Never again!

Live next door and don’t come here because all 5 times I have since they have opened they only work on one order at a time which are 3 groups of people deep, are under staffed by 200%
2 minutes after arriving I notice they have yet to start on our order because they have just finished the order for a couple that has been asleep at their table since long before we arrived. I glance at the kitchen and notice a lull as they reset their juicer and 1 pan to take on the next load of 1 sandwich and 1 burrito, which by the way they refuse to make without rice. I thought it was a joke. But no, all of this is real.

It’s good. Some would contend «very good». I would contend «good». A difference in palate profile preference, perhaps? Yes, methinks. The ‘patacon’ – several mentions of it here, no? – is quite satisfying, and I’ve rarely strayed from this item, save for the one time I was craving an omelette at 3 PM – call it a late start, not a comeback.

BEST COFFEE ANYWHERE!!! This place is delicious. Been coming here for a year now and the food does not EVER disappoint. You have to understand that they don’t have a large kitchen at all and their demand is way high. They ALWAYS have delivery orders out their ears so please have some patience with the staff, they are all really doing their best. Definite 2 thumbs up

My food was delivered 2 hrs after I had placed my order. It’s like if they never made it, I called the location an hr and 20 min in and they told me that it would be out in like 15 min. Which led to my food being delivered 2 hrs later. Food was good but unfortunately they suck with timing.

Awesome selection of food: burritos, empanadas, salads, and the infamous Patacon among other dishes that are mostly standard, but each has it’s own unique Savoy twist to it. The wait for some items, however, are still a little long although they ARE improving. I’d suggest they hire more staff. I go there routinely now for fresh Lemonade (a godsend). I do eat there once in a while and the fresh-​made juices are reasonably priced.

Most amazing veggie quesadilla I’ve ever eaten! And I truly mean that. The owner himself served it to me, and he was the nicest guy. Everything from the atmosphere to food is fantastic. So happy this place exists! :)

Aw, I love this place. This place keeps up with the rapidly gentrifying neighborhood, but still holds slight authenticity that I appreciate. Nothing is expensive, and it’s a great place to get a freshly squeezed juice or a nice ice coffee.
Everything is always fresh and flavorful. All the kids that work there are pleasant and work hard. Not sure if it’s family owned, but I believe the owner is the one that does the deliveries too. He is always super friendly and if he is running behind he ALWAYS apologizes with his reasonings. It’s pretty disheartening that everyone who is giving bad reviews is mostly due to the fact that they are lazy customers who order delivery and want it instantly. *Sigh* new generations are so impatient.
Anyway, the tacos and chimichurri sandwich are my favorites. The chimichurri sandwich is a good size and it comes with your choice of fries are plaintain fries for only $ 6.99. Whoever thinks these prices are expensive needs a reality check. You can’t even get that for a mystery meat burger and fries at McDonalds!
Only one tip: I would order your food to-​go in the summer, though, because it gets pretty hot inside.

I’ve waited so long my hypothetical kids that I would’ve had have already grown up, gone to college, and are currently looking for jobs in Connecticut.

I ordered delivery this morning and was totally totally disappointed considering how much I love this place when I actually eat inside.
Ordered breakfast consisting of an order of egg white omelet, home-​fries and toast, the «toast» wasn’t toasted at all or buttered they were just floppy pieces of bread.
Also ordered the pancakes which were seemingly okay, they strategically placed a perfect pancake at the top, followed by 2 totally burnt pancakes underneath. Yuck!
I waited for over an hour for a hopeless delivery man who handed me his bag so he could randomly hand me things.
Instead of having some decency and giving me a new batch of pancakes, after I called and asked about my order and they said they were almost done… Wow

I really like this place! I’ve only ordered through Unilocal for pickup, but they seem to have things going like clockwork there. One iPad for the register, and another to check online orders to dispatch to the kitchen.
Both the cajun burger and quesadilla are super-​tasty would have-​agains. The burger was the most surprisingly victory– juicy, flavorful and just plain GOOD. And they really dole out the guac with the quesadilla, if that’s your thing. Prices are a touch steep — $ 8 – 9 for most items — but it’s well worth it for the convenience and the quality.
