Honestly I love rite aid but honestly the people that work here rader talk than work! It’s 11:00pm! And u have 3 men there talking very loud with a big line! Never again will I come here again just for that!!! Prefer to go to the one in Harlem or 159 street and Broadway. Yes it’s far but u get better service than people screaming inside a store.

They renovated and it’s very spacious and has a good selection of items on the shelves. It’s better than the cvs down the block.

The floor is bumpy, as if carapeting had been installed over the bare ground. I buy non-​pharmaceutical items there occasionally, but for prescriptions, I go to DR in Manhattan.

I was extremely disappointed with the pharmacy. New to the area, I called this Rite Aid regarding a new prescription. I wanted to make sure that they carried the generic form that I had previously been using. They assured me they did. I dropped off the prescription… again talking about the specific generic form. When I went to pickup the prescription, the pharmacist told me that it was not the same. They took my prescription and did not tell me it was another generic form until it was already filled. I called for my prescription refill and explained that their generic did not work for me… to late, so sorry.
I believe that this Rite Aid pharmacy misrepresented what the generic form actually was. I will definitely be taking my family’s business elsewhere!

Do not go here to print photos. I needed to print a wallet sized photo for an application and I uploaded it to CVS photo and went to the store to pick it up. after i waited for 10 minutes for the staff to find my photos, one of them told me that he recognized my face from the order, and gave me my photos, in which the top half of my head was cut off. I asked him to fix this and he told me to go home and re-​upload my photos. I did, and the next day, there was the SAME issue. Do not waste your time on these people, who are taking up job spots that they clearly arent fit for. Go to CVS down the street, at which you will find much better, faster, and smarter service.

I couldn’t figure out why I’d waited in line for 15 minutes where there were 8 people behind the counter. It turned out it took all 8 to figure out that there was something wrong with the computer. I had to wait for it to reboot to make my purchase. Doh.
