I was so excited when we moved back to Brookfield WI so I could go back to Bonefish Grill. Tonight the whole family went and the experience was terrible. Our waitress did not get any of the food orders correct and never came back. We were stuck with food that wasn’t right and didn’t get any water after our first glass. She just disappeared and when she did finally come back she didn’t listen to anything we said and left is searching for another waitress who still didn’t get us water. Pretty expensive terrible night. Might not be going back.

Went to Bonefish for my moms birthday. We started with oysters Rockefeller. They were great and I could have eaten more — bacon was a nice touch! For the main course, my dad had the Chilean Sea Bass which was fresh and buttery tasting. The rest of us had shrimp and scallops. The shrimp and scallops were all cooked perfectly. We also really enjoyed our various sides of broccoli, green beans and cheesy au gratin potatoes. When you order grilled seafood you get the option of trying different sauces. Our waitress allowed us to get multiple sauces. We all loved the unique tomato lime sauce. However. We likely wouldn’t have tried it if it has not been for them passing out saucy shrimp samples by the waiting area. We tried it there and loved the sauce. I’ve never been to a place that passes out appetizer samples while we wait, but it was great service and also got us to try something we may not have otherwise! Considering the quality of the seafood, prices are fair though a bit pricy.

We went to Bonefish Grill Friday night. 630 reservation. Seated within minutes and we were 10 minutes early. Ordered 3 appetizers for 4 people(couldn’t decide, they’re just so good). Waitress was very attentive, polite, knowledgeable, kept us informed of our order, drink orders taken, water glasses full. A little bit of a wait for food but enjoying the company so it wasn’t a big deal, we barely noticed and didn’t complain. Dessert came with one shared meal special and we couldn’t decide between strawberry shortcake and key lime pie. Waitress says don’t worry, ones on me. You’ll have both. All done eating, brings us our check and she apologized that we had to wait so long for our dinner and said they were taking care of our appetizers and desserts. Wow! Not expecting that and certainly wasn’t necessary. After all, it was a Friday night and very busy. She went above and beyond all night and we couldn’t have asked for better service. We were very appreciative. We go there a few times a month and they never disappoint. Hostess staff is great and all waiters/waitresses have always been good. Even though we are«regulars» we hadn’t had that waitress before so she didn’t know we were regulars. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name. Have to love when you go somewhere and their customer service is always top notch. A favorite place to take our friends and family. Crab cakes, saucy shrimp and bang bang shrimp are our favorite appetizers. My favorite fish is the Mahi Mahi with mango salsa when in season. I love the fish tacos and house salad. Hubbies favorite is the large Ahi tuna appetizer as a meal. Although I have never had anything there that I didn’t like and I like to order something different quite often.

The service was very prompt and courteous. I don’t know how to judge this as a manager of a restaurant but please understand that interrupting some people during a meal for a comment bugs the heck out of some of us. So go to people that like to be interrupted. I ordered a haddock special. The fish was cooked perfectly. The sauce was not flavorful. The bits of artichoke wedges on top seemed overcooked they definitely did not have the full artichoke flavor. Do not order the garlic mashed potatoes. My only guess to what is wrong is there is too much butter in them. Green beans were good and were cooked perfectly but I would suggest nutmeg as an additional seasoning.

Bang Bang shrimp is one of my favorites(will always love it) considering I am here on a Sunday at 4:30 in the afternoon with barely any customers it has taken over 10 minutes to get the bill and 10 minutes for server to bring it back is ridiculous . In addition saw OSHA violation

Barbara is amazing! Funny, attentive, and very knowledgable. Maybe the best service I’ve ever had. She knew just what to recommend based on our likes and told about other specials throughout the week to get us back! From one server to another — BRAVO!

