They always served fast and fresh coffee. I probably should’ve posted this review before they closed. Damn.

All of the pastries looked amazing! I had an egg flatbread with cilantro and it was very yummy and filling! My meal came with my choice of tea too which I thought was so charming. This place is so cute and very delicious!

I was so delighted to find this magical little spot to have a late breakfast and latte on a Monday. The food is Turkish inspired with all of these tasty add ons that turn simple wraps and sandwiches into flavorful mini masterpieces. The service staff are kind, very laid back. It feels like you are stepping into a very special place when you are there. I highly recommend.

Skipped the recommended Borek with blue cheese, dates, & ricotta and opted instead for the [inka worior]* cookie($ 3, cash only) and was very pleasantly surprised by the taste(but not the crunchy /beyond crisp texture). *In other quirky signgage news, they also offer a chocolate poof on one level, a chocolate puffy on another, and a nutella poof on a third(they’re the same, per the staffer)

Very cute, reasonable(for the area) and unique spot. Every bakery in Williamsburg tries to be different, but this one has succeeded. The area for seating is small, but the menu offers quite a range from eggs to muffins. The coffee is also pretty good. I stayed a few blocks away and enjoyed a few mornings over a book with a muffin and a coffee. Highly recommended.

I was in Williamsburg and my sweet tooth cravings were on high alert so searching the area Bedford Bake Studio looked tasty. Bedford Baking Studio is a small and no-frills shop, typical of the area, and when walking in you see a small sitting area and a small display counter with various pastries. I spotted tarts, crème brûlée, cheesecakes, muffins, brownies, cupcakes, and several other varieties. Being a chocolate lover I fixated on the Brownie and Chocolate Chip muffin. — The Brownie I would never guess was both Vegan & Gluten-free, as it tasted just like a really good traditional Brownie. Brownie also had some nice textural balance as crunchy nuts(or whatever Vegan/Gluten-free equivalent substitute was used) were embedded into the soft chocolate insides. — Chocolate Chip Muffin was pretty light and proved to be equally as tasty as the Brownie. Again I would have never guessed this was a Vegan & Gluten-free muffin. Texture of the muffin was spot on and not overly buttery as some muffins I’ve eaten before. I’ve eaten Vegan and Gluten-free pastries in the past(chocolate pastries too), and they did not taste nearly as good as Bedford Baking Studio’s. You do pay a bit more than the equivalent product at a traditional bakery, but I guess you’ll feel better eating a Vegan & Gluten-free product. If all Vegan & Gluten-free pastries were this good, I would have to re-think my eating habits LOL!

Stopped by here for a gluten-free snack to fuel me before a late dinner. Solid assortment of gluten free pastries, but service left a lot to be desired. I went with a classic chocolate chip cookie. The cookie itself was pretty dry — not awful but certainly not the best GF I’ve tried. Low stars are mostly for service. The guys behind the counter seemed inconvenienced that we had even stopped in there even though there were only 2 others seated in the café. No hello, nothing — took a few minutes for them to acknowledge that we were ready to order. We noticed they had a jar for people to place«suggestions» and it was full. Perhaps they should take the time to read them. Friendly customer service goes a long way.

Good Gluten-Free treats(texture and taste is on-point, and they are always rotating their offering. Had a really moist and delicious carrot cake the other day. The brownie was also pretty good!) Bad Coffee. I’ve tried a few things… Americanos, cappucinos, lattes… they are all pretty much the same… watery, flavorless… Get a treat from here but I’d bypass the beverages.

Love it! The lavender latte is amazing — the depth of flavor is a really rare find. It’s robust without being overly sweet. Also had the spinach soup, which definitely tasted homemade by someone’s grandmother. Everyone was super nice and gives me the warm fuzzies of a family business(not sure if it is, but it feels like it). It’s is a bit small and cramped, so this is more of a pick up and go kind of place. Will definitely be back to try some baked goods!

