Decent place to eat. I’ve stayed at the hotel on business a few times and sat in the bar. Décor is neat if you are a sports fan. I had the chicken fingers and they were decent. Not a bad choice if you’re in town. Breakfast is okay for a small hotel — scrambled eggs, toast and choice of hash browns, sausage and flapjacks. There is not much close to the hotel in Bristol so if you’re staying in the hotel you don’t have many options to choose from to begin with, but I’ve been in places where you could do much worse. The service is good. The staff is friendly and helpful and for a slow Tuesday morning they were even quicker to ask if we needed anything that I would have expected.

This was honestly such a bad experience it was humorous. My dad won a GC to this place, so we went to use it. We were the ONLY ones there. The staff seemed surprised and annoyed to have customers. I’m sure there are more people there during the week since this place is in a business hotel, but it was creepy. Our waitress messed up the orders, didn’t know what they had available and was S-L-O-W. Prices were resonable, but the lunch menu is very limited. The one redeeming quality were the french fries… they were SOOO good! If everything weren’t so comical, and if we actually had to pay for our meal, I’d be mad. We won’t be returning…