This is a good old standby for my wife and me, and sometimes the family. Consistently good, especially for a chain restaurant. I prefer the bar seating as it hasn’t a less formal vibe and turns quicker. In the many, many times dining, have only had one bad experience in which three of our four meals was not fully cooked. I’ll chalk that up to a fluke. Great bartending as well, but if you get a sidecar, be advised that it is not the«traditional» making of a sidecar, but one that is «reciped» by the chain.

My wife and I visited Bonefish Grill for the first time today and had an absolutely awesome experience. We had received a gift card for Bonefish Grill at a silent auction a few months ago after a manager at this location gracious donated it to an American Cancer Society benefit event. We went in to redeem our gift card tonight and were so pleased with the staff and the food. After enjoying our delicious meal, the waitress told us to have a happy and safe thanksgiving and that our meal was on them as a thank you for dining. It was such a pleasant surprise & a complete joy to know the management team at this location is so willing to give. This was a WONDERFUL experience and we will absolutely be back to visit!!!(…and actually redeem our gift card!)

This would have to be one of my favorite seafood restaurants next to Red Lobster. The parking lot is great and their grand entrance is so elegantly designed to have a 360 degree door. The restaurant is designed very well for their customers to feel welcomed and appreciated. Their staff members are very knowledgeable and very friendly. I really enjoy their food a lot especially the«Bang Bang» Tacos and their«Bang Bang» shrimp in jasmine rice. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this place to everyone who enjoys seafood at a convenient price and are highly satisfied with their visit.

I’ve been to pretty much every top seafood restaurant in SEWI and Bonefish is one of my favorites. My most recent visit I ordered the wagyu beef potstickers(gyozas for Japanese folks like me) which were good. I wish they used homemade dough and filling like mom used to make. I have yet to find a restaurant other than Ginger that does a true homemade from scratch gyoza. I also ordered their crab cakes which were great as well as the excellent corn and crab chowder with a good amount of lump crab meat. For dinner I ordered off the special menu — crab stuffed wolf fish with shredded squash and au gratin taters. Apparently the wolf fish feeds on lobster and the flesh is firm like monk fish and very mild with a hint of sweetness from the lobster/sea urchin diet. It was great! The wolf fish has a face that only it’s mother would love but they sure are tasty. Heck, the monkfish is also freaky looking but sure is tasty if you can find it. It used to be thrown over board by cod fishermen when found in their nets, now you can’t find monkfish. My friend ordered the snapper and shrimp over jasmine rice that they really enjoyed as well. Our server was Steve C and he was very attentive, efficient and knowledgeable. This place is always packed for a reason. If you hate waiting 90minutes for a table, try a 730 or later Rez.

I ate here for the first time recently and had a really tasty meal. My cousin had the filet and cold water lobster tail. He said the cut of meat was excellent and that all the food was very good. My husband had a shrimp salad and cold water lobster tail and ate his plate clean. I had the spicy tuna bowl: jasmine rice, mango salsa, sushi grade spicy tuna slices, and avocado. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I got my meal as part of the Tuesday night meal special; I believe it was about $ 15 for a salad, entrée, and dessert — good deal! Our server was excellent! He was courteous and offered good descriptions of the food on the menu(ex: whether the pot stickers were heavy on the ginger), and welcome suggestions on entrees(he recommended the excellent sushi bowl). The prices were decent and I had food left for lunch the next day. Nice job, Bonefish Grill!

I came here for the first time at 11:00am on a Sunday with my mother for lunch. Our server, Rebecca was very friendly and answered our endless questions. I’m not one to observe atmosphere but it was kind of a classy place– shiny wood floors, cloth napkins and weighted silverware. My mother had a filet with potatoes and zucchini and I had the«Bang Bang» tacos with soup. I didn’t get a picture but she also had a salad and we shared an order of crab cakes(it’s a lot, I know! It was the day after we saw Jimmy Buffett… we had a good time in Margaritaville). The salad was on a chilled plate, the reason I give it five stars. It really does make a difference when the dishes are the same temperature as your food. The crab cakes fell apart, but that meant they weren’t full of bread! And the sauce they came with was tangy and had a hint of sweetness. There was a bit left to be desired with the soup, all of the crab sunk to the bottom and it was under seasoned but that was made up for by the«Bang Bang» tacos. They were crispy but were tossed in a creamy and spicy coating. The lettuce was fresh and there was plenty of shrimp inside, but they weren’t overstuffed. I don’t care for steak, so not much to be said. My mom said she liked it. And the potatoes were in need of black pepper, but my mother doesn’t like it much. The vegetables had a smooth texture and had a touch of butter to soften them. I am likely to return, especially if one is built a little closer to home.

