Not very pleasant for service. Stood at register for a few minutes before we were acknowledged. Didn’t take name for order, confusion when food was ready. When coffee came out it was dripping wet with coffee.

Great and friendly staff. There are a lot people who come in when the ferry comes in from Seattle. For a shorter line, come off ferry peak hours. Also, the Starbucks runs out of stuff fast so the early bird gets the worm at this Starbucks location.

I stopped in here for some coffee before my commute to work. The coffee was good. The people behind the counter were very unpleasant. Snooty, self centered guys who were very fake. Even the customers themselves in the coffee shop were of the same mentality. The customers all had some sort of superiority complex. Talk about the twilight zone. I only go in if I am absolutely desperate for coffee and I make sure to hurry out. Such sad people.

Poorly maintained and dirty. Didn’t tell me they were closing at two until I had my coffee. Real bummer.

Starbucks is Starbucks I guess. But the girls working are rude. Try some manners. Smiles. Anything! And you wonder why your tip jar is empty??? It’s convenient to the Bremerton ferry, but there are others nearby as well. We only came here cause we used shop kick points and our coffee was free. Maybe the construction is making them grumpy.

The girls are nice, and it’s super convenient, but seating is limited to 8 — 2 person tables and a couple of lounge chairs. It’s pretty noisy for studying as well. Other than that nothing special just another Starbucks.

I love Starbucks. But, this store is the«one bad apple». Tonight my family and I had the single worse Starbucks experience we’ve ever had. My drink should be pretty simple, but it’s typically made incorrectly. I always explain that I want a «grande iced Americano with no water and light ice» and I explain that this is the same as «three shots of espresso with light ice in a grande cup.» Although off the topic of my main issue, it’s because I like to add a lot of cream, and if I ask for room for cream, I usually don’t get enough room. As usual, my drink was made incorrectly. This typically doesn’t bother me. But, for the first time, I actually mentioned this to the barrister.(What was incorrect is that the cup was all ice, top to bottom, not just too much ice(like at the movie theater where they don’t want to give you much soda) — but it was packed and it was full to the rim, which gave me no room for cream. When I mentioned this to the barrister he said that this is «how it’s made» and that it’s the ice that makes it so full. Wow! How can he tell me how it’s made when I asked for a custom order. Seems like I’m the one to say how it’s made.(BTW: The Starbucks at the Seattle airport actually gets it right.) As I am not one to cause a scene, I took the cup, went to the trash, scooped out the ice, added my cream and sat down with my family. Then, my son, who has a Starbucks Gold Card, decided he wanted to get a refill. Although he had a Green Team Frappuccino, he requested a refill of Black Tea. After the cashier told him this isn’t how the refill policy worked, my son showed her the policy on . Then she poured black tea is his old cup(left over whip cream and all in the cup) and gave it back to him. It was the most disgusting drink I had ever seen come out of a Starbucks! Of course he dumped the drink and we all left in disgust. Why would they not simply put it in a new cup for him??? Sadly, today’s experience did not begin to portray the Starbucks experience I believe it should have. To top it off, it wasn’t even a single issue; it was both me(with the barrister) and my son(with the cashier). Although I didn’t catch the names of the barrister and cashier, there were only three employees on shift when we were in. I hope these employees could be coached on what the Starbucks experience should be for a customer. This would probably include that the sign that says if it’s not right to tell the barrister would result in something more than the barrister telling you the order is right and that you should give the customer a new cup when a refill is requested, especially when it’s a different drink. I know this isn’t typical of all Starbucks and, hopefully, not of this one either. Not sure if they were having a bad day or they need some training on how customers should be treated.

Standard Starbucks. Free wifi. Great employees and great coffee I made the mistake of trying cornerstone coffee up the street and was greeted by one elderly lady with a chip on her shoulder. Huge turnoff Thank you Starbucks for coming through for me!

