Tom educated me that the previous owner of my house install a pool filter fit for a 2 person spa. I knew I was going to replace this and Tom demonstrated to me what proper water flow should look like and explained that this would relieve some headache which he anticipated I was having due to the frequency of having to clean the filter. There were clearly larger options and I would not have known from one option to the other which would be the most fitting. It’s a huge relief for me to have something in place that is proper. He upgraded the plumbing and installed the new filter system. I would recommend Tom to anyone with a pool, needing help to make sense of their setup and any malfunctions they might be having. Tom will help you as much as you want and as little as you want. I like to do my own maintenance, sweep, chemicals, and Tom never once hesitated to teach me how to do these things.

Had a little leak on my filter capsule. Tom Buck, the owner, was hired by our home warranty, Fidelity, as a second opinion. Warranty must have liked his estimate better as they chose him over the first. He came and replaced the bottom half of the filter capsule that had the leak, while I was out. I came home to a note saying the repaired capsule is still leaking after the repair because the filters were dirty. I turned on the filter system to see the leak he was referring to. To my surprise, it was gushing water, something it wasn’t doing prior to the supposed repair. So I went ahead and cleaned the filter as he recommended. As I was putting the capsule back together, I noticed that the old capsule top would not fit the new bottom. The new bottom’s diameter was ½″ bigger. No wonder it was gushing water. Informed Tom. They said he’d get back to me but never did. Tried dealing with him through warranty company. Fidelity said they couldn’t get a hold of him either. In the end, another pool company was sent out to fix my filter capsule properly. Shady business practices! Stay away! You’ve been warned!

Tom the owner of Creative pool and Spa was extremely knowledgable. I was pleasantly surprised at how much explanation was given about my equipment. Being a female I am usually looked at as not knowing anything about my pool and am often talked down to. This was not the case this time, I was treated very professionally. Not only did he diagnose the problems immediately, but was also able to guide me in how to make our system more efficient. I would highly recommend Creative! i

Tom was referred to us via costco. We had what we thought was a motor issue for our spa. Tom was able to diagnose the issue to be something simple that he was able to fix on the spot ! He was also extremely helpful in directing us to a method to reduce our electric bill with the spa. Tom was very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend him for help with any problems with your spa!!!

We contacted Creative Pool and Spa for the resurfacing project of our 15+ year old pool. The plaster was already coming off in chunks and water seeping through the gunite was causing the tiles to come off the raised spa area. Since we have never owned or designed a pool before, the variety of options for tile and pool surface was overwhelming. I only knew that I wanted it to blend into our yard more than the previous tile and water color. Tom seemed to understand what we wanted immediately and was very helpful in suggesting a couple of tiles and ledger stones, and I ended up picking the first ones he suggested. I was still nervous to plan this big project based on a few tile samples and pictures of similar projects. Honestly, it was a bit of a leap of faith how it all would turn out. In the end, we couldn’t be more pleased. The pool is absolutely beautiful – a huge improvement from the previous style. Tom Buck was professional throughout the project, coming to the site every day to check on the status and ensure that everything was done to his standards. If I didn’t meet up with him in person, he was always available by cell phone to answer my questions. I would recommend Tom and his company for any level of pool service, design and repair. He is knowledgeable, reliable and his attention to detail is evident in every aspect of his work.

I hired Tom Buck, the owner of this company to fix a leak in our hot tub. He seemed very knowledgable and was extremely pleasant. Tom’s estimate was reasonable and we agreed to proceed. After he completed the job(a pump needed to be replaced) when we went to use the hot tub we discovered a new problem. The electrical system was not working. I called Tom once again and he came out and fixed this problem. Following this repair, another problem was created(one of the buttons on our panel stopped working). Tom agreed to come out the following week to fix the problem but he never showed up and he did not call. Subsequently, he did not pick up my calls, respond to my voice messages or emails. It’s been several months and I still have not heard from Tom.

We had a problem with a jetted bathtub and Creative Spa came to our rescue. Tom was immediately able to assess the situation and determine what was wrong. He ordered the part and was back to fix everything within a couple of days. He was courteous, knowledgable and easy to work with. We are very pleased with their response time and overall service and would not hesitate to refer them.
