This diner was okay. My best friend and I were starving and we stopped by to get something to eat. We realized the prices were a bit too high! We each ordered quesadillas. They were okay. The service was good! We had a great waiter. Overall was a good experience with the exception of the high prices.

Open til all hours, with great service every time! I have been ordering takeout and dining in this diner for years. Their food isn’t blah like some diners. It is busy even at 2:00 a. m on weekends. Their still isn’t much of a wait time. spacious and clean.

Great family owned diner. We have been going here for more than a decade. Kids love their matzoh ball soup and mozzarella cheese sticks. I love their special chicken soup only available on Sundays. Parking is limited. Food is consistent. At one point I was craving for a dish not in their menu and they made it happen for me anyway. Gotta love that! Service is fast and always pleasant.

I have been eating at this Diner 40 years. And in the last 10 years it has gotten disgusting! I don’t understand how you could get charged for a soup and a sandwich $ 15! And it’s not even that good! I know I will never go there and eat again and people I go and pick food up for I will tell him not to order there! The food is disgusting! Sorry that’s my opinion… AMD sorry as I am eating my soup it does not taste right, so I think I’ll just throw it away it tastes sour. And that’s terrible because this is the only place I like soup and it does not taste right!

This is the standard in diner experiences. Great food made quick. Never disappointed, not once. And I’ve been going there for 20+ years. The staff is always cool and straight to the point. They handle biznessss. Turkey Club!!! The Cole slaw is official!

The quality of the food was okay. I went here with my boyfriend because I was starving and it was close by. This place is 24 hours, which is awesome. I love when establishments are open late. I ordered the Challah French toast(good), a side of Turkey sausage(got 3 links for $ 2.50), and the french vanilla flavored coffee. The coffee was good but came in a tall glass(no bueno). That was weird and kinda ruined my coffee experience. My boyfriend got the omelette with the gyro meat and tomatoes. I got a taste of that and the home fries that came with and they were both good! He also ordered the ½ apple pancakes, which I did not like. The apple jelly in the middle was too weird for me. I will come here again when we find ourselves drunk and hungry at 3am, since its really close to his place. Otherwise, I will have to look elsewhere for my «favorite» breakfast place in CT.

Been here a couple times for breakfast. It’s your typical diner. Good food and accommodating service.

Stopped by this place last week to grab a quick bite. Was greeted right away and asked if I wanted something to drink. I responded asking for a soda water, got regular water. A second server came and also asked for my drink and the same thing happened again. There seemed to be some confusion over who was taking my table and I was also asked my order twice. I ordered the quesadilla and it was alright, nothing special. Then I waited and waited and waited for my check until I had to get up and ask for it. Overall, not a great first impression.

Fresh fries are out of the world. I order a chicken quesadilla whenever I go here and it’s so delicious. A very classic diner!

Classic diner French fries. The Spanish omelet me gustaaa. Homemade salsa on top was sooo good. However the buffalo chicken tenders lacked in sauce and were not tender. Coffee was good, HOTTOO!

Salad was fresh and generous! Gyro on pita, very good. Stuffed mushrooms should have been served much warmer. Took ½ home to heat properly and eat later. What! A side of tzatziki without pita to dip! The tzatziki was good though. Put on salad and dipped French fries in it, too. Overall quite nice and very busy at midnight on Saturday night. Families, couples, etc…

Had a solid breakfast here Saturday morning. Nothing fancy, just a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with a glass of OJ. It was delicious and best of all came out about 3 minutes after I ordered it. Our waitress was friendly and got our food order in as soon as we sat down. The menu was pretty extensive, I’ll definitely be back to check out some other breakfast/lunch dishes.

Very good food for a good price. Classic diner feel. Our waitress was particularly great and friendly. I got the fish and chips. My fiancé got a very yummy chicken quesadilla and our brother in law got a pizza burger. We all liked the food.

I’ve been eating at Andro’s since high school. Its sold diner food. The menu has a large variety of greek and american food. I’ve eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here. I will be back to eat here in the future. I’ve noticed a decline in the service there. However the servers who I have known since high school are still fantastic!

My French toast was like liquid, they’re lucky that it tasted great anyway. Bacon egg and cheese was bomb and they actually know how to cook bacon, I can tell it’s not pre cooked and reheated. No clue how the service is because I got my food to go.

I agree w/many other reviews the food isn’t good quality; cheap ingredients and soggy messy meals. The diner is old and dusty on the inside, I can’t imagine what that kitchen looks like. I ordered a spinach and tomato omelet with rye toast and fruit salad. The fruit salad was not fresh. My eggs were overcooked and the vegetables had zero taste. The toast was so soggy from all the butter and the home fries were tasteless and soggy too. My husband had zero complaints and although he agreed we were«eating dirty» he said he’d go back. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly.

Strike one: ordered a $ 14 chicken caesar salad and while it was ginormous, was kinda gross. The chicken was good but the salad was limp and turning brown and the dressing was watery. Seriously, how do you F up a salad? Strike 2: ordered a pizza burger($ 8.75) and a pastrami ruben($ 8.75) For almost nine bucks the ruben was pretty small and unimpressive. The pizza burger however was disgusting. The whole bun was complete mush. I understand that can happen with a pizza burger, but it tasted like someone ran it under a faucet. The fries were also probably the worst diner fries I’ve ever had. Strike 3: Their prices are ridiculous for serving crappy food.

Looks like a nice restaurant on the outside. Lots of glass windows. The server was a real nice guy. He was helpful giving what items he recommends after we asked. I got the gyros sandwich on pita. It coat an extra 2.00 to add lettuce tomato French fries and cole slaw. I thought that was a rip off. My friend got a club soda for 2.00 and it did NOT come with refills. That was an upset for sure. You would think free refills on all soda drinks. The prices are kind of high here compared to others. It was good food though. But they charge extra for every little extra you ask for. Crispy onions lettuce all had extra charges if you wanted any of that. A side of curly fries cost 5.00! How is that a good deal? It tasted good but its curly fries for goodness sake. Then the worse part was trying to pay. The owner took a very long time and then his credit card machine broke!!! So he couldn’t take our cards. He conveniently has an ATM machine in his small lobby for some odd reason to have an ATM. Hmmmmmmmm. That was real fishy to have one convenient. Maybe he didn’t want to take our card, I don’t know and won’t ever. I will find another new place to eat. With all the extra charges and not taking my credit card. Ill go somewhere else for food. Sorry. The waiter was great though. But still sorry. I give my full two stars to the gyros taste.