What can you say — it’s Starbucks! Coffee-wise, if you’ve been to one Starbucks, you know what you’re going to get. It’s not the best I’ve ever had, but it’s consistent. Same story for the food — even though they’ve taken it up a notch recently, the food offerings are simple, reasonable, and consistent. There is something special, however, about this particular Starbucks. It comes down to the location, and the people. This particular Starbucks is ideally-located for the ferry commuter who needs their early morning coffee fix. The baristas are fast and efficient, and even when it’s busiest(usually right before the morning ferry runs), they never fail to get their customers coffee’d up and on their way. Just because they’re fast, though, doesn’t mean they forget to be friendly. In fact, the baristas and cashiers at this particular Starbucks are among the friendliest and happiest I’ve ever seen, in any coffee shop. They make an effort to remember my drink and my name, even though I occasionally change it up on them(the drink, not the name). And it’s not just me — I see many regulars in this Starbucks and they’re all remembered, and each gets a kind word or a joke, no matter how busy it is. And a shout out to Tabitha, who always has a smile for everyone. There are places I can probably get a better cup of coffee, but few that are as convenient or as friendly as the Bremerton Ferry Terminal Starbucks — and those are the things that will keep me coming back time and again.

It’s Starbucks, a predictable cup of coffee, the same at every Starbucks. Pretty much the same at any coffee shop when you get a sweet concoction like I do! In order to earn my respect and stars the service would have to be exceptional and stand out above the others. That’s not the case at this particular Starbucks on this particular day. At 6:00 in the morning I should at least get an upbeat greeting to start my day, something to brighten the Monday morning blues! The Baristas do their job, they make the coffees ordered and stay on task, they just weren’t into the customers. The Slow Roasted Ham and Swiss is a good choice for a sandwich on the run, with a nice flaky roll. Due to customer service, if this location wasn’t so convenient to the ferry I wouldn’t be back.

I attended a conference in Bremerton on 9÷18−9÷20. I love Starbucks and this really starts my day out right. This Starbucks was no exception and ideally located on the lower level of shops below the Kitsap Convention Center. They had friendly and efficient customer service and there was a short line or no line on both days I visited. This was so nice on the way to my conference each morning!

If you are running late for your 620 am ferry to Seattle– I love how the Bartistas’ can remember your order and have it up so quickly it’s almost as if you called it in ahead of time. The Bartistas’ are all so nice and I love how they remember me although I have since stopped commuting to Seattle. My coffee never has that burnt after taste that a lot of sbux are known for having.

Stopped here while waiting for the ferry. I ordered two drinks and also asked for a venti water, the cashier said«Ok» but the people making the drinks never put one on the counter for me. When I asked for it, they said they can only give me a grande… threw one on the counter and left it at that. Besides that annoying experience, it’s a Starbucks and they’re all about the same.

This is probably my favorite Starbucks anywhere. All of the baristas are friendly, but James and Shannon are the best! Not only do they always make great coffee, but they remember their customers and add that personal connection that is lacking at so many Starbucks. Beware: this location gets very busy right before the 6:20 and 7:20AM ferry departures. Arrive a few minutes early to avoid missing the boat.

This is my favorite starbucks in Bremerton because they provide the best customer service expected from a Starbucks establishment. Also they are open very early to accommodate the ferry commuters, I stop by here most of my mornings before I board the ferry at either 6:20am or 7:20(depends on when I’m coming in to work) but one day I had to take the 4:50am ferry and did not expect the starbuck to be open. Well guess what? They’re already hustlin’ and bustin’ serving fresh piping hot coffee to us poor early commuters at 4am! The staffs recognized you if you come over often enough and order the same drinks(which I do) and they always smile no matter what. One time they mixed up the orders and I didn’t get mine after 2 people that were behind me on the line got their orders, I told someone about it and they apologized, made mine right away and gave me a free drink card for the next visit. How’s that for service?

Took my first trip to Bremerton today. It was a bit of a disappointment. A couple of places I wanted to try were closed due the upcoming holiday. Downtown Bremerton area is actually pretty small, with few dining options. It actually is made worse by the fact that I came on a weekend. Fortunately, there is a Starbucks right by the ferry terminal. Was waiting for the ferry to arrive for my journey back to Seattle and decided to stop by. Starbucks are ubiquitous, but I found that I liked this location more than I expected. The space is quite large which makes it feel cozier than the coffee shop, Fraiche Cup right across the street. Plus, I like that I can count on Starbucks having free wifi and the same drinks I expect to find at any of their other locations. The grande iced chai latte($ 3.55) was nice. I have always liked the chai at Starbucks. It is sweet and soothing. Overall, I think this is a great place to hang out at before boarding the ferry to Seattle.
