This place is pretty alright. Solid lunch spot. Large portions, good apps. Not a lot of complaints just decent food. Club sandwich and buffalo chicken pizza app were pretty good. Pork nachos were OK. Not blown away by the food but it was good enough that I’ll be back.

Stopped in to have a drink after a meeting in the hotel. All in all the service is good and the drinks were cold. Not much else to ask for. Calm atmosphere and a relaxing place for an afternoon drink.

I met my wife for lunch here today as we were both craving Jimmy’s. With a lot going on lately, we probably hadn’t been there in 3 or 4 months. I noticed right away that the place wasn’t too busy for lunch time but it’s been like that before and the food was always good. The hostess offered choice of table or booth which was super awesome… So many places just walk you to a table then we have to ask for a booth which can be awkward. As we approached the table I noticed right away the pre-set menus were new and I got super nervous. The whole reason I came today was the grouper sandwich and surely they haven’t taken that off the menu… guess what, no more blackened grouper. I was really pissed at first and the waitress came over with the massive sodas. The big soda was also a plus, beats a tiny glass that’s 80% ice and I need a refill right away. As I complained about the grouper our server offered some other suggestions. I ended up going with the Cuban(a recommended sandwich) and fries, while my wife had a buffalo chicken — medium sauce and fruit. I eat out about 8 – 10 times per week and I think this beats and other fruit cup I have ever seen. A great mix of fruit that was very fresh. On my Cuban I requested easy cheese and they actually listened. The pulled pork and ham were both juicy and of generous portion. The bread on both sandwiches was great. chewy and grilled to perfection. I also applaud the server for a great suggestion and awesome service. Menus change all the time and I of all people should know that. I will not let 4 month go by again before returning. Great food and a very welcoming staff and atmosphere, go Jimmy’s.

Came in with my mom and brother for dinner a few weeks ago and were seated away from the bar in the restaurant area. My mom likes to eat earlier than most, so the place was pretty dead, a few couples at the bar and that was it. Anyhow, we were seated for 20 minutes(I feel like no one would believe it was truly 20 minutes but I had the time stamp from the text I sent in the parking lot letting my family know I was there as my timing reference) without even a greeting from a server. Restaurant staff walked past to clear other tables, over to the bar area, etc. without so much as a glance our way. I tried to get someone’s attention more than once, but to no avail. Left astounded at the poor service.

It’s a nice place for being inside the Radisson, but just an OK bar/restaurant in my opinion. The environment is actually pretty nice here. It’s a fairly large place inside with plenty of outdoor seating as well. The tiki torches and bonfire-sand pit are a nice touch and give it a southern Florida feel. There’s also plenty of parking since it is connected to the hotel. I haven’t had any great experiences with their food though. The nachos barely had any cheese on them, so it was more like an order of chips. I’ve also had the cubano sandwich, but it wasn’t anything special. Some things that I do like about the place — the edamame is good, they will have a small list of craft beers on tap, and the toy lizards perched atop any fancy drinks you get are a kinda cool.

Not bad, not great. We have been here a few times because it’s our hotel bar and restaurant. The first meal was breakfast and I had the sausage gravy(delicious!!!). The next morning we had room service from them and they messed up the order. My hubby was given a skillet when we asked for biscuits and gravy, my «fruit boat» was a plate(not the pineapple) and had no oatmeal and they forgot my in laws fruit cups. In the evening we ordered brownie sundaes which were okay, nothing special. Then we went to the bar and the bartender was very sweet. I had a very sweet mocktails and we had nachos. The chicken was delicious and they were typical nachos. Nothing special. Hubby ordered a deluxe grilled cheese which was very yummy! Avocado and bacon with melted cheese. Very delicious.

Ended up leaving pleasantly surprised. I had the tuna sashimi for an app and the Cuban for my meal. The tuna could have been a touch colder but I was happy with the presentation and amount. Cuban was pretty good. Still looking over the overall menu it’s is just a touch pricey. An upcharge to replace my chips with a side salad? If about 70% of the items came down about 1.25 it would be a solid 4 star. As it stands, 3.5.

We had passed this restaurant for a while and thought it looked interesting but waited 2 years to try it. We finally went last week and we LOVEDIT(actually we have already been back for a second visit)!!! The décor on the inside and outside brings a great island feel to Wisconsin. And even though sometimes the food and service is lacking at these themed restaurants the food at this location is very good and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant as a fun place to go for drinks with friends or dinner with the family!

Nothing spectacular here! Keep it moving if you are seeking excitment. This is like my 5th time giving this place a chance… They almost always disappoint. Even though the menu looks exciting, everything has been very bland and NOTHING to write home about. I’ve always had to add salt, pepper, hot sauce, ketchup, dressing, etc. to everything. I would rather just have some toast and butter at this point..

I stopped in for lunch this past Wednesday around 1:00pm. Besides two ladies at the bar and two at one of the tables, I was the only one in there since those two groups were already done eating. I sat up at the bar and got friendly service from the bartender. I ordered a tall Spotted Cow and finally found an opportunity to take care of my current craving for some good, seared tuna. They have it as an appetizer and it comes with pickled ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce for dipping. The tuna comes out as perfectly seared slices with sesame seeds coating the edges. I very much enjoyed myself and am happy that I was finally able to get myself some good tuna!