SOGOOD. Just walked passed Williamsburg bridge and walked passed this cute pink(now teal) coffee store. Its so small compare to all other stores around and their mini dog chilling on their bench just makes everything even better Love their Sea Salt Camelcino — best fucking drink ever. Their pastry is so good too… Now serving meals…* And they have an antique piano in here! Finally a piano i can just play freely. So nice.

Ordered from here when I was craving something light after a month of staying with my mom and eating way too much of her ridiculously delicious but very heavy Puerto Rican home cooking. Got the mozzarella sandwich and quinoa salad and while at first glance I thought the portions were too small I was very satisfied when done. Everything was fresh and delicious, especially the olive spread, I could eat that every day. Yes, it’s a bit pricey but considering the freshness and deliciousness of what you get it’s actually a fair price. Delivery was super fast.

Best espresso you’ll ever find. Turkish coffee is so on point. They now have sandwiches that I tried with a friend from out of town. Everything was so tasty and fresh, I am so glad I found it!

Man… This is what I’m talking about! There’s no need for $tarbucks in Brooklyn when you have places like Bedford Baking Studio. I swung in for a Wet Cappuccino, Flat White, call it what you will, I don’t want all that milk like a latte. I walk into a funky looking, old skool coffee house. I see some Krazy looking baked goods with flavors like ginger cookies? Mmmm I ask for a flat white and a freshly made Almond cookie. I had to explain the Wet Cappuccino concept but they latched onto it once they had the process down. Sure enough, dynamite coffee and fresh baked goods makes Bedford Baking Studio a hometown hit. There are no visible signs, find this place!

There are loads of vegan and gluten free pastries behind the counter. But when I stopped in here, it was for one thing: coffee. Unilocal helped me find a number of cafes within walking distance to my airBnB location, but this one seemed the closest. Happily, for me, this one also had a ton of non-dairy options to add a little cream to their very strong and delicious coffee. I believe they even had a choice, soy or almond milk. If I stay in the area again, I will definitely get my coffee here, probably an almond milk café au lait next time, as I like a lot of non-dairy milk in my coffee.

This place is adorable inside and out. The cashier was super sweet. I had a apricot and fig vegan cookie that was pretty good although a little dry. My daughter had a chocolate chip cookie which she loved and she’s 9 and is very picky so that is saying a lot. The apple tea was awesome and the vanilla latte was delicious! Will definitely check this place out again next time I’m in the area.

Freaking hate Williamsburg and its pretentious overpriced coffee shops. I had a latte and 2 mini cupcakes and shelled out $ 11. I wanted coffee, free wi-fi and a place to sit. This was the only empty shop. I would say I can see why, but going by the reviews, people love it here. I would too if I did not mind throwing away money. The couches were not super comfy and the place is pretty small. They also have flies. Won’t be back. Ever. The end.

Cuuuute little café! Not good for large groups as the space is small. But great for a pick-me-up coffee, tasty pastries, and a quick sit-down. I recommend the Nutella Poof Ball – nutella found inside a flaky pastry with a sprinkle of sea salt and sesame seeds on top. This is one perfected nutella dessert. You won’t be disappointed. Would come here again!

Before the Bedford Baking Studio I unaware of Unilocal, however, it was here my friends encouraged me to join(thanks Claire H and Genevieve H!). So this monumental café was my first Unilocal check in and from then on, I’m a bit of a Unilocal addict! It all happened on our adventure to find the shopping district in Williamsburg. Feeling lost, cold and in need of caffeine, we stopped here for a coffee to recheck the map and defrost from the brisk December wind. I was excited to try the salted caramel cappuccino(even though I’m not meant to consume much salt– guilty!), enjoyed the free wifi to explore Unilocal while relaxing on comfy couches. The staff were extra friendly and answered all our tourist related questions and recommended some great lunch spots to try out. I wish I tried some of the baked goods on offer, but I was saving myself for a Williamsburg feast!
