My wife’s vehicle’s tire were slowly leaking air. She was going nuts! She said, «I want it fixed today!» I called Victory and they were able to get me in on short notice. Not only that, but I was in and out of there very quickly. The staff is polite and willing to make it right.

On a road trip over the holidays — needed a bulb replaced. They took care of us in under 10 minutes at a reasonable cost, getting us on our way faster than we thought possible. Highest recommendation!

I called here for a quote for an alternator for my car. Brian, the location manager, had picked up the phone and stated that he would need to see my car before he would be able to give me a quote. I had mentioned that I was at the Midas just across the street and Brian told me that they would «meet and beat» the price.
I drove my car over, they looked at my car and after telling them some of the other quotes I had gotten they were able to quote us a fair price. They communicated everything with us and we felt very safe and reassured that the car was in good hands.
When picking up the car we were given us a receipt for a bill that was higher than what was quoted, after letting them know they were quick to fix the mistake and had even given us some «Victory bucks» for our next visit.
The customer service at the shop was very impressive for an auto repair shop and my bf was happy with the service that he scheduled a belt change for his car while we picked up my car.

I have been taking my cars here since I moved to the area 3 years ago. Not once have I had a bad experience. The staff here are informative and attentive. They have always been up front about extra costs and unforeseen problems that may occur in the auto repair service. I am happy to recommend them to everyone.

A+ service for these guys. I’ve been taking my car to these guys for years and am continually impressed with them. They are fast, complete and I can have a soda while I wait ;) They usually remember me, even if it’s been a few month /​a little over 3,000 miles since my last visit.