We’ve been to a few parties at this location and the food and service have always been pretty good. The decorations are a little cheesy, but it is supposed to be an island bar after all. I have tried several different sandwiches on the menu — all tasty. The service has been decent when we’ve been there with large groups for parties. Prices are reasonable. Two comments/suggestions: 1. Get a new Bloody Mary recipe — gak! 2. There’s no changing table in the ladies room. It’s no fun trying to change your baby on top of the countertop by the sink!

I had a great time at this establishment. Was very conducive for a light business meeting with a fun atmosphere. The service was exceptional when selecting desired dishes and even better when correcting an incorrectly delivered side. These guys are great for Tosa and the Mayfair business. There was a live band playing a great variety of music that reached beyond the expected island and passport head vibe. Really really fun time. Good and drink selection was good. Service was great

Really good for being a hotel restaurant. Servers are nice and accomodating. We came for breakfast twice now. They nailed my eggs just the way I asked, Sunnyside up, super crispy on the bottom. They have a mock beach on their patio with a nice fireplace. A little taste of home for a California boy.

We left after about 20 minutes of WAITING. Took forever to order drinks(beer & coke)…took forever to get drinks… walked away without taking order… felt like it was going to be a 4 hour tour of the island with food that seemed ordinary and over priced.

Theme is Key West. Long list of «island and beach» cocktails, decent food, and live music on Saturday nights. The crowd is a nice mix of people, and the bartenders are friendly, although they could be a little more attentive. The bar makes for a nice change of pace.

I’m in between 4 and 5 stars because I love Jimmys. First went on a Friday night with friends and really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. I had the Bacon wrapped scallops and they were absolutely huge. Bacon was a bit underdone for my taste so unfortunately that got peeled off and thrown in to a pile on my plate. My side I ordered was not the side I received but kept the veggies I got anyways and they were delicious(and better for me to so win /win) Hubby had fish tacos and he loved them. Service was a bit slow and it took a while to get our food. Portion sizes are good, temperature was hot and overall appearance was good, not just slapped on a plate. Very nice meal. Drinks are fun, love the lizards. I now have a whole collection of them :^) I highly recommend the Hawaiian Volcano, so goood. Have been back to Jimmy’s 2 times since then and still lovin’ it. They have a awesome outdoor setting with a fire pit. Cuban pork sandwich is really good. Margarita flat bread is not the best, really no flavor. Steamed shrimp are big and hot but a little over priced in my opinion for the seven you get for $ 12. Live entertainment on the weekends. Majestic Mudd was really good. Bar tenders are really nice and helpful. Best part yet, check in with your Unilocal app and get a free drink!!!

Jimmy’s island grill just recently celebrated the one year anniversary. A tropical island look in this bar/restaurant located on the Radisson Hotel grounds. The decoration is Key West tropical appearance. With palms bamboo, Fish, sharks and iguanas on the wall. Tiki torch festive look. Upon entering I was quickly greeted by host and I sat at the bar. I found three screens and many open seats at the bar it was not too busy since the Packers don’t play till 3:25. Warning Sports specials for Saturday and Sunday only when the Badgers or Packers are playing. Specials for happy hour Monday through Friday. If you use the mobile app you can unlock a BOGO drink. The bar area had three games on featuring 2 Florida teams Jacksonville, Miami. And on the third screen was the Bears game. Most of the fans were Bear fans. Amy was quick to serve and refill. Will look forward to trying out happy hour in the future. Regularly the pints are 3.75 not bad for a hotel bar prices. The restrooms are modernized with hands free urinal/toilet flushers. Same with the soap water and paper dispensers. Hands free cleaning.

Stopped by for an after-work drink and check out the atmosphere; I was definitely surprised! It was very open and spacious and I loved the beach décor. The bar was in a unique shape, we tried to sketch it out to figure out what it was — maybe it was supposed to be a lizard’s back? Not sure, but it’s cool. There is also an outdoor patio that had some fun lights on it, looks like it could be a lot of fun to eat and socialize out there. They offer happy hour Monday-Friday from 3−6pm that included $ 3.50 Sailor Jerry and Ketel One mixers, $ 3 Miller lites, $ 5 margaritas(they are big ones too!), 25% off appetizers, 50% off pizzas, and more… I got a blended strawberry-banana margarita — INCREDIBLE! I said I wanted to marry it, take it home and snuggle with it because it was so so so good. My boyfriend got a regular(lime) margarita on the rocks which was also good but not as delightful as the fruity masterpiece I had sitting in front of me. We ordered the Grouper Bites appetizer. They were great! Super hot, flakey, deep fried grouper bites with a tasty dipping sauce. It was likely loaded with evil calories but those tiny morsels dunked in that sauce was totally worth the extra 3 miles I will have to run. They offer amazing specials during Brewer’s games: buy 1 get 1 free pizzas, $ 3.50 Sailor Jerry’s mixers, $ 3 Miller Lite, $ 15 Miller buckets. I will be returning for my birthday celebration next week, and will be updating my review after I spend the evening here and try different foods and drinks! My initial impression after this test was definitley a 5 star, but I don’t want to get too excited about Jimmy’s potentail awesomeness, so we will see if this holds true on my next visit…
