Steve came out after we purchased our house with a spa. He deep cleaned the spa and took the time to walk my husband and I through how to clean it ourselves and what chemicals should be used. We could not be happier with his service. I highly recommend.

Steve is the best at what he does! He is very honest and friendly. I had a problem with my spa which was pretty old and was not functioning properly. Steve came down and had my spa running in no time. He even took the time to explain everything what he was doing and gave me pointers on how to maintain my spa and answered every question I had. He has a fix first mentality rather than trying to sell you things that you don’t need. He even gives you options on what can be done if you are on a tight budget. Thanks Steve for the excellent service!

Wow! This is the best service provider of any category I have worked with in a long time. Steve was responsive, on the ball, and informative. He gave information, and options. He really took the time to explain to me what needed to happen and why and gave me several options to deal with the problem. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart. I am 53 years old and can’t remember (no, my memory is fine!)a better experience with a repair person in ANY field! Steve was thorough, professional and honest-​what more could you ask?! He happily and patiently answered ALL my spa questions (as I am a new owner) as he worked. The spa had sat broken and empty by the previous owner for over a year when we moved in. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time and at a VERY reasonable price. He even called me back later (knowing I was a newbie) to make sure everything was working great with his chemicals advice. I always said that I needed to start putting my own Unilocal reviews out there because I use Unilocal so much-​well I was so impressed with Steve that this became my FIRST review!

My spa wasn’t working, so I called My Spa Fix. Steve was very professional, helpful, thorough, has very competitive prices, and is a nice and pleasant person to boot. He is a real spa enthusiast and seemed genuinely interested in getting my spa up and running as quickly as possible. so I could enjoy it. Since I was new at taking care of my spa, Steve took the time to answer all my maintenance questions.
My spa is running better than ever. Thank you Steve!

I called for service around 9:30pm expecting to leave a message. Steve answered and scheduled me for the next morning. I was back in hot water that afternoon. He followed up with a phone call in the evening to make sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied. Excellent service at unbelievable prices!
