It’s great to work with businesses like this. Honest, knowledgeable, professional, above-​and-​beyond helpful – just the the kind of service you rarely encounter anymore. I usually avoid repair shops like the plague, but I hope to bring this place more business in the future.

I have a Husqvarna lawn tractor that was completely dead and wouldn’t start. I was having no luck in troubleshooting the problem after changing the battery and checking the electrical system fuse. After researching small engine repair service companies in town, I called Smokin’ Cylinders and left a message on their answering machine. They got back to me right away. I was able to make an appointment for the following day (Sunday). They picked up my lawn tractor for a nominal charge at the appointed time and took it back to their shop to do the repair work.
To my surprise, they brought the tractor back completely repaired after only a few hours. Chris discovered a short in the wiring which I would have never been able to find on my own. After a quick repair on that, he went above and beyond the call of duty by changing the air filter and doing some additional periodic maintenance. In addition to great service, his fee (including pickup and delivery) was exceptionally reasonable. Needless to say, he’ll be getting all of my future small engine repair work. Very nice people, and folks that I really feel like I can trust.
