Subway

The worst damn Subway I’ve ever been too! I normally am not picky at all, but since I live so close, I’ve given this place every opportunity to win me over.
My issues:
–They don’t accept Subway points, but they’ll put points on your card? I don’t know why, but I overlooked this and said fine let I’ll build points here and spend them on lunch at work.
–They make the worst sandwiches ever. The term «sandwich artist“is lost on this store. Every sandwich is a pile of sloppy mess unless get no veggies. They don’t have mozzarella cheese (for meatball subs). Their roasted chicken and tuna quality is hit or miss (more often miss).
–Their customer service is such bullshit. I asked for the new turkey melt and the guy couldn’t even melt the cheese on the sandwich for me. When I pointed to the delicious looking picture, he sighed and basically gave me shit for it.
I’m done sinking money in this shithole. I’m driving the extra 10 minutes to one of the two locations in Fairfield next time. I recommend everyone do the same until corporate fixes this place up.
