I purchased a toy from this little toy store but when I got home I realized my card had been charged twice for the single item. When I first contacted the store I spoke to a kind clerk who told me to call back the next day to speak to the owner. When I called back to talk to him about removing the charge I spoke instead to the manager. She told me that the duplicate charges had occurred at the store several other times and that ‘your bank will take care of it.’ I told her that the problem was theirs and the bank asked that they fix it. She told me they wouldn’t do anything because it was not their fault and it ‘happened on its own.’ I told them they are benefitting by receiving two payments but to no avail. When I asked about speaking to the owner she said there was no point because he would say the same. Wow. Nice customer service. The manager was rude and unpleasant. I would not go back.

I’ve never experienced any rude customer service here, actually the girl has always been very helpful. This isn’t a place you go to do christmas shopping! But when I wanted to get a scooter for my two year old and didn’t want to drive to a big box store, I went here, it was the same price as toys r us and I didn’t have to go far. I pass by this store everyday and I always see something cute in the window, it’s great to stop in and pick up little things for my boy.

My infant son and I were early to meet friends at the(amazing!) playground across the street so we stopped into the store to check out some fun treats! The store is very tiny and with me and his stroller and another family of four it was pretty tight moving around. We bought a gigantic bubble wand and a fun bouncy ball for just over $ 10. Location, location, location — nothing about this place would make me run back, but if I am across the street and in a pinch I’m glad they’re there!
