Burgers Plus

I loved it… I recommend this restaurant the food is good … everything is fresh and clean … the services is excellent … you must go

Ok, so normally i wouldn’t bother writing a review for a place that i usually get a delivery from but this place has me fuming like a bull in Portugal,
I’ve order from these guys about 5 times in total. The first time was great which lead me to keep ordering from these guys through seamless. Burgers was on point and tasty, fries was cripsy and had the perfect amount of seasoning.
From the 2^nd time and on, that shit all went downhill. If i tell you that i want the sauce on the side, that doesn’t mean i want it on my fucking burger. The next 4 times i ordered, they put the sauce on my burger, even got my order wrong and came super late.
I ordered a reguar buger and fries with sauce on the side from these guys the last time (8÷8÷2013). Estimated time with 30 to 45 mins later. an hour and 15 min later, i get a call from the delivery guy who obvioulsy doesn’t speak a lick of english and told me to come outside to get my order. Keep in mind, that he called me and when he showed up 3 sec later, he was still on the phone with someone else. How the fuck do you get on the phone with someone else that quick as soon as you hung up with me? Not to mention this guy was looking like a fat slob. Whatever, im glad i got my food.
Went inside, looked at my order. The burger was a fucking lamb burger WITH ALL THE SAUCE ON IT. Obviously writing down «sauce on the side» means put all the fucking sauce on my burger «in another language. Fries came soggy as shit.
Even the reviews on seamless seem to have a similar experience as me.

Try this place out last week with my friends… The Burgers was good… I had a chesse burger with fries… The staff was ok…