I have to say for a chain restaurant I was very impressed! The sea food was fresh and delicious and they had quite the assortment! My favorite was the raw oysters! It is definitely challenging to save room for dessert but so worth it! one of the best Keylime pies i’ve ever had!

Bonefish is one of the best restaurants in Brookfield. The service is always exceptional when we have gone. Great spot for families, to have a get together with friends or a great location for a romantic dinner. Kids are welcome with coloring books and crayons, including bonus paper table cloth for the little ones to be artistic on. The Bang Bang Shrimp is a must every time we go! Pros: The food Bang Bang Shrimp The Service The Atmosphere Family Friendly Con’s: I had to think hard to come with this one. At night, it is candle light vision only in the dining area.

This is a chain restaurant that serves good seafood. I love the bang bang shrimp. Every Wednesday there are Bang Bang shrimp deals as an appetizer or meals. If you have never tried Bang Bang shrimp before or you absolutely love it, this is the time to go. The sauce covering the fried shrimp is delicious. I also like their mussels, lobster bisque, and ahi tuna sashimi for appetizers. For meals, I’ve only had their salmon and mahi mahi. I haven’t been disappointed so far. FYI: I have only been here on a Wednesday before and it’s always packed. Reservations are key!

Came here second day in a row. It was bang bang shrimp Wednesday. That wasn’t the dish for me. So I thought I would try the scallops, and they were over cooked. Server notice I was not enjoying my m3sl, and asked if there was anything wrong. I said that the scallops were wrong. They immediately put in a new order for me. The scallops were better however I would not order again. Yesterday service a four. It was lobster night. Excellent price is excellent service it was a Tuesday night would definitely come back for the lobster. The manager Kate was very attentive I appreciate the level of service.

We had a great meal here on Tuesday evening, 12/17/2013, my second visit here in about three years. We were surprised to find out there are certain specials on Tuesday night; specifically, it is «Lobster night,» with substantial savings on Lobster dinners, Lobster Thermidor, etc. In fact, you can«add-on» a lobster tail to any entrée item for only $ 7.90. They also have a bunch of cocktail specials for happy hour. I don’t remember them all, but one of them was 50% off call liquor.(No wonder the bar was packed at 5:30PM!). We started with cocktails; nicely poured in heavy«rock» glasses. The coconut shrimp was our choice for an appetizer and we were NOT disappointed; it was excellent(see the picture). Cheryl got the lump crab cake dinner. She loved it(as did I when I stole a taste). I got the«Tokyo Style» Ahi Tuna(see the picture). This was served sliced and was deep red and warm… almost like Sashimi, and I really liked it. I added on a «cold water» lobster tail that was as good as they promised. Let’s face it, lobster doesn’t have a lot of flavor, but this was definitely a fresh/sweet tasting lobster tail and a nice size. I ate it as is, by the way, with none of the accompanied drawn butter(see the picture). We splurged and ordered a «chocolate» crème brûlée with our after dinner coffee(see the picture). Wow. That dessert had our eyes popping out. It was unique and amazingly good, something we’d never expect from a fish restaurant, of all places. We were served professionally by Sonia(and other team helpers), who was upbeat, efficient, knowledgeable and a real asset to the restaurant. I believe all the prices were more than fair, especially considering the level of service and the trendy(but casual) ambiance.
