ALERT– bigger repair companies get more reviews (therefore more favorable ones) than this SMALL OWNER/​OPERATED COMPANY that prob does only ½ doz. calls a day, but SMALL IS BEAUTIFUL. This Mom’n’Pop op will be my FIRST CHOICE from now on. Dealing directly w/​the owner is great bec. you know who+what you’ll be getting: Gary Cobb. His service call is $ 10 – 20 less than others; he answers his own phone and makes his own schedule (no communication probs with that system!); on first contact he asked me a coupla Qs to troubleshoot, then described 3 reasons my ‘frig might be warm, then arrived on time next day with proper part, fixed the ‘frig, and now everything is COOL (get it?). You may have to leave a message if he’s on a call, but he called me back in 30 min. I dealt w/​a person, not a company. Earned my trust from start to finish. Will use him again… and again… and again… Will call him for referrals, too, if he can’t fix my problem (HVAC or plumbing or marriage counseling).
